This happened to me twice so I wont give Bella Nail Salon any more chances. I called to see if they had availability for a pedicure and they told me to come in at 4:30. I got there and they put me in a chair to soak my feet. I was there for 30 minutes without anyone coming over to apologize for or explain the delay. I got up and left. Happened the same way another time. Had to scrub the blue stuff off my legs when I got home from soaking in it for a half hour.

I go to this salon and its nice. This is a good salon to use if you want a standard mani/pedi. The nail techs are friendly and do good work that lasts. This is a volume focused business; getting the customers in and out quickly.This is not a salon that will willingly do creative or artistic things with your nails. If you are looking for fancy Pinterest-type nails, you probably wont get them here. If you are looking for a nice mani/pedi, this is the place to go.

The Bella Nails staff is professional and friendly and the salon is always kept clean. Andy is by far the best technician- a total perfectionist who clearly cares for his clientele and takes pride in his work. I’ve been going to Andy for over five years and he provides excellent service EVERY time. I’d prefer to keep him to myself but he deserves the recognition! :)

I have been coming to Bellas for a number of years now. I have seen a fair amount of nail technicians, and by far my favorite is Andy. He always gives me great advice about what to do with my nails and which color to choose. In addition, he is very respectful of my personal space, and is just very respectful, in general. He takes what he does very personally and is quite the perfectionist. I have never walked away from a manicure or pedicure by Andy and been displeased.

I have been to Bellas many times.It was my go to place.I just went in November. The salon was busy and he Thomas rushed through my pedicure.I ended up with a very bad toe infection.Very disappointed!I do not recommend at all.

My powder nails didnt last a week before falling off!!! Do not recoment AT ALL

Andy is by far the best! His pedicures have the best foot and massages, and he is a perfectionist about doing a great job. Takes time to check and fix anything less than perfect. I will never go anywhere else!

I went to Bella for the first time yesterday. I got a pedicure and manicure. They did not use plastic in their foot spas, today my big toe is extremely painful and inflamed. I can barely walk on it. The girl was talking into her AirPods the whole time. She talked me into a $60 pedicure with a long massage. She barely massaged me. I then proceeded to get my nails done. I kept asking her to cut them shorter and change the shape and she was physically showing that she was annoyed. You also are right next to other customers at the manicure stations. No 6 feet distancing or plastic between. My toe has been throbbing and I can barely walk on it. I really hope it’s not infected from their unsanitary foot spas. I am so grossed out. Somehow I was charged $125 for my basic pedicure and acrylics with gel. I will NEVER go back there again. Worst nail experience I have ever had.

Overpriced for the quality. Went in for fill, asked nail tech for ombré (expecting natural ombre & received pink & white ombré powder, was not informed of the price difference) paid $65, nails are short, unevenly filed & started lifting after 1 week. Do not recommend.

0 STARS NO SOCIAL DISTANCE!!!!! Charged me 5$ for “long nails” when they aren’t long at all charged me $112 for mani-pedi when I have never been charged more than $70 my design looks like a 2 year old my nails are crooked and hanging over my finger and the employees were rude and borderline harrasing my friend whose nails are rubbing off not even 23 hours after we got them also they did NOT social distance they had me sitting next to another lady when there were other chairs open on the other side I am very mad I tried to get a refund and the manager wasn’t having it she told me she would get someone to redo them but I don’t have the time and I don’t want them to just do another below average pathetic job

I would give this place O stars if it was possible. Over priced and my matte nails completely look destroyed less than 23 hours later.

Bella Lifestyle Nail Salon was recommended to me and I must say I enjoyed every minute of it. This is a great place to go if you want an upscale nail salon.

Bella is the only place I go for manicures now. The staff is always so friendly, and they believe in protecting your nails. Angie is especially wonderful!!

I went to this spa today this was my 4th time here. The first time was really nice but the second time I went my polish on my feet appeared to be dry and I asked the tech if they were dry and she said yes. Get home and they were smudged. I didn’t make a big deal because some times things just happen right? Third time went as planned . Today not so much so I get my feet done then proceed to get my nails done . I sit under the nail dryer for my feet an extra 10 minutes after my nails were done just for a precaution. I pay leave the shop in the provided flip flops I drive all the way to north laurel for lunch with a friend and go to take my flip flop off and my toes are still not dry a whole hour later which means that they have to be using some sort of nail polish thinner of some sort it’s no way my nails should’ve been still wet . Needles to say my toes are horrible.

The nail technicians at Bella always take good care of me. Theyre welcoming and helpful. Today the nail tech told me that I didnt need a service that I requested and saved me some money. That has never happened to me anywhere else.

I thought I would give them a try for a pedicure. It was very disappointing. A coworker spent a good bit of time complaining to my technician while she was working on my feet. She was also was showing her pictures on her cell phone. The polish ended up over the nail bed and on my toes. Maybe she needed glasses? My daughter had a manicure at the same time. Her nails looked pretty when she was finished.

Been going here for a few times. I got a fill and also asked for a small hair line crack to be fix. The way she fixed was just putting powder over top. Few days later the crack was worse so I came back in. I told her that crack needed to be filed down and filled (this is how I have gotten small cracks in the past filled at other salons and it works perfectly). She assured me this was wrong and she knew what she was doing with attitude. She filed the whole nail but not even enough to see through the polish put nail glue on the crack the put more acrylic over top then more polish. It was noticeably thick compared to my other nails. It was late and wasnt going to try and fight it. But guess what happen a couple days later.....? Oh the crack is back again, well I should say it was never fixed. Will never go back to this salon again.

Visited a few weeks ago to get acrylics put on after a friend recommended this nail salon. I was greeted quickly by a nice gentlemen who lead me to my tech. She was very nice but did not talk much. I asked her for short nails and a slightly square round shape. Turns out that short nails with a round shape look TERRIBLE. I wish she would have spoke up as I am not familiar with getting acrylics. I ended up going back to get them redone as many people commented on how bad they looked. The tech I got the second time informed me to never get short round nails and told me to stick to square if going short (which again I wish the original tech would have told me).

I love this salon! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Vince does a great job whether youre getting a gel manicure,acrylic nails, etc! Cant go wrong here. Staff is super friendly and environment is very tranquil.

Got a pedicure and acrylic dip, my nails were rushed and filed so unevenly i told them my 11 yr old cousin could do better. wouldn’t refund my nails, had to have the manager come out and re file them for them to still be a bit uneven. they came off after a week and 3 days. service wasn’t good and they were quite rude.

I love this place! They are friendly, professional, and work hard to accommodate your needs. The shop is very clean and a pleasant place to be pampered. Uyen does the best manicure and pedicure that I have experienced.

Horrible . Customer service is horrible. The whole time she complained that my nails were going to take her an hour.... for gel. Like yeah lady a hour is standard. My nails have completely chipped within a week. I’m so upset and feel like I wasted $55 plus my time! Never will I go back. Never .

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. It was the shortest manicure ever. She rushed through everything and skipped things like pushing back my cuticles. My nails were still rough and all different lengths. I did the gel manicure and she managed to get several bubbles and bumps. She didnt paint the edge of the tips which I asked her to do and did a very poor job. My toenails were left too long and different lengths as well. The massage lasted for maybe a minute and were so light I didnt know it was a massage. I showed her the mistakes on my nails and then she filed the bubbles and made it worse. All this time my daughter was waiting for me which they rushed through and did a lousy job on her as well. I have had my nails done for close to 25 years and have never experienced such poor service and bait/switch in any nail salon in the country.Horrible Service. Dont waste your money or time.

Love the atmosphere! The owner is very nice and cares for her shop. Top nail techs are Vivian and Vince. I am never disappointed. Vivian gives a superb wax.

Extremely clean and reasonably priced for the services. The women who did my nails was very chatty and engaging, which I enjoyed. Although the place was packed when I got there I didnt even have to wait a minute, the organization is stellar.

I loved how they did my nails, and only felt slightly judged (better than at other mail salons), but they messed up my friends and we didnt notice until it was too late. Its a pretty place tho...

Been a customer for years but recently disappointed on several occasions My fresh French gel manicure turned brown 24 hours after having them done. It was my daughters wedding no time to go back had to cover tips with my own white polish. Called salon they offered to do nothing.My daughters fresh set of tips starting lifting off on day 4 which was on her honeymoon and nothing she could do.

A bit pricy, but the best! This is where I go to treat myself. Its the only place I get my eye brows waxed, and the only place I get gel manicures.

I got my nails done there a couple weeks ago and was so disappointed. I got a pedicure and a fill-in. Both services were subpar. My nails were filed unevenly and the fill-in was very thick. The pedicure was the worst I ever received. The polish came off within days. The nail tech named Thomas serviced me. The worst customer service ever! He was so rude and disrespectful. Without any solicitation, another nail tech suggested to me that he was out of line and I got similar comments from another customer. I mentioned to the receptionist my unhappiness and he apologized. He suggested that I make an appointment with someone else. I don’t know if/how he corrected Thomas’s behavior. To many other nail salons around to be treated and serviced this way... really displeased. I will never go back to this salon!!

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in Annapolis. From the moment you enter, the salon is immaculate and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of services and dont try to push services on you that you arent interested in. Nancy is always amazing and attentive. She is my absolute favorite and I enjoy the two hours I spend with her during my mani/pedi. If you are looking for a nail salon in the Annapolis area, this is by far be best.

I walked in for a manicure and I didnt have to wait at all. Plenty of staff around and everyone was super friendly. Honestly, the best mani I have ever gotten. Really great massage on my forearms, too. I did the gel mani ($50) and it was a bit more than I usually pay but it was worth it. I will definitely be going back.

I tried a new salon because I moved and this place was closer. The guy doing my nails started off by insulting the work that had previously been done by another salon ... that should have been my sign to run out of the building... He did an awful job - tried to convince me not to get what I wanted, wrong color (while insisting it was the color I selected) and spent most of the time checking his phone - so much so that he apparently didnt notice that the nails were lumpy. Oh and they charged me $10.00 more than my normal salon. I will do the drive from now on and go back to my regular spot!

I visited Bella today for the first time. I just moved to Annapolis from Los Angeles, and am trying to find a hair stylist, nail salon, etc. I decided to try Bella since it got great reviews on Yelp. In a nail salon, what is important? To me, it is cleanliness, comfortable salon, good technicians, quality of manicures/pedicures, friendliness, and price.This place received the Best of Annapolis - Nail Salon award, so I was hoping for a great experience. To me it was just ok. Coming from LA, I was a regular at a salon which was clean, gave GREAT manicure/pedicures, which included a great massage the hand, palm and fingers, and up the elbow - sometimes up to your shoulder. And the massage on the pedicures included the foot, the sole and up the leg. After the massage, they would wipe the arm/leg with a hot towel, and wipe the nails with lemons, prepping them for color. They took their time and were very friendly. This was all included in the basic manicure/pedicure for $33.Bella is a beautiful salon, a comfortable salon, very inviting and a place you should enjoy visiting. It is clean. What it lacked for me was the quality of the manicure & pedicure, the friendliness, and the price. Hence, my 2-star rating.I asked for a classic manicure & pedicure. The technician, Cathy, did not smile once or even look at me. I dont think she really enjoys her job! For goodness sake if you are in the service business, especially hair & nails, you have to be friendly! She was fairly thorough but she lacked personality and friendliness. My pedicure massage was awful. She was too busy looking around and cleaning - one hand on my leg the other wiping up the floor. She did not scrub/exfoliate the bottom of my feet enough, she just gave it a swipe with the pumice stone. My leg massage only included my leg and top of my feet and lasted about 40 seconds. She was also inconsistent; what she did to my second leg was different than the first, but not better. My hand massage was even worse. She massaged only my hands, while they were placed on the table, rubbing on the tops of my hands - for a whopping 10 seconds. Then, no hot towel (I did get a hot towel on the pedicure) and she sprayed something across my nails...I guess to clean them of the hand massage lotion? Why? She didnt even touch my fingers or nails during the massage! Before applying color, I paid, and of course I was no where near as generous as I usually am, leaving a 12% tip. And then she brushed on my polish so carelessly like she couldnt wait to get me out of her seat.Thought this was a top salon who cared about their customers.

I wish I could give negative stars!Very disappointed - dropped in for a mani/pedi. The water was cold, the male technician Steve (dont insult the customers intelligence and try to pass this off as your real name) seemed like he did not want to be there. Rolled his eyes when I confirmed the color selection. Then when he was nearly quicking the cuticles on my hand he made a comment on how he was horrified at how bad my feet looked. That would explain the horrible pedi I received.My feet are in great shape, and because of what I do for a living I ensure proper care. I have been here previously and had a good experience. However, because of today I WILL NOT be returning nor recommending Bella Salons. This gentlemen needs to be taught how to appropriately treat and speak to customers. Nail salons are abundant in this area, we (the consumer) have a lot of other options. Moving on!!

While the stylists are great and the variety of services good, the service itself is AWFUL. Because I do not look like most of three ricknpeople in Annapolis, I often get looked over and disregarded. This salon was terrible. No one came to see me, no one talkyd to me, or vendors offered me water. There are plenty of other salons in Annapolis PLEASE DO JOT GO HERE and see pedi elsewhere.
