My fiance and I hired Jaffa, at the onset of COVID-19, to help us design and print our wedding invitations. Linda was very kind and patient with us as we chose paper, print style, font, color, etc... Christy, the designer, was so receptive to the changes we wanted to make, it only took a couple emails back and forth before she nailed our vision. I do wish that Jaffa wouldve been able to help us print recipient addresses on the envelopes, but Im not holding them against them-- their pricing is incredibly reasonableI plan to use Jaffa again for our ceremony programs and thank-you cards.

Was very satisfied with my experience. Was able to book an apt online for the weekend (my only availability and most printing places are closed!). They were very accommodating, I had a lot of questions, never felt rushed. I loved that they had detailed pricing for EVERYTHING! I do have a budget but wanted beautiful invitations. I was so happy with the product and would recommend them to anyone. My only recommendation is I wish I could have seen a printed proof. I got a digital one and could see everything really well but our names in a different font color didnt pop out as well as I thought. Which they did mention in the email, color could be distorted. I plan on ordering thank you announcements through them also.

We have had Jaffa Printing Company print all four of our childrens wedding announcements. They are responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and talented. The proofing and production times were quick, and the prices were great, especially for the quality. Their invitations are beautiful, and there is a wide variety of styles. Our fifth (and youngest) child is a son, but if I have any input on the announcements for his wedding some day, we will be coming back to Jaffa!

Family run business serving Salt Lake City for years. The owners and employees are happy people, they seem to pride themselves in their work. This press has some unique history as well, originally this building was an old bakery. Paper is stored in what uses to be a large cold storage area.

What started out hopeful, ended in disrespectfully blowing me off! Im a retired Corporate Trainer dealing with phone skills and phone directory Ad sales & design. My initial call was to simply give a general idea of a biz card design; get a rough monetary cost; but more importantly, meet to design a reality logo. Having told Linda Jaffa that I needed to meet for this, she continued trying get my idea (with txtd images) over the phone. Then, abruptly, she txt me saying, sorry, we cant help you. Have a nice day! Ive counseled CEOs, politicians & professional athletes. As such, as an owner, she sets a poor example of customer rapport.

The customer service is horrendous. I called for an estimate on a small printing job, and was immediately met with irritation and a short attitude when the lady over the phone found out what my specs were. When I mentioned that I was willing to change the printing dimensions she brushed it off but promised to check with the powers that be to see if it was doable.I received a call back minutes later with this customer service rep abruptly telling me they couldnt do anything and she hung up on me.Please bear in mind that I had mentioned that even though the job was small, I was willing to pay for what it would take (even extra for the trouble) to make it worth their time. For some reason my call came off as either offensive, or this lady was having a bad day. At any rate, the customer service was borderline hateful of the customer. If they dont want my money then its their loss. Really unfortunate.
