Arctic cooling was very professional and punctual! It was great that they give you a courtesy call just in case you may not be able to make that appointment! Francine was very kind and helpful with my questions on the phone. Chris made it on time and was very quick and efficient with his work. He also gave me some quick tips on how to help my A/C unit for the long haul. Highly recommend!

Tech came out to do a repair last week. He was very nice, but unable to do fix the issue because he needed a part. It has been a week, and I have had no repair and no response. After multiple calls, someone finally answered the phone today. She confirmed that, after a week, they still havent even ordered my part. She was super rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!UPDATE - I spoke spoke with AHS only to find out that Arctic never turned in my diagnostics or ordered my part. After being contacted by AHS about not ever ordering my part, I received a call from Artic saying they were canceling the service and I needed to get another vendor. Wow.

AC technicians were professional & friendly, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. A big thank you to Pamela for getting us a Next day appointment. And following through on keeping us updated on our Technicians ETA. I was able to get things done and not worry about missing our technicians or just having to be at home waiting. I would recommend Arctic Cooling to anyone! I’m a happy customer and so will you.Keep Shining:)

We had just bought a house and had numerous issues with our AC! Arctic pros was there for me every step of the way.This would be a five star review but the first technician that was sent out was unfortunately not very professional and stated our AC was perfectly fine... it went out not even 24 hours later.Other than that one technician everyone has been so nice and professional and helpful. We had several issues that took care of in an extremely timely matter. We eventually just went with a new unit and they were able to install a brand new unit the best day! Definitely would recommend.

They try to over charge you with charges. after I told the tech I was watching out for it. when I tried to get in contact with the tech to explain the charges I never heard anything back. they try to poke your eyes out.

Tech rang doorbell waited 2 minutes left without courtesy call. I live in two story house. Called main office within 10 min, will not send tech back, on another job, i have no ac, customer service is pathetic.

Our A/C was broken and not working. And a technician came the next day and he gave a diagnostic that ended up being wrong. He was only at our home for 10 mins turning the unit on and off until it finally went on & letting us know that it is fixed. Then the next day the A/C didn’t work again. The office receptionist said we would have to wait till tomorrow morning and that we would be the first customer on schedule. We waited and still no call from her letting us know so I called. And she said the tech is with another customer. So it was very disappointing to know we actually weren’t the first customer scheduled. We have been without A/C for three weeks due to their poor service & lack of updates. We went with another A/C company & they got it fixed within a day. I would not recommend Artic cooling pros.

Great and professional service. Aaron is a true professional, he immediately diagnosed what was wrong with both ACs. Fixed them both and they are working very well.Pamela is the work order scheduler, she has great phone manners. Jamal came out after we had another contractor to look at our AC issues and fixed our emergency drain line right away. Scammers and irresponsible. American Home Shield warranty service call. They fixed the blower motor but broke the condensate drain pan and pipe left it as is. Only after a couple of weeks we notice the water leaking back into AC unit, AC closet and down into my wood floors. Initially tf hey accepted it as something they were responsible for but then claimed my 70 year old sick renter climbed up 1 1/2 foot ac closet and stepped on the drain pipe breaking it. They completely refused to take responsibility for damage they caused to my property leaving me to find other company to fix their poor workmanship. Stay away.

The gentleman who came out was very professional. That’s all the good I can say about this company. Arctic Cooling is way over priced. No doubt their equipment is top notch but it is way too expensive for me.

I was having issues with my air conditioner not cooling properly and was assigned Artic Cooling Pros through my home warranty company, AHS. They came out promptly to assess the situation and determined that it was the compressor. This part was covered through AHS, but there would have been an out of pocket expense for what AHS did not cover. Given the cost of this expense and the age of my unit, I inquired about cost for replacement. Aaron provided me with information on an Upgrade Program through my home warranty company. He completed the necessary paperwork and provided me with a quote. He was very thorough in explaining this program and answering my 100 questions I had. I told him that I would have to think about it before making my decision. I had a few more questions after this and contacted the office a few times. The office manager, Pamela, had excellent customer service skills and promptly provided me with the information I requested. Throughout this decision-making process I did not feel like I was being a bother to them or feel pressured to replace the unit. I decided to replace the unit. They quickly scheduled a date to pick up the unit and install. They hauled away the old unit and Marco and Aaron worked for 11 hours straight on installing my unit. Once the outside and inside units were in place, and they were finishing up with installing the metal ducts on the unit, they ran into some difficulty with these ducts fitting properly. After having already worked 10 hours straight, I was very impressed with their work ethic as they spent another hour working diligently to get these ducts to align properly. I know they must have been exhausted, going on 11 hours, but this did not stop them from doing the right thing and ensuring their work was high-quality. I will use this company again in the future and will highly recommend to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience with Arctic Cooling Pros!Pamela, the Office Manager, was very responsive to calls and emails. She worked diligently with me to understand and communicate my situation to the technicians, and made sure I was taken care of afterwards. They even worked with (the worse home warranty company ever) American Home Shield!The technicians replaced my interior HVAC unit (gas heat, air pusher, evaporator coil, et al; previously condemned by a different, very sketchy AHS-preferred service provider), return vents (old unit had filter at base and the new unit did not, so the returns have filters there instead), and even replaced the electrical switchboard for my external unit (condenser) when it began having issues flipping the breaker a week later.Better yet, their prices beat every other HVAC repair company I evaluated! Having said that, please notice that Im an active Local Contributor; I do my research and usually get at least 3 quotes before approving any high-cost work like this. I highly recommend you seriously consider working with this company. They are the first Ill contact for any of my HVAC needs here in San Antonio going forward.Thank you!

Had an appointment with Arctic Cooling Pros for today from 4p-8p. Made sure I was out of work and home in time for their appointment time, low and behold, at 4:11p they called to cancel and reschedule for Monday. I am without AC by the way and they could care less. I am forced to use this low rent company by my low rent home warranty, American Home Shield, otherwise I would use an actual legit AC repair company.

Arctic Cooling Pros replaced a temperature control board in our SubZero fridge when it completely quit working. And then replaced the ice maker in a GE fridge in laundry room. Very professional and excellent service.
