My wife and I just had our AC unit replaced by A-1 Reliable a couple days ago, and we couldn’t be happier. They explained everything and answered our questions in detail, were priced very competitively, and made sure every detail of the job was done right. The owner - Matthew - even followed up with us daily throughout the process to check in and make sure we were comfortable with everything, so that was very nice and appreciated. Amazing staff. Helped make sure when I left I had more knowledge of what I was working on. My heater went out and when I called they even researched my specific unit to make sure they had and gave me only the correct parts. The guys working have alot of different experience in each appliance. If you need quality parts at good prices go to them. You wont be disappointed at all. They will make sure your taken care of.

I really cant say enough good things about this place. They have what you need or can get it for you quick. You dont have to be a licensed or certified hvac (or other qualifications) to purchase equipment. The parts are not warrantied but everything is solid. Basically its for us DIYers that are working on units out of warranty. My unit is from 2007 with about 50% exposure so it was about that time to replace some of the components. Motor was wailing so replaced it with the capacitor and contactor. They are a team of saints!

A service call to my house resulted in extremely poor craftsmanship. The company sent out one of their contractors who was not familiar with the unit. Which resulted in another tech sent the next day. This ti.e two techs came to house leaving the unit in worst shape. It was necessary for me to call another company, womade the repairs with in the hou.r

A new owner bought the name and telephone number of A1 Reliable Services. I bought my Trane central heating and air conditioning system from the previous owners eight years ago and bought ten years parts and labor warranty. When I called for service this week, the new guys (RestoreItHomes) came out and would not honor my warranty. Seems they are no longer Trane dealers. If you have a Trane warranty, find a Trane dealer! A1 Reliable parts business is not part of the new firm.

The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between my old motor and the new and how to install. I will definitely come back again .

Washer and dryer.

They changed a relay switch on my refrigerator, which typically takes 30 minutes. It took 5 minutes on YouTube, their technician took over 2 hours and tried to upsell us on unnecessary work and parts. We asked for an itemized report for our bill and they REFUSED. They said they dont do that, that ONLY give flat rate pricing. We are disputing the charges.

Very helpful, and will even walk you through things if you need help, and hes not busy. Fair prices, but then again, most of the things he sells normally you cant get unless you go to an HVAC store which dont sell to the public.

This guy is a thief...After marking up a part for a PCB for a range cause it was right before Thanksgiving is horrible...And to top it off he gave the wrong part....and would not exchange or refund the right part...hes just a thief
