My son is getting married and I needed a dress. Sounds simple but the wedding is in two months, I need a plus size dress (24-26) and it has to be Rose Gold. No pressure!! I’ve been searching the Internet for dresses, couldn’t really settle on one so I made an appointment at David’s Bridal. I was completely confident that I wasn’t going to find anything. I met with the coordinator who led me to the dresses where as luck would have it, I found a rose gold dress in my size! It fit perfectly, no alterations needed! I even signed up for the Diamond Loyalty and saved even more. I was in and out in a half hour. Best experience ever!

Be very weary of the apparent new changes this store has made! Living in rural Nevada my only options for a bridal shop was Reno, or SLC. I chose this store...After picking the perfect dress, I had to go back after 4 weeks for my final fitting.My dress did not fit, the arm holes were too small, the dress was too short and didnt zip. After I showed the alterations team the photos of when I tried it on, they took my measurements again. They told me I lost an inch and a half and its their fault its not fitting. I had to go back the next day, after they decided to let the sleeves out, all to discover the bottom of the dress is not even. At least they were able to get some length, but not what we had originally agreed on. I was told my dress was shipped to the Texas store and they always mess up dresses. The alterations manager then proceeded to complain about how awful it is to work there, and she gets blamed for the front management. She had to cut excess fabric that was sticking out from underneath the lace, and resew multiple parts. The refunded my the Hem fee, and said they know I am in a high stress situation...The alterations team seemed to have empathy, but the front office managers, didnt care. Really unfortunate to have loved my dress once, and now I have to make due with what they gave me.

It was so convenient to fill out the style guide before hand. I didnt have to try on many dresses before I found the one. Nick knows his stuff. I couldnt help but love all his suggestions! Im getting married on September 1st and I feel so ready now! Thank you Nick. Also I have to shout out Essie for being an alterations machine! He fitted me perfectly in my dress and now it looks even more stunning. I cant wait to see the final outcome!

I found the dress here at my 1st and only appointment. Remy was spectacular at helping me find the perfect dress! They helped me stay within my budget, they were extremely helpful in helping me find the right style, and were very positive and made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on! I even found a beautiful veil to compliment my dress! I will alsways recommend Davids Bridal for any bride in the future! Lastly, they have a good variety of very resonably priced dresses to choose from!

I had an amazing time today picking out my Wedding dress with Martha!Shes such a doll and really listens to what you have in mind! I didnt want to rush into buying so fast after I found my perfect dress, so I left the store feeling really good but just wanted to think a bit more. I called a few hours later and ordered my dress! The women on the phone was so sweet and easy to process my order and she let me know about a discount they had going on and took some of the total off my whole order! I do recommend this location, the staff is just lovely!!

This Davids Bridal is perfect! My mother called in since I was busy and the manager Nick squeezed me in to find dresses and Nick helped me find the dress. I worked with Remy and she knew exactly what I was looking for! She made the experience quick and easy. I wasnt overwhelmed and I didnt feel like I had to pick a dress right away. I went there to try and get an idea of what I was looking for, I didnt expect to find the dress of my dreams and to say yes to the dress but I did.

One of the best places to look for homecoming and prom dresses! I went to 6 (yes 6) different stores today to look and I found nothing! But as soon as I walked into the store, we were greeted and helped! I found a dress that I absolutely LOVE! We had this amazing lady named Remy help us check out! Shes amazing! Highly recommend this place! There are somewhat amount of options, relatable prices and great staff!

I can not recommend this place because of how the manager treats the staff. I couldn’t believe how rude a manager. I went into the store Sunday and was happy until I heard the manager, Ashley, talking down to her employees. I’ll be honest I was surprised to learn she was the manager as when I walked in she couldn’t be bothered to look up from her cell phone to acknowledge a customer had walked in (luckily another lady was nice and welcoming) I mean that is so unacceptable for a manager to be ignoring customers while employees are rushing around and are extremely busy working. So unprofessional! My stylist was amazing so helpful and sweet, I just can’t recommend any place that has management that would berate, talk down to employees and ignore customers. I’m not sure how long she has been working there but she was pretty incompetent when I asked her a couple of questions. Not even able to tell me if a dress could be ordered in a different color. Overall the stylists were helpful but don’t expect any help from the manager.

Recommend avoiding this place. They messed up my fiances dress so badly that she had to make alterations to it herself. There were holes in it and the bottom was completely jagged plus they got the wrong cup size. Keep in mind they charged 800$ for this work and couldnt be bothered to take time to do it right. Did I mention it was a week late? Horrible experience for her and it added a significant amount of stress to her already stressful month. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Remy at David’s Bridal in Salt Lake was AMAZING!! I found a dress online that a really wanted to try on. Remy picked out a few beautiful dresses for me to try. The last dress I tried on was one that Remy picked. It is the MOST GORGEOUS dress!! Thank you for making me feel so special And finding me the perfect dress!!

I have had best experience looking for a dress for my wedding vow renewal. The main reason being all has to do with Remy. From the moment I walked in until I found the dress I love, he has made me feel amazing, comfortable, and beautiful. He knows how to find the right style of dress with just a little information. I had THE most amazing experience at this Davids Bridal. Nick, Bella, and Ashley took care of me when I was in a pinch - I am extremely grateful for how kind, accommodating, and welcoming they were. Also, Nick did such a great job helping me find a dress that was perfect for me - he clearly knew better than I did! Got engaged earlier this year and was so lost with what I was looking for. I stopped at Davids Bridal just to look around and I was more than accommodated. The team is so friendly but I eventually went with a dress that Ashley helped me with which is something I would have never tried on. She definitely has a keen eye for style. I will definitely recommend!

The experience I had was amazing. I was shopping as a bridesmaid and Belle the manager was absolutely amazing. Even though a lot of the dresses I tried on were not my size she helped make sure I could picture it when it fits. She grabbed every color we asked to try on and could answer all the questions we had. Thank you for all the help!

My alterations appointment was amazing she addressed all of my concerns I even got a tickle In my throat in the middle of it and she gave me candy and water, conversation was awesome and she really seems to take pride in what she does! I would definitely recommend

I had the best experience today at Davids Bridal!! I have been looking for a dress for my sons wedding for months. Without any luck. Nick was so very helpful and made my experience so enjoyable. In an hour I was out the door with the perfect dress & shoes!! I will definitely be back. Thanks again Nick you are so awesome!!

Its no surprise that Davids Bridal has beautiful dresses, but their sales team will lie to you. I bought my dress in February 2021. During this time, they had launched a new points program. My sales woman told if I signed up for their program and purchased my bridesmaid dresses from them, I could use the points towards a reduction in the alteration price. That sounded AMAZING. 2 months later, I went back and bought my bridesmaid dresses there along with a dress for my aunt and my mom. Flash forward a few more months, Im at my June alternations appointment. Turns out, they only needed to do was take in a half inch on both sides under my arm pits. When I went to pay, I was informed the points couldnt be applied towards my alterations, what-so-ever. There was a sales woman in the back sitting on her chair, when I asked why and informed them what I was previously told, she got up, walked over to me, then stated You either misheard or she lied to you then walked away. I broke down in tears right then and there. Bait and Switch. I wanted to buy my bridesmaid dresses and others, elsewhere but I didnt want to miss out on the pointsAll Im saying is, buy your dress at Davids because theyre reasonably priced but DO NOT buy anything else or have your alterations completed there. My minor adjustment, cost $180.**Update, since DB has replied and apologize for my experience, Ive adjusted my review from 2 star to 4 to match my appreciation for their acknowledgement and beautiful dresses, thank you DB.**

This has been an amazing experience!I have been going back and forth about my bridesmaids dresses. My first appointment was OK but this third appointment was amazing! Remy did such a fantastic job taking care of my bride tribe! Also Bella has been a delight to work with on late weeknights!

If I could give zero stars I would. Pam was very rude when we had come in for our appointment. Unfortunately we were 20 minutes late because of traffic, but we had tried to call to let them know and their phone number was not working even though we tried like 6 times (phone records can prove this). When we had walked in she immediately was asking if we had business here and we told her we had a bridesmaid dress appointment. She looked and said, You are 30 minutes late so we are just going to have to reschedule. because apparently they had given our spot away for being late. After we had rescheduled (which we will not be keeping by the way) she immediately walked away even though my older sister still had to pick up her vail. Pam absolutely ruined that experience for us with her bitterness and we will never be shopping here again.Update: We had actually been in about 2 weeks early and had had an amazing experience with Nick and my older sister was able to find a wedding dress that she liked. Thats why we were so disappointed to have such a horrible experience the second time around. It was as if Pam looked at us and assumed we knew nothing and that we were a joke to her. Also, when we asked if we could just look around after getting our appointment rescheduled, she looked annoyed and irritated, but said yes anyways. If Pam is in management there, I would highly recommend demoting or even firing her if she keeps treating customers this way.

Had an amazing experience helping one of my best friends choose a dress! Remy absolutely made sure of that! Every dress Remy chose was perfection and she looked beautiful in all of them. If you’re going here, do yourself a favor and ask for Remy. Killed it!!

Thank you David’s Bridal for taking us in and making our daughter feel beautiful. Martha Jardine is very personable and took time in between her scheduled fittings to take care of us. My daughter found exactly what she wanted, fitted and ordered for an on time fitting. I will note that even though we did not have an appointment and the store was busy, the incredible staff was polite, accommodating and very helpful. Remy helped me find my perfect dress for my big day. They were so helpful and answered every one of our questions. Not pushy like consultants at other bridal shops. So kind and well versed in their profession. There was a small amount of dirt on the bottom of the dress and Remy offered to personally scrub it clean for me. I left feeling beautiful and confidant in my decision. My mom said later that she wants to invite Remy over for dinner haha. 10/10 recommend requesting Remy when you visit here

To spend the astronomical amount of money on alterations. Then have a dress that had strings all over it, wrinkled, and two stains! Clearly not steamed as we were told it was..Update....didnt want to go back but we have too. Alterations that I paid for were not even done!

I went to get a bra needed for my wedding and as a bigger sized girl with a bigger chest honestly they made me feel so welcome and did not shame me for looking the way I do. They brought me a few sizes and styles to find what worked best for my dress, my chest and also making sure I could breathe in it. The prices is definitely worth it for the customer service provided

After going to one other bridal shop in the area and having a less than stellar experience, Mattie did an incredible job taking care of me and helping me create that final look that got me to say yes to my dream dress (on sale, no less!). The whole Davids Bridal team was so supportive and were willing to let me keep trying on dresses so that I was 100% sure that I was buying my dream dress. There was never any pressure or the feeling of needing to buy immediately. It was a wonderful experience.

I went to my fitting and the hope was to pick up my wedding dress…but the dress was still to big, they had added pockets and done the hem, but the chest needed a lot of attention.I was panicked. I live about an hour away and there is tons of construction around the are of the store we were going to.Issa was calm and said that if we stayed in town he could do the alteration on the chest so that we did not have to go back again! I felt so relieved!

The ladies who helped us were very nice and supportive. I am grateful I had shopped at 2 other stores before hand so I came in knowing what I wanted. But more because those other stores gave me the bridal experience I would have missed out on if I had just come here. I found my dress and they have been great to work with but if you want help getting in or out of dresses, want a consultant who is just yours and has your attention this is not the place. Very happy with them but wouldnt recommend for your first time looking.

We went for bridesmaids dresses and had a bad experience. The associate we had was not helpful in selecting dresses or giving information on alterations. My sister and I are both petite and knew going in that we would need alterations on any dress that we got. When we asked what could be done the associate said that they could take inches from the bottom and that was it. My mom ended up finding and asking the seamstress what options we had. She was great! She took measurements and assured us that she could make our dresses fit. The sales associate was rude and distant from the whole appointment and one of our girls ended up leaving without a dress because of the lack of help and understanding. Overall I’d say the seamstress was wonderful but I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. The experience was supposed to be fun and exciting but instead it was disappointing.Update: If I could give negative stars I would. It’s been 4 months and the wedding is in a week. I went to pick up my bridesmaids dress last Thursday and the skirt was ruined. I was told that they could over night a dress that was too big for me and alter it before the wedding at no extra cost to me. I was upset but I agreed that was the best thing to do. My new dress came and I went to a fitting for alterations yesterday. Once again it was completely different staff that has no idea what I was talking about. I was told that I would be charged for the extra alterations that this dress needed AND be charged for a rush order due to ‘my poor planning’. I ended up picking a new dress in my size to exchange so I wouldn’t be charged extra for alterations. So now I’m getting a dress that I didn’t want and don’t really like just so I can have a dress for my brothers wedding. I feel like I was lied to the entire time just so I would buy one of their dresses.

I showed her one picture of what I was interested in and she found several dresses in my price range that we a really good spectrum of things to consider. I found the dress in the first session. She was great and I’m really excited for my big day. Ask for Remmy every time.

The customer service rep Avery was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Being in the customer service industry my whole life I have never once been treated like this by an individual. Very condescending snide attitude. While I was trying to figure out if the Vera Wang dress that I had purchased was ready to be picked up… I was laughed at and hung up on several times by Avery and told that she simply “does not care”. Can’t say enough how horrible of an experience this was. SHOP LOCAL and save yourself the time and energy trying to deal with people who could care less about you. So first off, I should say I didnt want to go here! I wanted something cooler more edgy. I didnt think I was a Davids Bridal person. Whatever that means. I tried every other option to find my dress. Im not a princess bride. I didnt want a typical white dress. So I went in just hoping to try some things on, and went in with a lot of skepticism about what I thought I would experience. This store really surprised me and all the staff completely subverted my expectations. First off, everyone was very nice, laid back and not at all pushy. When I said I was firm about my budget, they were very accepting. When I said I was looking for something kind of different, it was no problem at all. The person that helped me, ***Remy***, made me feel very comfortable and well understood. I thought Id feel uncomfortable trying on dresses but Remy just somehow made me feel very welcome, even with my quirks! Honestly, if you go to this store and get to work with Remy, youll be so lucky!! Also Nick popped in and was a delight. Other staff members were also super low key and pleasant. I was so surprised how at ease they all made me feel. The staff here are very accepting, understanding and pleasant. Everyone I talked to there made me feel like I could handle this overwhelming experience (but especially REMY!!)

Got my wedding dress altered at this Davids Bridal and they did a fantastic job! They took in my dress about 4 sizes, hemmed 7 layers with one including a horsehair braid and added an overlaying slit to the skirt. I was very nervous, but it looks amazing and fits perfectly! All of this was done at a very reasonable rate- less expensive than any other place I looked. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fitting appointment at 3:00. I was still waiting to be seen at 3:15. Both the manager and front desk stAff noticed and quickly tried to rearrange things so I could get seen faster.I appreciated them acknowledging me and trying to fix the problem.

I went to Davids bridal on Tuesday and was working with Lexi. Lexi was absolutely amazing! I didnt have anyone with me because there was some issues with my maid of honor. Lexi let me look through the dresses, and I fell in love with 2 dresses that were mermaid. One lace thats very sexy with a deep v neckline and off the shoulder straps; one strapless v neckline with absolutely gorgeous beading and a long beautiful train. Since I had no one with me to help me Lexi asked if it would be ok to call over the associates to see if it could help. All the employees there are amazing people but with the 2 dresses being amazing it was still hard for me to choose.

This was my first ever bridal appointment and I went in thinking that I was not going to find much. I had no clue of what I was looking for or where I should start. I was blessed with the absolute best stylist ever. Remy! They were very patient and helped me through the process of pulling some styles since I had nothing to reference to. While I was three dresses in and changing I came out to a new dress on the rack, and honestly just looking at it I knew it was the one. I changed into that one and came out to look in the mirror and was speechless, I turned to face my party and they were all already in tears. Remy picked me a dress that fit my style and fitted amazing to my body. Remy was super kind with not only me but my party too. Not only was Remy hyping me up but any other stylist walking by had very kind words to share. I always struggled with body image and was scared that would hold me back from getting a dress I loved, but I found the one and could not be more happy and in love with the dress.

Awesome service!! Went to the Salt Lake location. Remy was so awesome and helped me so much!! It was totally a great experience!! I found my dress and Remy was so kind to me and understanding of my style. It was totally great.

Loved the consultant (Remy) and seamstress who helped me pick out the perfect dress! I felt comfortable the whole time and felt like they took the time to understand my vision. Can’t wait for it to come in and get altered for the big day! 🤍

Great experience! The first girl didnt seem to be too flexible about what I was looking for. Another girl came along and was amazing!! I found the perfect dress, but needed a little alteration. Amelia, Jo and Esa were spectacular in making a great dress even better.Good job you guys!

I dont even know how to describe how odd this experience was for us. This is the first place we went to try on wedding dresses for my daughter. When we arrived, there were about 6 people just standing around the check in desk and they asked if we had an appointment. We didnt know we needed one so we said no and they said theyd try to fit us in. As far as we could tell, there were no customers in the store. They all stared at each other and then told us they were going to assign us a stylist to help. The stylist (who was a guy) and another person took us back to a staging area with mirrors in the back and and told us to sit down while they asked questions about what my daughter liked. After getting a feel for what shed like (and I told them it needed to be modest because it was going to be a temple wedding) they told us they would pick out the dresses and bring them back for her to try on.They brought back 6 and we immediately rejected 3 of them but should have just rejected all of them because none of them were modest at all. We decided to try the 3 on and were very disappointed to discover that there were no mirrors in the dressing room so it would force my daughter to have to go out to the staging area to look at herself in the mirror. She was very uncomfortable with that idea. I told her she didnt have to do that since none of the dresses were modest and we took pictures with our phone so she could see what she looked like in them. None of the dresses were even close to fitting her (she is a size 0). Plus with the immodesty of them, would have had to be severely altered to make them work.What I dont understand is how a huge store like Davids Bridal that is in Salt Lake City doesnt have any modest dresses available. It doesnt make sense since Im sure a lot of the dresses they would sell would need to be modest for temple weddings. I dont want to spend a lot of money for a dress and then have to spend a lot more to get it temple ready.We left very disappointed with our experience and had no intentions of returning. We decided to go to Latter-day Bridal afterward and had a wonderful experience there and found several dresses that would work, even in my daughters size. If you are getting married in the temple, go there instead. They have mirrors in huge dressing rooms.

Connie, the store manager was absolutely amazing in her ability to find the dress I needed. After making multiple calls to other stores to confirm availability, she was told no one had the dress in the color and size I needed. She immediately walked the floor grabbing as many similar options. She tried one more time to the store who told her they don’t have the dress, though she saw it in their inventory, and was able to secure it! She even walked the associate through the process to find it (it was recently exchanged at their store)Thanks again Connie!

The people are really nice, and I understand how understaffed everyone is right now but that’s no excuse for a bad alteration. I am very disappointed in how my dress turned out, the stitching is horrible. Not only was it a bad alteration, it was over priced. It shouldn’t cost as much to alter the dress as the actual dress. $400 I spent on a plain bridesmaid dress to wear for one night. Guess it’s my fault for waisting my money here.

I worked with Mattie and shes amazing! She knew what dresses to pull to spark my interest. She pulled one last dress and that was it! I found my wedding dress! If she hadnt gotten that dress out I dont know if I would have found it.

Alterations department recently dead custom work on my dress to raise the back. When they told me what they could do I was not a believer, and I could not imagine it in my head. Believe me when I say to trust them. These ladies did a work of art on my dress and I actually love it more with the alterations than I did when I bought it. They were very accommodating and kind and helpful and they really do make sure you know how beautiful you are. They made my bridal gown shopping and alterations experience great when it was something I was dreading most. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks Davids bridal!

I had the best experience! Abby was my stylist and she knew right away exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! Absolutely 10 out of 10!!

I went in to my appointment with low expectations for a number of reasons. First off, Its a national chain and I generally prefer to shop in smaller, independently owned type of businesses. I am not the typical bride, Im 55 years old and getting married for the first time. Im not the most feminine gal around, I hate getting dressed up, and quite honestly didnt think that my age or physical attributes would lend itself to finding a dress that actually flattered my odd shape or personality. I went to this appointment to satisfy family members who insisted we do it, and who waited an awfully long time and quite frankly never thought the day would come.I was paired with the most amazing bridal consultant Remy at the Salt Lake City store. My thoughts, likes, reservations and fears were heard and understood. The dresses picked for me to try were well thought out and Remy has an uncanny fashion sense. It was so incredibly fun to work with such an amazing professional. As the appointment wore on, I was getting discouraged towards the end. The very last dress we had time to try at this appointment was put on. When I turned around to look in the mirror, I had that moment. I burst out in tears and said those words I never thought would come out of my mouth. I said Yes to the Dress. Thank you Davids Bridal, and a special thank you to my consultant Remy for working your magic on a atypical bride that had little intention of actually finding much less purchasing a dress that day. Congratulations, you achieved nearly the impossible!

My experience with the alterations department at David’s Bridal at 389 W 1830 S Ste 400, Salt Lake City, has been lovely.Be warned that you may have several people working on your dress. At first this was a turn off to me, but it ended up being a great experience. The main tailors working on my dress were Sonya, Issa and Lauren. They also had assistants like Mackenzie. Everyone was lovely to work with.My dress had some unique challenges (because of some adjustments I had already made) and had to be adjusted 3 times. The staff was amazing. At one point, Issa called me personally and asked me to pop in to check in some pinning that Lauren had done. They were so thorough and great. I also like that they had specific prices that they quoted for the different adjustments before I even went in. Since they know the dresses in the store they are able to give you a ballpark quote and mine was spot on.Thank you everyone!

I love the staff at the SLC David’s bridal they are friendly and very helpful!! Nick was my assistant and I am very happy he got me the dress in color I wanted and the right material and style for my body type!! I rate 5 stars to Nick!!

Went to David’s bridal in salt lake with my friend who’s getting married. We had Remy as the stylist, she was sooo great!! She really listened to my friend with what she liked and wanted. She also was super great with us bridesmaids, helped us with what dress would look good on us and pulled every dress we asked and made us feel super great about ourselves. She made us feel important too! Loved this so much!

The staff was very nice and pretty helpful. There were just limited options to try. Its like that at most of their stores. Its hard to buy something that you couldnt try on because they didnt have a wide range of sizes.

I was referred to David’s bridal by one of my friends. I was helped by Anastasia. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was and how quickly I had found a dress. My friends wedding is soon and I have been looking for a dress for weeks. Within 20 minutes my stylist had found me the perfect dress. Then she was extremely patient with all of my questions I had about shoes and altering and shipping times. She is a miracle worker! She was so helpful and nice. I was worried because my friend couldn’t come with me anymore and I had to go alone. But I had nothing to worry about - my stylist stayed with me the whole time and was very attentive. I felt very welcomed and not uncomfortable at all. I would highly recommend David’s bridal to shop for all of your wedding needs.

I cant stress enough how amazing the Davids bridal in salt lake city is. The manager Connie makes you feel like youre the only one in the store! Ive had a hard time finding the perfect dress. She immediately put me at ease the minute I called and through out my visit to the store. My consultant Lexi was fun and attentive. She pulled whatever I needed and was quick with some crazy requests. I wouldnt waste time on going to any other Davids bridal or any bridal shop for that matter. This is it! They will get you what you need, when you need it. They made sure of it in my case with the few weeks I have until my wedding. Thank you Connie and Lexi!!

I made an appointment to find a mother of the bride dress. The person helping me was clearly not interested in helping me. She told me to go look at dresses. I started looking, and then she came back and asked me what I was looking for. I showed her some picture of ones I had been looking at, and the color I was looking for. She said we dont have anything like that. She didnt give any suggestions, or show me anything. When I got home I got a text saying sorry we missed you. As if i didnt come to my appointment.

I came into David’s Bridal with low expectations because I had tried on 30+ dresses in other locations with very little luck finding something I felt comfortable in. Emily ended up helping me find the perfect dress!! She was very creative in her suggestions and ended up putting a different top with a dress that I loved the skirt on. I knew right when I put it on it was the one. Emily was so helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. Thank you!!

I had a great experience! Remy picked out gorgeous dresses for me and was so supportive! I love how she noticed how I felt about the dresses I tried on and whether they were the right dress for me or not. I found the dress Im in love with and a gorgeous dress for my bridal shower!

Although I did get my dress from here, the experience was not what I wanted for my big dress moment. I made an appointment and was helped right away. I had viewed and saved dresses online so that helped. I don’t remember the name of the girl who helped me but my biggest issue was when my appointment was over, she made me feel like I HAD to pick my dress that day, she even suggested I FaceTime my mom so she could see it since she couldn’t be there.... that was honestly offending! Such a big decision where I wanted my mother to share that with me and she thought a simple call would be enough... VERY DISAPPOINTING! I left feeling like a number and not a bride.

Despite having an appointment the assistant had to serve 3 other customers simultaneously. Her knowledge on gown fitting and alterations was practically zero. She could only check delivery time on selected items. Not much help over the 90 minutes that my wife was there. The gown selection was average, but service at check out was slow. Expect to do most of the legwork yourself in this overrated warehouse.
