I went to get my hair done and I loved the highlights and haircut that Valerie did to my hair.

Winn did an incredible job on my nails even though I showed up about 20 minutes late for my appointment. I highly recommend the salon and that you schedule an appointment in advance stating exactly what you want-- AND SHOW UP ON TIME. They are busy and the technicians are kind and honest. They will tell you if they dont have a time slot big enough for what you want if you wait too long to schedule. I will continue coming here as long as I live in the area 🤗💕

The nicest guy works here. Brought my daughter for her first time. He was so nice to her kept her talking about her stuff. Kept it very professional. I will return again with her and the fiancee

I absolutely LOVE THIS SALON!I came in with a BRAND NEW set from a different salon and I hated it. The whole set was uneven, the tech cut my culticles, and the color stained my skin.Lin did his best job trying to cover up the mess! Very welcoming, So so sweet 😭 cosmospa definitely gained a new regular customer. I’m 110% satisfied with the service and especially my nails!

Always have been very nice.Make you feel comfortable and very inviting. Going to change the message. They do not honor the appointment thst you make. Instead they give your appointment to soneobe else. Then tell you wait or leave.

After making an appointment it still took 20 minutes to get a pedicure. After said pedicure in which the tech was really sweet, my cuticles and heels are not properly done, you can still see dead skin, as well as I didnt even get a proper massage nor my toenails properly cut. Then we went to a nail tech in which we were late for work but my boss already knew, and instead of listening they complained about how they need 2 PLUSHOURS to do a pedicure and set of nails. Never in my life has it taken 2 plus hours, an hour plus some maybe but 2 hours, not to mention the fact my nails look absolutely horrible. They are un even, look like they have been growing for a month, lumpy, acrylics absolutely all over the place in my nailbeds and now they are lifting. Its barely been a week. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the woman who did my pedicure was really sweet and the prices arent terrible, but definitely not worth the money i spent nor the amount of time wasted to have to get a new set done in less than 2 weeks.

I had the best pedicure of my life today. I highly recommend asking for Kiwi and cant wait to go back. He gave a great massage and was very thorough! Im usually very picky about pedicures, but I have no complaints about this experience at all. Best pedicure ever!

Very clean and polite. Been there twice now for a full set, pedicure and refill. I cracked one of my nails today and they offered to fix free of charge which is very nice! I would strongly suggest calling ahead or making an appointment because they are always very busy. Would recomend to friends and family. Sending my husband to get his feet done soon!

Love my Nails. I did a walk in, and though the gentleman was eating his lunch he still decided to take me. I got ombre nail and they are beautiful.

I stopped in to get my eyebrows waxed, which Ive never had a problem with anywhere else. But the woman who did mine was ridiculously rough and extremely rude. She did eveverything I asked her not to do and yelled at me when I suggested that I should not have to pay. Im not one to talk badly about a place. But I think people should know to stay away from this place.

As soon as I walked in the door they told me that they didn’t have time to get my nails done!! I never heard that in my life and she didn’t at least try to help me! I strongly do not recommend this nail tech.

I got the luxury of having the owner do my nails and he was so nice and friendly. I also told him i work hard with my hands, and he added more coats with my dip so my nails would not chip or break. AMAZING. The staff is also really really really.... Friendly!

Make sure to come in and see Mr Win or Sally. Theyll definitely take care of you. I always come here for any manicure, pedicure or waxing I need done. They are extremely busy but if youre patient with them theyll take care of you!

Very clean nail salon. Finally found a place that does my nails the way I like :) . Pedi was also amazing!

Showed up at 9:30 for mani, .pedi and waxing. Pedi wentsmooth. Then. Had two other ladies wrap nails. Then scrape. Waited 20 minutes for third lady. When I said I have already been there 2 hours with only pedi done, she was VERY RUDE AND SAID YOU SHOULD of MADE AN APPOINTMENT.. Walked out without nails or waxing.. I dont like to be talked like that!!!!

I call in the morning and took me in he did good job im sure going back he did good job happy with my nails

I love CosmoSpa, they do a great job! My teenager has a habit of picking at or pulling off her nails (because they are lifting) but with she has yet to do that with CosmoSpa. Thats saying a lot! This is the best place in San Angelo!

Staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to while getting treatments done. Consistently get the best pedicures and full set done on my nails at CosmoSpa, will never go anywhere else in San Angelo!

This is a horrible salon. Making appointments means nothing to them- and if youre lucky you will only wait 45 minutes while you sit in the chair and your feet freeze in the cold water. They dont deserve your business. Anywhere else in San Angelo is better.

Great, hospitality is good, at first I thought they were gonna make my nails crooked but they get fixed in the end, either way I would recommend and Im going back in 2weeks time :))

Ive been coming to this nail shop since it opened. I honestly can say this is one of the best nail salons in San Angelo. I recently moved to Dallas and havent found anyone that can do my nails like CosmoSpa (and thats no exaggeration). So now I have to wait till I come to town to get my new set and fills! Well worth the wait!! They always listen to how I like my nails/pedi! I highly reccomend this nail spa!

Came in at 630 to get a pedicure, they dont close till 8 but the lady told me they couldnt take me and Id have to go else where
