I dropped off my new watch for the owner of the shop to install a battery and he broke the watch into 3 pieces. It was broken on both sides where the watch face attaches to the band. This Coach Watch was $300 and he did not even offer to pay for or replace the watch. I have been a customer for years and I am really disgusted with him.
