Today we got our nails done for a special occasion and Trish did such a great job with my daughter! She was professional and very talented.

I usually always go here to get my nails and my eyebrows done, however today I went in to get my nails and brows done and the lady that did my eyebrows ripped skin off and now I have burning red spots on my face. I didn’t like the way my nails were Turing out because they were literally shaped like a complete circle and super thick. The girl sitting beside me was even shocked at how awful they looked. I politely ask the nail technician to remove the nails and that I would still pay for the work she put into it, she starting acting horrible and being super rough with my nails. The manager then came over to me and started yelling at me saying that I wasn’t clear with the shape I wanted when I showed a picture of what I wanted. I then got up and told the manager I would like to pay for my stuff and leave, she yelled at me 2 times to sit back down to finish removing the nails, I walked up to the desk to pay, and I left. I loved this place but after today I won’t ever return, nor will I recommend to anyone.

I went in for a short coffin set. Usually they’d charge around $30 for this type of set. The lady was rude the entire time, and when I was talking to you people she seemed to keep getting upset the entire time. Once she finished my nails she charged me a total of $55. My daughter goes to get her nails done there she gets hers extra long with coffin and they always charge $55-$60. I did not understand why my such short set costed me that much. So I tried calling back to ask why and the same lady who did my nails begins to yell at me and tell me that I “talk too much” She basically charged me extra for having innocent conversations. She then continued to yell through the phone then proceeds to hang up. Very disappointed with how downhill they’ve gone. This used to be our go to nail salon but we’re finished with them after this very rude encounter. I will also be contacting BBB.

All of the employees were so sweet and nice. They spoke with my children and me. They made my kids laugh. It was overall a nice place. I would definitely recommend them.

Went today the lady there at 9 am was rude and just left me sitting there. As her regular coustomers come in she came out the back amd helped them way friendlier than she was to me and a different demeanor i heard so many good things and wanted to check it out but thanks for the unpleasant experience will not go back!!! !! If you want My hard earned money!!! Earn it!

I’ve been going to Pro Nails for quite some time and even though their work is okay, their salon cleanliness is not.I sat down recently to a table COVERED in dust. The woman did not care to wipe down her area in her down time and mind you it was 12pm on a Monday. The tools were also covered in the same dust, as were the fans, box, etc.She also used a nail file that had obvious wear on it and cut me with it twice as she filed harshly, leaving me uncomfortable about if anyone had been cut beforehand and now possible transfer/infection could occurShe was very rough on my nails, using the machine at a high speed and also cutting me near my cuticle.I was happy with the color, but the width of the nail is too large even after I had brought it to her attention.For a fresh set with shellac I paid 45$ not including tip.

Worse experience ever. First off the lady didnt even measure to see if all my nails were the same length. Second, she cut me TWICE in the same spot. Third, when I asked her to do it how I wanted it done, she told me no. Uh last time I check they are my nails, not hers. I pay to get my nails done how I want them.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and I never really do it cause dont trust no one with them, and I have two different looking eyebrows now really upsets me cause I dont draw them in so Im just going to have to walk around like this. I will NEVER go back to them.
