These guys know their stuff!I got a battery replaced at Times Ticking up a month or two ago and noticed that my watch’s back wasn’t flush with the casing. Took it back and they didn’t fix the issue, called Mt. Olympus and they wanted to charge $50 even if I didn’t need a new battery, so I came here instead.He looked at it and pressure tested and found it had a leak. They put the wrong o-ring in so he put the correct size in and made sure not to cross thread it like they did. Maybe 5 minute fix and only charged $5 for the o-ring. Saved me money and got the job done right! Thanks guys!

I was looking for a t bar for my antique pocket watch. Here they were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to sell me a T bar off an old chain they had in the drawer for a very reasonable price. I bought a couple of bracelets from them because I was so impressed with their service.....highly recommended.

Had an issue were my SKX007j1 was running very fast. They repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. They also gave me advice for my watch and small informative lesson on the movement in my watch.

I came here a while back, there was a timing delay in replacing my band and the owner was beyond helpful. I will be using this shop for all my watch needs!May not always be the fastest, but is certainly the best quality!

Super friendly dude running the place that really knows his stuff. Got a new battery in my watch and pressure tested for only $15 and he stopped what he was doing to get it done in just a couple minutes. This is now the only place in Utah I will go for anything to do with watches and I will recommend him to anyone that needs a watch or work done on any timepiece. Six out of Five stars.

I found my watch guy. I had a poor experience recently taking my mechanical watch into an “authorized dealer” for some service. I came here next, with another watch and another issue, and they handled things perfectly.

There’s a reason these guys have 5 stars. I took my watch in to get the crystal/bezel insert replaced. They did a fantastic job.

Went in to get a new watch strap and battery change. They were friendly, helpful, and fairly priced. Was in and out quickly too. Will definitely go back next time.

This is the best place for watch repairs, service and sells. Ive been going there since Jerry Fankhauser was there. The service has only improved with Christopher buying the business. The quality of the repairs and merchandise has kept me coming back since 2009, Ive never had a bad experience. Great local business to patronize - buy local.

I had my Rolex repaired by Chris. He knows what he is doing, and I will bring all my repairwork to him. I also bought a vintage Rolex from him for my secretary who was retiring. This is the place to go for refurbished cool old watches.

Hopefully they were able to put the watch battery in correctly, but not without making sure you felt like owning a battery-operated watch was so wrong. These guys are arrogant! I only go there when there is no other option.

Chris is part of a dying breed, and he is a superb at his craft. Understand that he is one man and he takes on a great many tasks, therefore your timepiece repair may take many months. If you can accept that, you will receive some of the best service in the state at a reasonable price. As an aside, Chris may be the only person in Utah experienced and knowledgeable enough with Accutron timepieces to service them correctly and leave you with a 50 year old time watch that runs like new for years to come. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Im sorry I waited so long to write this review, but better late than never. I brought the mechanism to an antique stickley grandfather clock in a few years ago and had it cleaned, bushings replaced and general maintenance to get my clock running properly. I put the mechanism back in the clock case and the clock has kept perfect time for the past 3 years and is still working flawlessly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants their valuable, antique clock brought back to life with expertise and loving care. The man that worked on my clock is a true craftsman.

Mr Howard expertly repaired our 8 day scroll wall clock. He even told us a lot about the workings of the clock originating with the Jerome factory, the first American clock maker to use all metal in their clocks. It took a few months for the repair to be completed, but we are pleased. So grateful for the fine workmanship. I also got a watchband and battery for my watch!

I was delighted to find a small local watch fix-it shop. Chris seems very knowledgeable about watches of all ilks. All I needed was a new crystal, and I expected to leave the watch and fetch it --when??? next week? Instead he popped one right in while I waited.

The owner is a great guy and his knowledge of watches is superb. I am a youngerish guy and he treated me like any other customer when I wanted to look at the rolex. He took the time to take apart the watch, show the movements and the story. If you are looking for a nice watch head this way.

Brought my treasured Omega Seamaster in here based on the high ratings online...they are richly deserved. Owner was prompt and thorough in evaluation of watch problem, went outside normal approach to resolve a part supply issue and charged a fair price. The location may not engender confidence but like a person its whats on the inside that matters....would gladly use again...

This place is second to none. Chris put a smaller crown on my somewhat ungainly Glycine Incursore, and now the watch is actually pretty handsome. All my watches will be going here for service.

Id give this place 6 stars at this point. I have a Tag chronograph that always costs me 200-300 dollars every time I take it to OC Tanner. They take a look, say it needs to go to the factory, and the factory is pretty much a fixed price. I went in here, the owner looked, saw a screw out of place, fixed it, then replaced the battery in an old Omega Constellation. Total cost $26.I also ended up purchasing an old restored watch as well. This is the real old school deal.

Just got back from this shop. I didnt want to take anything to an untrained department store clerk or a mall rat, so I went here. I needed to have a battery replaced and also a strap pin replaced on my Nixon. Chris replaced the battery on the spot and did a pressure test. They even had a wacko 23mm replacement pin for my band. Battery replacement has a 1yr warranty for lemon battery cells. I would definitely go back and give them my business.

This may be the finest level of service in Utah, in any business.I have several high end timepieces, and as others have noted OTC places any problem in an envelope to be ready in several weeks.Not here. If possible, the issue will be addressed while you wait, at a cost 90% less than the retailers downtown. My last repair, requiring opening the back of a Panerai, was charged $18. I paid $40 and still felt like I had taken advantage of the store.

I was able to get my grandfather clock locking mechanism replaced because of this place. I brought in my old one and he was able to order me a new one within a few weeks.

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. He told me it would take 4 weeks to repair a wrist watch and it took 2.5 months. I called several times and he said next week, next week. I went in one day and he said if I could wait 90 minutes he could get it done. He quoted me a price and when I had a family member pick it up he had charged me a good deal more than he quoted, without any explanation. I would not consider going back to this place. He was rude as well. Run over your watch with a steam roller before taking it there.
