Needed a pedicure and came to the closet place, Kim Le’s Nails. As I walked in they ask me what I wanted and they didn’t take my temperature like the sign says but they did ask me to wash my hands which was good. The woman who did my pedicure did an awesome job and was very thorough. Thanks

Bought my manager a gift card n she was very satisfied with customer service and her nails. She is somewhat like me, dont like for people to last hours doing her nails. Stated they are good n quick with nails.

Always great service! Super clean and friendly. They have even increased their cleaning and safety by having everyone in the salon wear a mask including patrons (they provided them) and had people washing hands immediately upon arrival. This is why this is the only place I get my nails done!!

I loved Jenny at this nail salon. We are new in town so I did a lot of looking around before coming here. I got gel manicure done, it was not rushed at all and she took her time finding the exact shade for my French that I wanted so I appreciated that. They came out classic and beautiful! Will definitely make this me go-to place here in San Angelo!

If you want a full set that will last longer than 48 hours dont come here. The people are rude, disrespectful and the work is shotty. They are way behind on nail shapes and designs, and they look at you funny when you ask for basic things like coffin shaped, glass, marble, or even different color powders. Theyre not worth what they ask for.

They are great! They are very meticulous to ensure your nails are just the way you want them! Very reasonably priced as well!

1st time here. I was charged $40 and left Dissatisfied and wouldn’t return. I waited 15 min to get my nails done, which I never mind doing IF they would have been done well. 1) they use a knock off cheap nail powder to dip with. Not SNS. 2) the guy who did my nails appeared to be rushed and didn’t care about the job he did. 3) he did a poor job shaping the nails. They are bumpy, have air bubbles, and look very elementary. Typically I would have said something but it was clear this guy didn’t really know what he was doing and I didn’t want to waste any more time there than I already had. 4) He made me bleed at my cuticles. 5) He didn’t clean up my fingers after. I left with hardened powder all over my fingers. 6) And lastly, the place was messy and gross. Mirrors were unkept and fingerprints all over it, lots of dust, dirt, and nail pieces on the floor, even on the nail table which I was seated. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and “treat yourself” kind of experience and it was NOTHING CLOSE TO THAT HERE.

I love this nail salon. Always do such a great job and my nails and toe nails look nice. Ive tried a lot of places in town and this is definitely one of my favorites!!

Me and some of my girlfriends had an appointment to get our nails done at Kim Lees. We arrived on time for the appointment and had terrible service. We waited for 25 minutes, and when we decided we needed to leave they quickly sat us to try and make us stay with no intention of doing our nails any time soon. We left without our nails done. I will never go to this salon again.

Ive been going to this place for years. I took a year or so off while I was pregnant, not going. This place has really gone down hill. I paid for the most expensive pedi they have and the guy barely rubbed my feet, he was too busy watching the TV they have hanging on the wall. Also, he pulled out a cheese grader to file my heels (my feet were not in bad shape) and I told him not to, that made him mad so he totally gave up on doing a good job. After that, he wouldnt even use the pumice. Last, the place was dirty, it used to be so clean. I used to love going there, its a shame they really let it go.

Ive tried other places in town, but Kim Les is my favorite for sure! They are awesome and great at what they do!

I WENT FOR MY TWO WEEK FILL IN TODAY AND THE PRICED JUMPED FROM $15-$25, AND WHEN I ASKED WHY SHE SAID CAUSE I HAVE LONG NAILS. AND I BARELY, HAVE ANY NEW GROWTH AT ALL. MIND U THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $10 JUST FOR PRIMING THEM. ALTHOUGH I DIDNT AGREE I PAID BUT IM HIGHLY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED WHITH THEIR SERVICE AND RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. LESSON LEARNED.
