Went into this place for the first time and it was pretty good. The establishment is clean and welcoming. There’s plenty of options for pedicures,the lavender one was great! The “extra $5 for men” is silly and shouldn’t be charged. You’d get 5 stars if you didn’t charge men more.

Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten she trimmed my cuticles all the way down without cutting me and cut any ingrown toenails I had. Only leaving 4 stars because it was way more expensive than I thought! My manicure came out good as well. I would go back to her again, this place is nice just expensive.

Normally when I go I get Fernando or Bea, and they are WONDERFUL. But apparently they recently quit...I went today for a basic dip manicure with my own nails that I’ve been trying to grow out. Well David, not only cut and filed my nails down to a nub (so much so that he had to put a fake nail on one finger). He also did not listen, every time I would make a request about what I wanted he would cut me off saying “I know”. He also constantly yanked my hand. Overall very disappointing. So if you’re concerned about your nails and don’t want them screwed up make sure you ask who David is so you won’t get him.

I go here regularly for pedis and always leave happy. The salon is well kept and the staff is professional and friendly. I love the new massage chairs too!

The moment I walked in, I was literally profiled, Greeter didnt ask if I wanted a drink, the 2 ladies after me, she walked over and offered a drink to them. I have been to this salon for over 2 years, and service has always been fair . Seems like different management. The person that took care of me, literally burned my left foot with hot water, he did apologize, Name Tony ! When I asked what I needed, no one knew how to do a powder toe nail, on top of my toe, which i have been to several salons and it is provided, finally had a very rude person come over and told me no one could do that, i asked for his name, he would not tell me.Finally someone came and did what i needed. The person in charge walked over and told me not to come back since I was not Happy ! OMG how rude ! I would not recommend this place to no one ! I feel like i was not treated fairly and embarrassed in front of other clients, very unprofessional

Worst pedicure ever! The manicurist was nice but doesn’t know what she’s doing. Barely any massage. Would not cut in-growns a and no cuticle trim. Price in book for fill said $30 and then they wanted to charge $45 so I left and went somewhere else to get my toes and nails done. I won’t be back.

I’m obsessed with my nails every time I go here. Vivi is the best, every time I show her what I want she goes above and beyond. They always look so good and they last a long time. It’s also super clean in the salon and I always feel safe going there.

Each time we go for a pedicure it is a different price. We show them what pedicure we want on the menu then some thing was added to the total pedicure. We do not know if we will go back. The service is good and so are the pedicures but the price is always different

If you are going for a pedicure it is a nice place but do not I REPEAT DO NOT GO for acrilic nails. Not only are the nails crooked but they also talk bad about the clientele while theyre doing the nails. I wanted a simple color and line design on one finger, but after ripping off my old set without soaking them and not even drying the first coat before they started to layer on the second and clear coat I was in shock...By far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This happened less than 2 hours ago.. beware and save yourself I have to find someone to fix these today!!!

Ive lived in San Angelo 7 years now. Ive been to just about every nails salon this is the only place I go in San Angelo. Great staff never a line when my 8 year old and I visit.

Paid $50.00 for Pedicure lady did not clean under toe nails didnt use cuticle remover are cut cuticles. She did Rock Massage on legs last probably 1 minute on each leg. No paraffin Wax.. Polish must of been old color fading in spots.wONT BE GOING BACK !

I didnt have a good experience here because the guy that did my pedicure absolutely did not put the color that I asked for and I thought it would look better in the sunlight but it looked hot pink instead of dark red. He also went to pick the color for my nails out of the back and gave the girl who did my nail dip the wrong color. The girl was very sweet but she was not talented at nail art so I was very disappointed at the wrong color, bumpy nails, and no art. I was too discouraged and anxious to try to correct it at the time because it was 5 minutes past their closing time and she had still done a horrible job so I just left with it. I tried to live with it and truly hated it so I came back 2 days later and showed the owner the quality of the work the bumps the inconsistencies and that it wasnt the color I picked it all and explained that the art attempt went badly and she told me that if she changed the color then I would have to pay for it. I showed her a picture of the color I picked days before and what was on my nails and that it wasnt a good job and she changed her mind and redid my nails for free but I felt like she was patronizing me. I get home and realize that night that my nails glow extremely brightly in the dark and I hated it! How can you put nails on someone and not tell them that they glow in the dark??

Nice looking place, they offer wine or other adult beverage but they rushed through the massage part of the pedicure very fast just to sit in the chair next to me and play casino games on her phone. The guy was very directive, lift your foot, put your foot down, put feet under jets. Pretty place but we probably won’t go back or recommend it

Vivi and Rain work hard to please their customers. I have been coming here for a couple of years, and, while there might have been a couple of less than stellar times, the majority of my visits have been great. Cong does a fantastic job with both my pedicures and dipped nails. On top of that, he is kind and funny. I will continue to bring my business here.

Even though this place has several lousy reviews,I was willing to give it a try anyway,because a friend recommended them. I walked in and no one even acknowledged me! That rubs me the wrong way, right off the bat. I have been in sales for 25 yrs and will not put up with being treated that way! Every customer is important! I looked at some polish colors for awhile. Still no acknowledgement. I turned around and headed out,with still not a word from anyone. I will not be back! I will let others know as well

Absolutely awful experience. Got a full set of clear dip done. Four days later two of my nails fell off. Came to get it fixed for free. Everything was fine. until I noticed a FUNGUS GROWING underneath my fingernail which has essentially “stained” my nail and I have to wait for it to grow out. Naturally, I confronted the salon. Showed them my proof of payment and my GREEN nail. Refused to give me a refund and offered to “fix it” with the same dirty tools that gave me the fungus in the first place. Claimed it was “a different color of powder”. Argued for quite a while. Needless to say I will not being going back and they will be reported to licensing. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I signed in, picked my polish color, and sat in front of the desk waiting for a pedicure chair for 31 minutes (Dont mind waiting). No one ever spoke to me, and then two women walked in and were seated and started their pedicures before someone ever even acknowledged me. Safe to say I will never be back here.

The salon itself is really nice. I’ve gone twice and both times my dip nails have been uneven. They are bumpy and the cuticles were flooded. I’ve seen two different techs, but the results were the same. My friends recommended it and that’s why I came back the second time...it’s just not a good experience. It’s a waste of money.

I came in to this nail shop to get a full set on my nails and the lady told me that my thumbs were too big for a full set and there was nothing they could do. I was really shocked and embarrassed, because that has never happened to me before. It also made me feel worse that the lady was speaking a different language to the man sitting next to her and laughing. I’ve never been so disrespected at a nail shop in my life. Horrible service and I’ll never go back.

I don’t know hisname, but he did a horrible job on my pedicure, didnt even bother to take off the excess nail polish on my skin, also when I got home I noticed my toes weren’t fully painted all the way. If I’m going to pay $30 for a pedi, it would be nice if he actually painted my toes the way they should be painted. Payed $30 when I got a $5 job. He even left before the timer went off.

Terrible experience. My shape is very uneven, bumpy, and crooked. I have hair in my nails, the lady noticed and still didn’t attempt to redo or remove it. She filed a shape, that is not even a shape, and none of my nails are equal in length. I brought my friend along and she is now practically bleeding out from her cuticles. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR DIP! Waste of money!

I walked in and the owner greeted my friend and I, the place is very nice and I usually go on a regular to get my nails done, but this might be my last. The guy that did my nails was very rude, I picked the colors that I WANTED and he gave me the ugliest look. I’m going to a nail salon to get MY nails done the way I want. I also asked for a squoval shaped nail and he looked at me like if I did not know what I was talking about. So I decided to tell him to just go with the square shape and he looked at me and shook his head in disagreement making it seem like I wasn’t “Making up my mind”. When I knew exactly what I wanted before hand. Before even walking into the nail place. After I was finished I was drying my nails. He started talking to another co worker about this new girl that walked into the salon to get the same type of nails that I wanted. He looked at her funny and commented saying something like “another one that wants nails like that.” Im sorry but I felt very uncomfortable and this place has lost all my respect because of one person. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place! They are the best in town in my opinion. Vivi will mail every Pinterest picture I show her. It’s very relaxing and the staff has always been great! It’s very spacious and nice with nice chairs for pedicures and they are spaced out so that you have some space to relax. Thanks for gr sr service EVERY time.

After I had my nail done four days later my pointer finger broke of and I asked for coughing and they gave me square. And my nail is very lumpy. And I have acrylic nails. I am never going back to that placeI have gone there three time and the first time it was great the second time this man cut my cuticle and it kept on getting worse. And the paragraph on the top is my third tome going but I will never go back after the way they did my nails.

My daughter got her nails done here before prom. They didn’t cut her cuticles at all during her manicure, and her shellac only stayed on for a week before it started chipping off. Very disappointing. 😢
