I bought my Rolex in the mid 1980s, and wore it occasionally, but most of the time wore a watch that would take the abuse of motorcycle riding and taking care of a big yard. The years went by, and I noticed the Rolex wasnt keeping time as well as it should. After an on line search for service centers, I was delighted to find OTW, in my own area, had excellent recommendations. I also discovered I should have been giving the Rolex a regular checkup every 5 years. I made an appointment to visit with Leo, and was impressed with his knowledge of all things Rolex. He answered quite a few questions, and I felt comfortable leaving my watch so he could take a thorough look at it and provide a detailed estimate. I authorized his recommended work, and while my watch looked good (but ran slow) when I took it in, it absolutely shone when I picked it up, and it keeps time perfectly. With a new crystal, and new seals, it has pressure tested as waterproof again, and when setting the time the action is tight, not a bit loose as it was before. I read another review that was unfavorable because service of a watch (brand not named) had not been satisfactory. My guess is that it had more to do with the quality of the piece being serviced than the man doing the service. He works on precision timepieces, does masterful work, and delights in sharing his knowledge & understanding of these watches. Great place to go to !

My Rolex Submariner was long over due for service. I found OTW with a good ol Google search. Didnt know anyone that had personal experience with them, but they looked legit and seemed safe. I have to say, I was a little nervous about shipping of my Rolex to some place I found on the internet. Well, just got my watch back today, and I can tell you the process way awesome from beginning to end. They communicated very well throughout the entire process, from how to ship it to them and laying out what to expect from process to timeline. They did what they said they would, and when they would. Once the watch was examined, they called me and went over the needed repairs/service. Now, I cant say I understood all the parts/technical detail, but I appreciated they took the time to explain it. The end result was my watch being safely delivered back to me today (about 6 weeks or so total time). Condition, the watch looks and functions as good as it did the day I bought it 15+ years ago. MIGHT be good at high-end watch repair, but won’t do you any good with simple less expensive watches. They made my watch WORSE not better.I brought an old simple watch in that needed a battery and a pin in the band replaced. It had been my wife’s grandmother’s and it’s value was purely sentimental. When I got there it was weird that the front door was locked and me and another person was waiting to get in, but eventually a front desk lady opened the door and let me in. She seemed rather quiet and was not too friendly.Eventually a gentleman from the back came up and agreed to look at the watch. His first comment was that he only works on Rolex watches and wouldn’t really be able to help me. However, he eventually agreed to put a new battery in and put the old pin back in that had fallen out. He charged me $20 for the battery and I left feeling like he felt he had done me more of a favor in working on the watch than anything else.However, in less than a week, the back of the watch fell off and was lost and the pin fell back out. NOT VERY impressive.I ended up taking the watch to another repair shop in the Layton Mall where they were able to find a new back and actually replaced the pin with a new one. For all that, they only charge be $30 and the watch works great!

I would highly recommend Leo and Official Time Watch. My wifes Rolex needed repair and I took it to a local reputable watch store and I was quoted over $1000 for repair, over-haul, polishing etc.. I did quite a bit of research with reviews, Better Business Bureau etc. prior to putting my wifes watch in the mail from California to Utah. Leo called me the day the watch arrived and had already looked at the watch and let me know the parts that needed replacement. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent and I was always aware of the status of the repair. I got my wifes watch back in about 2-3 weeks in time to surprise her for her birthday. Found my Dads only wedding 1977 Rolex that was sitting in our safe. With such an old vintage watch it needed an overhaul. I found Official Time Watch online and after reading some reviews figured I give them a shot. I sent my watch over to Leo and upon receiving he gave me a personally call to ensure me of proper overhaul and repair. As any watch from the 70s need a little work, they replaced the crystal, hands, and other bezel, and other moving parts to keep it with Rolex standards. After a little of 2 weeks I received the watch today. WOW! WOW! It looks brand new! When my watch stopped working a few months ago, I sent it to Rolex for repair. I was told the repair would cost several thousand dollars but they did not give any details or an explanation. After much research, I took a chance and emailed Official Time Watch. I was shocked when I received both an email and a telephone call from Leo, the owner, in a matter of hours. I went in a few weeks ago for a simple pin replacement and have been back 3 times sense so that he can help me with other odds and ends on my watches. The building itself is a bit old fashioned but dont let that scare you away, with it you also get old-fashioned, quality service. Highly, highly recommended for service & sales.

Really appreciated their honesty. Went in for a new battery, only to have them test the battery and tell me that it had plenty of juice. They could easily have just sold me a new battery (even though that wasnt the issue) and I would have been none the wiser.

Officialtimewatch does really great repairs. I sent my Rolex Datejust in for emergency water service and Leo was a real professional. He was clear, upfront and honest. I felt very secure having him repair my Rolex and he did a beautiful job. It came back so clean, sharp and like new. I verified the company on BBB and Yelp and all the reviews are valid and true. I live in Ca and Fedexed my watch to Utah. I received pictures and phone calls and there was no push to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Leo even gave me options on different avenues to repair, such as waiting, keeping certain parts that could be saved, and replacing the face with a different color, if I desired. All around I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend, especially as an alternative to very costly Rolex service.

I sent my Rolex to Rolex in Dallas, TX to service it. They refused to work on my watch as there were after market additions which were not genuine to the vintage watch. Would only work on it if I replaced the face and bezel at a cost of several thousand dollars. I called Official Time Watch and spoke with Leo who was very kind, professional and polite. He offered to make repair without making changes to MY watch.I shipped to him, he called when received and kept me informed of status. Two weeks later my watch is repaired, running perfectly and bright and shinny. it is beautiful. He charged only what was quoted, made suggestions for the crystal and sent it back quickly. I bought a watch from Macys that was a really nice Kenneth Cole watch for quite reasonable only catch was it did not fit my wrist oh, a few links to large. Thats okay cuz just it was easily fixed Fire official time, I was in my watch was quickly worked on and I was out the door for less than I expected by a long shot. The service was exceptional, and the work I saw from the lobby was that of a true tradecraft. Going through the lobby is a bit of a hassle that given how exceptional the workmanship and services well worth it

I initially dealt with another watch company and that turned into a nightmare and was therefore reticent to attempt to work with another company. Fortunately I did so, excellent communication and follow-up, time and fees for repairing my OMEGA SCHUMACHER Limited were right on. Not only did Leo repair, service and replace the hands on my watch he re-brushed the sides of the case and polished under the bezel and other polished areas as well as the band, all of which I did not request. I received the watch in as-new condition, absolutely beautiful!!! Leo under promises and over-delivers. I have already mentioned and recommended Leo and his company to several people I know. I will defer to Leo on all my future watch servicing, maintenance and cleaning as well as any repairs.

I sent Leo two vintage Rolex watches; A 1952 Semi Bubble back and a 1976 Submariner. The work took a little longer than I expected but, let me be quick to say that I sent the watches at the worst possible time for a quick turn around; Thanksgiving/Christmas. Where do I begin! When I went looking thru Google for a company that could service and fix my Rolex, I am so happy that I found Official Time Watch. I sent an email thru their site for information, and within an hour I had a call from Leo, the owner. I told him I was the proud owner of a Perpetual Datejust Oyster that was approximately 13 years old. I told him it was keeping perfect time, but I had chipped the crystal in several places, and scratched the body of the watch quite a bit over the years... It just didnt look much like a Rolex. SO I shipped my watch to Official TIme Watch, with the assurance that it was in good hands. Leo told me he would alert me when it came... witch he did, and he would touch base with me once a week during the process of servicing the watch, which he also did. I was happy to hear that all the parts in my 13 year old watch were in great shape, so all I had to pay was the service fee and for a new crystal...I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that when I opened the box with my watch in it, it looked like the day my wife dad bought it for me. I would of never thought it could be polished and cleaned to that level... THANK YOU LEO, for being a man and company of integrity... and for servicing my watch so meticulously!!! My Dads GMT-Master... My father passed away in 2004. As long as I can remember he always had his watch. It was bought in Hong Kong when he was on leave during the Vietnam conflict. At the time my father passed, I was in law enforcement. Unfortunately, I was the one to find him and when the coroner came to the house he handed me the watch, as my father was wearing it when he died. Thats when it really struck home that Id lost him. Since he died, his watch has never left my wrist, except for an hour to have the crystal replaced that cracked when he collapsed. Ive always found it difficult to conceive taking the watch for service or repair. It would no longer be in my control and I was not willing to part with it for weeks or even days. Where I live in the foothills of California, the nearest Rolex certified service was at least an hour away and they all told me it would have to be sent out for a few weeks. I just couldnt do it. Then the watch started to have problems. It wasnt keeping time correctly. When I looked in my fathers records, I found out it had been 17 years since its last service. I started to research where it could be repaired. All the online sites I looked at made me nervous. It wasnt the price, as much as they seemed a little sketchy. After reading about OTW and the reviews by their clients, I called and spoke to Leo. What a great guy! He immediately started to put my mind at ease. He described all the services they offer and the procedures to get the watch from me to them and back again. He told me he would keep me in the loop every step of the way. Two weeks later, the watch was back, keeping perfect time and looking as close to new as a 30 year-old watch could.
