Roads under construction but the wash gets all the spots on my compact car completely and the tire shine actually shines. Which is much better than the Mister Carwash near my house in Draper.

This had to be changed because of a member of management. I approached an employee and asked them, Do you have somewhere where I could buy a towel for drying? She was extremely friendly and helpful, and said We dont but hold on just a minute and I will see what I can find. A different employee delivered two microfiber towels. This felt like a part of the service, because I was not told any differently, and Supersonic gives you three disposable towels when you drive up. I went back again, and again I forgot to bring towels, so I asked them once more. The manager came over with some towels, told me We cant be giving you towels every time, and would not accept me handing him back the previously borrowed towels that I used. I hate how questions are perceived as demands, and therefore responded to as such. The simple non-condescending approach to this situation, is for them to have just said No when I asked. That is much less rude than the manager coming over with his guilt trips and condescension included with the no. Next time, just say no.

It does a good job for an automated car wash but I’ve been through a couple times now where my passes let me in but no water or soap comes out. This is horrible for the paint of my car and is not okay. Why pay so much for a service that works half the time?So glad I pay 40 bucks a month always have to come through twice. Probably going to be canceling.

Does not clean the car well. I always have spots left on the back of my car after the wash. There are spots left on the mirrors as well. I end up spending extra 20 minutes to clean it up myself after going through a wash.It also scratches the car. There are already a few scratches on my car. The rotating brushes in the car wash damaged my splash guards as well ;( Ill cancel my membership, lets hope it is not painful to do!The free vacuums are nice to have and this location is comparatively better than the one on Foothill drive.

The monthly membership is a great value! Not only is the facility well updated and has very nice tools for self-cleaning the inside of your vehicle, but the staff is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this car wash if you like to keep your car clean.

Really Enjoy this place. Even when its busy they get you in and out quick with a shiney new wash. Driving through the wash tunnel is like traveling through hyperspace with all those colors and sounds. Pro tip, get added value using this to entertain your child or fussy cat.

You guys!!! Its been remodeled and now rivals Ogden as my favorite Mister Car Wash! Today was going to try and drive thru with my bike rack on, but their awesome team member stopped me, explained to me very nicely that only Park Citys tunnels are designed for bike racks, and helped me take mine off! She even offered to meet me on the other side to put it back on 😍😍😍 Yall are awesome!!!

TERRIBLE CARWASH! BEWARE! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! The inside of my SUV is wet; wish Id gotten pictures right from the beginning. Areas inside the doors tend to be slightly wet after a carwash, but this was RIDICULOUS - suds and water and puddles of water... The brushes didnt even touch the right side of the SUV at all during the ride. The dryers are for show only - my SUV was still drenched when I exited the ride. A waterproof, vehicle-approved sticker was completely ruined. My new SUV was scratched all over! I was yelled at for taking too much time drying and vacuuming my car afterwards despite there being only two other cars present and I parked in a little-used area. I was also told to stop taking pictures. I have used this particular carwash for years with my previous car and it was fine. Its been about a year since I last used it, and its gone to hell!

After going to a couple mister car washes this one seems like it is longer and does a better job than the ones I have been to. They have free vacuum service and the staff was a pleasant interaction.I cant complain about it.

I feel like the car wash is entirely too quick and doesn’t clean very well because there’s still spots left on my vehicle after the wash. Also I would like to add the air blower doesn’t hit every part of my vehicle. Last but not least I think a polish/clear coat shine should be added as well

Car wash, through the tunnel singing the 70s song At the car wash, yeah! Mister gets the car clean like no other. All that road construction debris comes right off. I have been twice now, two different locations. Each time I am amazed how clean my car looks. Almost like new.

The staff was honestly awesome and knowledgeable about the services they provide, however I do wish they had bug guard available, since driving to the bountiful location is a bit too far for us.

This is actually a really cool Car Wash. Its a fully automatic Conveyer type Wash that always leaves a light Cinnamon scent, which I believe is from the Hot Wax, since the scent always seems to show up at that part of the tunnel. Although I would strongly recommend having a License Plate Frame on your front Plate, because mine gets bent in from both ends every time I come here to get my RAV4 washed 😋. They also have free Vacuums after you leave the Wash Tunnel which is really nice. Their Top of the Line Wash is $20, but they offer a Monthly Service for $35 (or something like that) which gives you Unlimited Washes at any of their Locations.

Fast service in and out for work in 10 15 minutes and free vacuum cleaners. Wish they were more powerful on some always get job done though and look good for the company

Got a free car wash from the dealership. It was a basic wash. 8 wish the person would have offered and upgrade even if I had to pay. They also have free vacuums when youre done with the wash.

I like this place because it has free vacuums and it has a wet/dry floor mat cleaning machine. Overall the automated wash is satisfactory. No complaints. Well it would be nice if they had a working vending machine for cleaning products or better yet an inside shop, but no big deal, my car still got fresh!

This location is one of the best I have been to. It seems to do a great job cleaning and drying. Staff is always super friendly.

Im an unlimited member and it seems like during busy times you can pay for the cheapest wash and still get the top tier wash. Both unlimited members and regular one timers both merge into the same lane not knowing who got what wash. I remember a few years back the gate would open to whoever scanned/paid first and after the gate closed the next gate would open and so on. If this is the case then Im going to get the cheap wash and save money.

I love this location. I went on a Sunday after a snow storm. It was BUSY but they queued the lines well and got me through the wash in ~15 min. I was lined back up to the driveway on 300 W.

I got a pass and love bei g able to go through quickly. There have been a few or more times i have had to go through a second even a third time to get it the clean that I like, but I guess that it works since I have a pass now. If i did t have a pass then I would not be too happy having to pay the pricy amount for an individual just to have to go through.a few times to achieve it being clean clean, ya know? But like I said....At least I have a pass now! Right?

The wash was very good and the cashier tried to upset but was not pushy when I declined the monthly package. The free vacuums were very high powered and got my car very clean.

This location has the ability to be the best in the Mister family of car washes. However, the lack of organization leads to failure. It is total crapshoot what you will get. Spent 20 minutes to get a wash that did not include what I paid for. Another car got my platinum wash, and I got the basic wash they paid for. Once you know you got the wrong wash, you can get back in line for another crazy wait, with no guarantee of the right wash, or leave. We opted to leave. This is recurring theme for Mister, but luckily other options are available in the area.

The way they have this set up is super weird. There is a few lanes and all the gates go up and who knows if you got the right wash that you paid for. Everyone is just driving thru and it doesnt make any sense at all! I wish they would have thought this concept thru better!

Holy smokes was it packed! For a small location they definitely do an excellent job moving cars in and out quickly and safely.

For a car wash service, this place isnt all that bad. I feel though that almost every time I go here, there is something wrong with the actual car wash or people having trouble getting on the tracks. There are too many lanes for people to get in line for the wash. On a busy day, without a doubt, it will take you between 25-35 mins to actually go through the whole line and then get into the wash. People are usually pretty rude or pushy about letting you in line when you are waiting. The wash gets your car clean and there are free vacuums to clean out your car. If you wash your car more than once a week, its worth it.

The employees are friendly and the car wash is nice. If you wash often, I think that the unlimited pass is a great deal, especially in Utah when you have to deal with salt on the road. The vacuums are powerful. Overall a great place to get your car washed.Note that it can get really backed up when busy, particularly Mondays after work hours - once youre in line, there is no escape, so be aware.

Locations are hard to come by but more importantly to me is no body drys off my mirrors when coming out the end of the wash and pushes them back out. I know this sounds like Im being a big baby (first world problem) (but its also a first world privilege that it is an option to have a automatic car wash) but the whole idea of me using a car wash is the convenient factor. I need in and I need out, cause Im not in the business of washing my truck Im in a different business that needs my truck to look clean and professional at all times.

Nice and modern, and my car came out very clean. I felt the brushes were a bit vigorous, but i didnt notice any scratches.

For this Mister being the busiest store, it literally is the best one! My car always comes out spotless and vacuums always work well! The one in Taylorsville and West Jordan however are super disappointing, my car isn’t as shiny and vacuums barley pick up anything.

Thank you to the manager today you were a huge help!! The car wash went well and my car came out perfect, no issues there. However I am having a very hectic day so I wasn’t paying attention and locked not only my keys but my phone in the car. Another patron told me she had done that before and to just ask an employee for help. I did and they sent over their manager (possible a Michael? I can’t quite remember his name) in about 2 minutes. He was incredibly kind and had my door open and the keys in my hand in less than 5 minutes. Great service and much quicker than calling AAA who were an hour out!

The only concern I have is that at times your associates like to crowd the vehicles which the front and rear does not get washed well. I like to give myself a little more space between vehicles and they seem to get impatient. My car i have to come to a full stop in order to engage into drive when exiting.Thank you.

Lines are too long.More lanes needed to move rush hour traffic through.I don’t have 20 minutes to wait in line.Many times I have to clean and wipe over where the carwash has missed.

My husband took my car to get it washed yesterday. He bought the $16.00 wash, drove through as normal, and left without checking the car.The front end is full of bug marks, and not close to clean. I brought my car back today and asked to run it through again. I brought the receipt. I figured for a $16.00 wash it would be no problem.I was refused due to a no rain guarantee I believe the attendant said. There are bugs all over the front of my car. The attendant said that if my husband was unhappy with the wash he should have said something before he left the facility. The attendant then asked me if Id like to purchase another wash...Needless to say, I did not want to pay $32 total for a car wash. I am really disappointed, and will not be returning to any Mister location again...I rarely write reviews, and seldom bad ones, but this put such a bad taste in my mouth. Its an automated car wash, its not like it would take much to make this right, and there was no one in line at 7pm on a Monday. Total joke.Oh well. Lesson learned. Check your car before you leave.

The wash does as good a job as you can expect from an automated wash, however, this location lacks a streamlined design. Its SO busy, off a major road, 300 West, & there are 4 or 5 lanes to enter the line, then down to 1 lane to get into the actual wash bay. Insane to think of waiting 8-10 minutes for a car wash. That you intent to stop by. Get washed, & drive off. But thats a regular reality at this location. Good wash, friendly staff, but geez, lol

I hate how this is the only car wash downtown, and it’s always crazy busy. So make sure you are never coming in a hurry, or after rain or snow.

Your vacuums are always so terrible. They provide little to no suction. Please improve them. And please expand your business. It is always at least a 20 minute wait, and more so on the weekends. I am tempted to cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere.

Very clean place, and also leaves your car very nice. I recommend getting a pass because you can use all of their locations and wash your car as many times as you want throughout the month save me a bunch of time and also their washers don’t leave scratches.

You know what? For years I was going to supersonic car wash and thought, man it doesnt get any better than this car wash. But today I tried mr. Car wash and OMG! THAT CAR WASH WAS FAST AND FURIOUS! I was whisked thru the car was at break neck speeds ( as far as car washes go ) and my truck got more clean. Even the tires at the end of the wash got detailed buy a tire machine washer. Fast, cleaner, friendly service and low and behold 👀! It is cheaper per month as well? $23 versus $28. Well, .............. Im sold.

Great facilities. The quality of the wash itself is not much better than the average car wash, but the free vacuums and space to clean the inside of your car after the wash is very convenient. Its usually pretty quick too.

Always easy to deal with and the people are great at helping you get through. Just be mindful of rush hours. Other than that its a great service.

I like coming here because I get a good wash and free use of dryers for fairly cheap ($8 for the most basic wash). But after coming today (around 4pm) and waiting in line for 20 minutes, I don’t know if I will readily come back. They don’t have a way to make sure cars go in order and I saw several cars originally behind me go way before me.

I asked the employee that helped when I was signing up to become a member of Mister carwash I asked him so by paying $37.00 dollars a month is only good for one car and he responded to me yes because I told him I have another vehicle and he told me that I would need to setup a monthly payment for my other vehicle as well.What I was thinking at that time was that it would have been good if I was able to pay and signup not only for one vehicle but for the 2 vehicles for the price of one for myself as a customer and for all Mister Car Wash customers. That would make me as a customer truly happy and satisfied. I hope that Mister Car Wash management will consider doing this because I would barely even be able to bring in my vehicles probably only 2 times out of the whole month. Just the average car wash. Not as great as Cliffs car wash. Dont supply rags to dry your vehicle, nor an option to spray your rubber mats or a complimentary dash wipe like Cliffs.

Mediocre wash, messy lines and rude employee.I used to come here all the time, but the service here has gotten worse. The machine never fully gets the back of my X3 clean. Vacuums are ok. My main gripe is the road rage at the payment lines with people honking and cutting each other off. The staff don’t do anything about it. Therefore, if you want to cut people off, be sure to go to the outside lane. The staff will let you cut off all the other lanes, no problem! When I mentioned it to an employee he didn’t care and basically dared me to call the manager. I had a Terrible customer experience today and mediocre wash. I’d rather support a business that cares about its customers, not how fast the cash register runs.

It was a great experience and my car was really clean. I wish it closed a little later, sometimes I cant make it due to work!!!! All in all, Im very satisfied with the service, its great value!

Excellent service, average wash. My wheels weren’t cleaned at all in my first pass. I went around again and talked to Riley, who was understanding and let me run through again. After the second pass, the wheels were spotty and a new streak of dirt appeared on the side. I drove around once more, pointed this out to Riley and he let me take a third pass. Came here after road trip. Wash was okayish but the front of car is still dirty “will not guarantee their wash will remove bugs”. Paid for their second tier wash but still had plenty of bugs and dirt in my bumper area.Returned immediately after washing my car as it did not get my front to satisfaction(dirt and bugs). Employee told me there was no service quality guarantee.In comparison this is a self serve wash meaning that if the robot can’t do it no one else will. For the price, a staffed / full service wash would have been a better result. Slightly disappointed that they would not let me run again or guarantee their product.

The entrance gets kind of congested. But if you get in the shortest line what youre inside the wait isnt usually terribly long. The speed pass can get you through pretty quickly as long as its not super busy.

Currently taking credit cards only. No Cash. Staff is friendly and advised me of this as I had cash. :) I really enjoy the automatic car wash and love the free vacuums.. :))

No water spots! This is a pretty good drive-thru car wash, with self-serve vacuums that had no problem cleaning my floorboards. I dont necessarily agree with the cost compared to others, but Ill be coming back!
