My first time here I am very happy with what I got. the man doing my nails did a very good job .worth the money. Would highly recommend coming here.

Jasmine is wonderful. She even did my 5 year old granddaughters. Granddaughter didnt like the person assigned to her. We asked if Jasmine could do, she was so patient! Granddaughter just loved her nails!

Lyly was so pleasant and joyful. She was respectful and kind aswell. I recommend the detox pedicure! Very relaxing with the hot stones! Even had myself a couple glasses of wine. Very de-stressing!Newly remodeled, very pretty, lots of light!I was a walk-in late in the evening, like 7pm; they took me, no problem. They sat me down at a message chair to wait, and it didnt hurt my feelings a bit; I just started the massage chair up!!So, Im coming back tomorrow for my nails!

They do a good job but its really pricey. They wont do a fill, you have to remove and get a whole new set every time, which is $60.

Initially the salon is appealing, however over booking and over crowding take away from the experience and the customer service could use a meeting or two..my acrylics were done in a way that I was not pleased with in the least bit so I requested an appointment to have them fixed, didn’t have time that day to stay any longer than I already had seeing as how they told me 10 minute wait when I walked in and it was 45 minutes before I was seated..I spoke to the manager and made an appointment for two days later and when I returned he wasn’t even there..unprofessional. Had a bit of a time getting one of the technicians to fix my nails but they were done again and I was charged 10 dollars on top of the 47 I had already spent and still spent 30 minutes when I left reshaping them myself.. I’ve seen other work a few technicians have done and a few seem to know what they’re doing however my experience was not that of the friend who recommended this place to me so, it’s hit or miss I guess..probably not going back👍

The staff were professional, knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Lots of colors and designs to choose from.

10/10! When I got there they welcomed me at the door and took me to my seat.I had Asked for acrylics, and the woman started right away. She only took 45 minutes to do the acrylics and they turned out gorgeous, plus she was also careful with the cut on the side of my nail. She was so gentle and sweet and I will be coming back again!

Got here to do my nails and my daughter nail they told us the could not do our nails cause the acrylic nail tech was already gone. Only would do our nails if we were getting them dipped.. smh since when does a nail tech not know how to do acrylic? I changed nail places cause I loved the work they did last visit and when my daughter came alone, but when they refuse u cause its 30 min till closing and they give me an excuse like that idk that Ill be back. I am paying you for ur time and work smh.

My daughter, granddaughter & myself went in for a pedi/mani - we waited 45mins to be seated after being told it was only a 15min wait...once seated, we chose our options for our pedi, I asked the guy whom was doing my pedi 3 times to cut my nails short and concentrate on my heels and ball of my feet - neither happened...we were there a total of 2hrs 47mins and were not able to have manis done even though we had a few employees approach us and ask what we were wanting (full set, refills, color, etc)...I dont believe I will be returning to this establishment...its only been a couple of days and my toe nail polish is already peeling away...

It was my first time here and they did mine and my sisters nails amazingly! i will definitely be coming back again. 🤗

This is one of the better salons I have patronned here in San Angelo. Very well lit and clean inside. I got a parrefin pedicure and regular manicure for $50. They offer other services; beside nails and waxing, they also have a steam room and massage services.They provide complimentary beverages as well.One star deduction because the pedicure seemed a little rushed.Does not mean I wont return.

For as many people there were in the building at the time, it was not crowded due to the way they set up their salon.

Ive gotten my lashes and nails there both came out amazing! And Ive even taken my daughter to get her nails done and shes decided thats the only place she wants to go for now on when it comes to her nails.

No detail to waxing my eyebrows. She was fast, but lacking.

Overcrowded and overworked employeesThis takes away from the overall zen feeling you should have when you spend a day at the space. Towels on the spa bed wasnt clean and the bed wasnt remade after the previous customer. Confirms appointment but had to wait. Not a responsive/interactive customer service.

Booked a massage and facial online through Facebook, got to the place at my time of massage and facial and they acted like i had never booked it. Had to call the lady once i was there. Told me she was on the way but i could tell from the telephone conversation she wasn’t. I left.

That place needs ventilation and bad...I walked in and the toxins of all the glue were permeating thru out the entire room...and the place is big...but the smell of glue was overwhelming...I needed a gas mask..plus not healthy for workers

Had to update my rating due to a careless mistake of the owner when she was waxing my daughters eyebrow. Im sure mistakes happen,but Im also sure she saw all the wax that had fallen on my daughters eyebrow. Yet she went ahead and ripped the wax and now my daughter is left without a right eyebrow. All she could say is she didnt know how that happened. She saw what happened and continued her process and then you were trying not to show her the brow once completed. Neither one of us will be back and I will always be sure to NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Jasmine is the greatest Nail tech. My nails are always perfect I can go and work with them they dont break or chip theyre wonderful!

I had a great experience at Zen Nails & Spa! I travel quite a bit and get my nails done in a lot of different towns and this is the best one that Ive gone in a really long time. I have extremely sensitive nerves and I asked my attendant to be as light handed as possible and she did exactly what I asked and more! I would most definitely recommend that anyone go by and get a pedicure. They have a lot of other services available as well!

Never had this experience, so i go Mon with an appt @630 and so they are alittle busy mostly with Pedicures ok!smh and with my luck theres only one person who doesacrylics and to my not so advantage theres a white lady no offense! That jumps in and says we had an appt too @6:30!! Like if i was lying well anyways i was the only Hispanic in there ok !! Well he finishes and dont even thank me, no lotion like i saw everyone get! On top i was told the night before id get a20% for whatever it was and guess what I DIDNT, PLUS I EVEN TIPPED TWO WORKERS, SO MY POINT IS SHOULD I GO BACK SINCE IT SEEMS THAT THEY ONLY CATER TO AMERICAN WOMAN(WHITE)??? DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! AND AGAIN NO OFFENSE.I PAY TAXES TOO PEOPLE

Went in and received a shellac manicure for myself, friend, and mom. They all did a nice job. They were fast, nice, use the led lights ( which are better for you), and you do not feel like cattle being moved along. More relaxing and quiet. They separate the sections which makes a big difference. Paid thirty dollars plus five for tip.

Had a pretty good experience here. It was nice and relaxing. I got an acrylic manicure and the basic pedicure, only complaint I really have is that the total came out to be more than it should have. The pedi was supposed to be 25 And the mani 40. Ended up being 70 but it was just 5 bucks so we didnt say anything.

My first time going there and only the third time I’ve ever had a mani pedi, the older lady who did my pedicure, I truly liked her, she continually asked if I was okay and needed anything. The younger gal, who did my manicure was good.

Everyone was nice and colors were great but the actual nails were bad they’re not filled all the way they’re super stupid skinny I asked for coffin he gave me stilettos with the tip snipped off they’re crazy flat, no curve at all stupid long I told him he could leave it kinda long but he added another nail on top and make it SUPER LONG

I opted for the $35 eyelash extension. They used superglue and assured me that my natural eyelashes would be safe. i told her I was from out of town and she said to use hot towel and oil to remove. Not true.After three weeks the extensions are hurting me and I have spent the last 4 hours rubbing the extensions off with oil, makeup remover, eyelash adhesive remover only to see clumps of my natural eyelashes come off! I cannot believe that I trusted them. I am very upset.

I have been to Zen Nails & Spa multiple times and every single time has been nothing short of pleasant. They are professional and always friendly! My favorite is the hot parafin pedicure.

Found this place when my daughter took me there for a surprise. Since then I have returned several times and just yesterday I had mani/pedi compliments of my husband. Love their friendliness and how clean it is.

Place is awesome. Such nice people and great service. Some of the negative reviews I’ve read are just silly and false from angry or ignorant people. No one here has needle track marks or would steal your money. Some people is really just out for revenge. If there was ever an issue they are more than happy to help fix the issue. I truly recommend this place over any others.

A nice place, cost effective and my wife finds it to be an enjoyable place to get pedicures, manicures and massages.

About the WORST facial Ive ever had. Facials should be relaxing, slow enjoyable.Instead it was fast slapping movements, almost painful.It was supposed to be 30 minutes for 30 dollars according to thier board. I got 15 minutes for 35 dollars. 5 minutes of that was a cold wet towel while the lady set up her next nail client. Before I even got my shoes on an out to pay she was working on her next nail client.

I love getting a pedicure here when visiting town. They allow me to do crazy color combinations.

Got a massage here. Big mistake. Obviously not a trained professional and it seriously couldn’t have been any worse. It was worse than not even getting a massage. Felt like it was dirty, three beds in a room and didn’t even undress. Weird and gross

I have been here 2 times (i usually go to galaxy but i needed my nails done on a sunday), anyways theyre really nice but my nails are UGLY!!!! the first time i asked for acrylic, they pushed me to do dip and my tips broke off so easily! this time they did what i asked except she cut my nails way shorter than what i asked for and theyre just flat out ugly. if i ask you to do something that you cannot do, do not do it, be honest with your customers. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!EDIT: i take back what i said sbout the staff being nice!! i went in the following day for a refund. i paid $65 for the nails, they gave $55 back because they CHARGED me for them to take off, which at this point i accepted because she was so rude— talking about me to other custoners in english right in front of me and trying to be smart mouthed saying “okay dont come back,” which i will NOT be doing. If you take things personally as a business owner, you shouldn’t own a business! Horrible service!

Was in town for a meeting NEEDING a massage and they were able to get me in at 4:00 with no wait. They give you shorts and a shirt to put on and keep you fully covered. Could barely hear the people getting their nails done and that was if I really listened. Very relaxing hour with hot stones and other surprises. I glanced at the clock thinking time should be up and still had 30 minutes left, time slowed. You can add on the steam room, but I was pressed for time with an hour and half drive home. Coming back after my next meeting in town.

Nancy was great but its not the same place. Every time I go in its worse. I wont be back, its not supposed to be painful for them to do your nails. This time was the worst, my fingers are sore.

I came for the massage knowing that it wasnt going to be the same quality as an actual massage place but I was desperate. Second day back on the gym and I just wanted to be rubbed. A tough rub occurred. It was decent. Youll stay clothed and massages are in a room with potentially up to 9 other people. I was okay w this thinking that the cost would reflect the situation. The disappointment came when I had asked for an hour, she stopped at 45 mins, and charged $50 which seemed like the 1-hour price... tho I cant be certain because they dont actually list massage prices anywhere except in a package with manis or pedis but those are $45 for both, so... The language barrier doesnt help to clarify the confusion either. I wont be back. Ill tough it out for the pros.
