I had lived at Sky Harbor for a year and a half, from 2020-2021, in both a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment. Overall I really enjoyed my stay there. Being that Im really into greenery and being outside, the outside up keep was on point and unlike most any other apartment complex I had ever seen. The interiors were just basic, kind of old, but they kept proficient maintenance on them. Speaking of the maintenance team, they were stellar. Whenever a problem ensued, they were there within minutes or hours at the very latest. Very friendly overall. No problems with any neighbors. In fact, there were many that had dogs, so that was a treat for us and our doggie. Lots of play time for him. The reason I left was because rent sky rocketed after my second lease was up, which pushed me to pursue other living ventures, where I ended up finding a small home for an equivalent price. :)
Moved in last year; apartment hadnt been cleaned since previous tenant moved out and had an awful smell that persisted regardless of how much I tried to get rid of it. Appliances are either missing pieces or straight up broken. Cabinets are crooked and the walls have several holes. Theres mold everywhere. Neighbors leave their junk outside all the time. Staff are very unprofessional and complain about the slightest things. Any repair costs for apartments come with a 24-hour eviction notice if unpaid (which to my knowledge is in violation of state law but Im not a lawyer)They also allow residents to let their dogs run around unleashed and unsupervised. Its only a matter of time before someone gets bitten.Edit: Forgot the best part. I was paying $1400/month at a higher end apartment complex before moving here for cheaper rent that came out to $1150 after fees for a 2bed unit. Two of my friends live here in smaller units; one in a loft and one in a 1bed. Both of their rent when their leases came up for renewal were increased to *more than Im paying for an apartment 50% larger than either of theirs. You can find much better apartments in a better location for the same price. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Ill personally be moving back the the complex I was living in before I moved here.
Been living here with my dog & cat for about 8 months now. Its fairly cheap with the special deal I got on the loft and they take really good care of the grounds. Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly, not one person passes by without a smile/wave at the least. The laundry situation is not my favorite, but hey it gets the job done. They do cute office things like pet of the month, they have all kinds of activities and amenities. Theyre also INCREDIBLY responsive to fixing things and responding to any complaints.I will be renewing my lease for sure :)
Excellent place to stay. It was a welcome to stay in such a quite community and far from the better side of town. Would recommend to everyone.
Ive been living here for 5 months and love it here. Staff are very friendly and professional. I love the squirrels, birds, and neighborhood cats here. It makes the place feel like home. They take very good care of this place. The place is absolutely stunning and beautiful. Its also very cheap living here. The parking is also really great and theres always parking available. The only downside of this place is that there arent washers and dryers in the unit but everything else makes up for that. Will be living here for a very long time and definitely recommend living here if youre a small family.
Friendly staff some apartments are small. They charge $ 380 application fee. Plenty of parking and grounds are kept nice. No smoking in any apartment
Decent place to live, but despite being within literal walking distance of Rocky Mountain Power headquarters, the power has gone out 3 times in four months to the entire complex. Whether or not thats the apartment complexes fault or Rocky Mountain Powers fault, no idea, but its still problematic and unacceptable considering how much rent is, and how much its being increased by, nearly 10%. Additionally, the laundry room is overcrowded and the machines are not very good at cleaning your clothes properly.
The power goes out often and money transfer machine in the laundry room doesnt work, I saw someone try to put money in their money card too (after my 5 or 6 attempts) in and they told me it didnt work for them either. I even went to the front desk and they checked to see if it was my card but no my card was fine (couldnt put money in my card there cause the person in charge of that leaves at 5pm). I went back to the laundry room to try again but no, it didnt work and I even warned someone who had just walked in that the transfer money machine doesnt work and they told me, oh yeah I know, that thing never works, you always gotta go to the front desk to do it. Please get this fixed.
I lived here for a little less than 2 years and had to move to accommodate our growing family, but I was definitely not happy about it.The community here and the neighbors were great. The maintenance people were always doing awesome jobs and the girls at the office were as helpful as they could be.Awesome place to live and so pet friendly. My dog misses this place.
It is a nice place with comfortable space and has a swimming pool:) also you can park your car.
There are better places to rent an apartment in SLC.
I have been happy with my residency here for the most part. The grounds, common areas, and apartments are well maintained. The maintenance crews can regularly be seen around the property and response to requests for repairs is fast. Some of the features I enjoyed most were the walk-in closet (theres plenty of storage space in the apartments) and a built in bookshelf. In the studio apartments, everything is electrically powered, so no gas bill.Im a taller person and appreciated that the showerhead was set at a higher level than in several other apartments that I looked at.Although I have a car and dont generally use public transit, access to both bus and Trax is easy, with stops right outside. The location is pretty great, at least for me. Its close to everywhere I needed to go with easy access to the highways and restaurants, gas, and groceries nearby. The gym is small-ish, but has all the basics.Google Fiber connection is pretty great, its the fastest internet Ive had.The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The appliances are older, but have functioned well with no need for maintenance. For all the upsides, there are a few downsides to be dealt with as well. The I-215 is close by and traffic noises can be heard at night (at least for the westernmost apartments). On one or two occasions where I havent cleaned up crumbs/spilled food, Ive discovered ants attacking it. They are generally not present and disappear as soon as the mess does. When paying rent online, theres a $30 extra charge tacked on. I understand that there are service fees that need to be covered, but that seems excessive, I mean, its 2021, I would think that everyone should be able to process online payments without ridiculous upcharge.Every once and a while the my key fob to access common areas just stops working. Im not sure if its the fob or the door, but generally when I come back the next day it works.Overall, its pretty good. Nowhere is perfect and everywhere is going to have its own peculiar quirks and minor downsides. For me, I found the pros outweigh the cons.
Not bad prices if you like to live room to room. Old but functional.
This place absolutely sucks....Dont rent a room from them. The staff is not very responsive, and they DO NOT include pest control in the lease, which the apartment automatically have that problem. They will overcharge you, I paid like $400 bucks after moving out!
Nice place. Hope I can live here
Good location clean all the time. Always taking care of the green areas. The team of maintenance otra super. And the girls of office they amazing
I was going to put 4 stars but that’s another story, lol. I moved in two months ago & I fell in love with the place. Everything about it is ME! The apartment is great! I have a one bedroom loft☺️ The office people are decent and one thing I really love about what the office people do, is they keep you updated via email with everything. If the pool is closed or open, same with the gym, (there’s a lot of great amenities), and every Friday they have the food trucks come through. I’m poly & I love eating so ya know, I’m there lol This is a great place to be, for sure!🙌🏽
Parking is out of the way, limited. Apartments are well designed.
0 stars!!..... I went for a lease renewal and they are charging me 110$ above the current prices online today around 1160 $ for a year lease. And they are ok with me to shift to a new apartment just a unit away so that i can have the market price and also the burden of shifting to a new apartment. I have stayed here since 2016 and they fail to understand that just moving apartments for rent decrease is not beneficial for us. the associates there not helping me to speak to manager as well who i cannot seem to catch.Very Disappointed and would recommend everyone to think what you are getting into before coming here.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!1) They dont respond to safety concerns via phone calls, messages through their resident portal, nor emails2) Maintenance workers will allow themselves in without announcing themselves nor schedule in advance (happened X2)3) Parking is first come, so often Im left without a close spot4) They have one building for laundry, people have left exploded pens in dryers5) one-bedroom has only 1 airconditoner, often living room/kitchen >90 degrees in summerI lived one year there and it was far to long
Of all the places Ive lived, this was probably the worst. Parking situation was awful, the apartments were old and falling apart, these apartments could definitely use some updates and new appliances. Very few of the electrical outlets even worked.
My son and daughter-in-law leased an apartment here. Within two weeks they started receiving threatening messages on their doorstep and vehicle. They went on a walk, locked their door and came home to find their door ajar. The fliers left on the door and car had become increasingly more threatening and scary. The police had been called multiple times. This went on for 7 months. The property management company was made aware of the situation and offered no help, not even an offer to change locks. They were told if they wanted to move they would have to give a 60 day notice and pay a $1700 buy out fee. This is not an apartment complex that cares about their tenants safety. I do not recommend anyone to rent here.
I have been here for over two years. The place started out great but has gone down hill fast. Constant noise and being over charged for late fees when I paid on time. Went to the office to get insight on the issue and was mistreated and offered no help. I do no recommend this apartment complex at all.
They appear to be nice apts but I didnt go inside so idk for sure
Very bad place for living. I am glad that I am moving out.
Nice from the outside but old from the inside. My wife and I were shown a model apartment which looked nothing like the actual one we rented. Got my car broken into not a good neighborhood. It’s cheap rent but you get what you pay for.
Nice apartments that allow for dogs so my son and daughter inlaw appreciate that. Because of covid the amenities are not currently open and they are not discounting rent so that is a downside. There is also some crime in the area more than other places and I wish they had better surveillance as their car window was broke and backpack stolen. Overall crime can happen anywhere I would recommend not parking in video blind spots.
Their pool is the nicest weve seen and landscaping and the buildings look really nice...BUT...silicone and laytex paint is holding the interiors together...appliances are from the 1950s...they need to put as much attention to the interiors as exterior for what the charge for the units.
Nice clean affordable place! Staff was really nice
I have never been to Sky Harbor Apartments! Have just driven by!!
This place is a joke. The employees give different answers on when they can show units. I went in twice at times they said would be okay over the phone just to be turned away once I arrived. What is the point of being open until 6:30pm if you stop showing at 4:00pm, 5:00 pm or whatever the real answer is. Get your time table together.
(LONG REVIEW)!!!Overall this has been the best apartment experience I have had in Utah! I have lived at Sky Harbor for 2 years and moved out 3 weeks ago.the Good!the maintenance crew at Sky harbor is the best (and I will miss them)! Very responsive! Always there, getting things done and keeping the complex spotless (no easy task for such a big place)!Huge complex with lot of green space. Very nice clubhouse, nice gym, nice pool and lots of small playgrounds around the complex.5 min from the airport or downtown, 1 min from I-15, 1 min from 215 and if you are a fast food person you are 5 min of walk from wendys-KFC-Taco Bell-Carls Jr-Apollo burger and 2 gas stations next door.the BAD!Parking spaces could be bothersome at time but there is always space in the complex (just far). Some of the dryer in the laundry room dont work but are not marked so its a gamble to dry your clothes at time.I was living in a loft facing West so the place would get SUPER HOT FROM 1200 to 1700 (I mean 90 degrees inside type of heat)! Unfortunately the proximity of the roof was not helping! The loft kept the heat which is great during Winter but horrible during Summer. And the deal breaker for me was most definitely the A.C. Unfortunately, some units do not have a centralized A.C system and instead use split A.C from the 80s and it is painfully inefficient. You could leave it on for hours and the place stayed hot. But when I was moving I saw that they started doing some upgrade so this might change in the future.Overall I enjoyed my stay and If it wasnt for the small apartment size and the A.C problem I might have stayed longer.
We really like the grounds and maintenance staff! Really friendly and extremely well kept. We have had issues with dogs off leash, rude neighbors up till 3 in the morning, ancient appliances that burnt food, mosquitos and spiders all over so everymorning I was itchy and bad dryers. The pool wasnt ever covered so I didnt want to swim in it and if you walk around at night beware of homeless people browsing through the neighborhood. My car was also broken into here and most of the women who work at the front desk have really bad attitude problems. They raised thier prices quite a lot for our little 500sq appt and we are pretty disappointed about how theyve been with us over the covid situation, since theyve cut the office hours to almost nothing. This place has huge potential but right now, if you want your dog to get bit on walks, your car to be broken into, have your clothes always be wet out of the drier and get bitten by misquotes in your sleep... Id skip it.
I visit a friend that lives here. The grounds and facilities seem to be well maintained. They fixed a drain quite soon after she reported that it leaked. But the walls and floors seemed quite thin. Noise seems to travels through them fairly easily.
They have no say barbarquez
Lofts, so cool
I really love living here because of the experiences that I have. I really enjoy the squirrels they seam to bring out my smile and laughter. I enjoy the easy access to the freeway! I love the amenities that the apartments have. I love the lease agreements!
The apartments are more affordable than most and its very clean and quiet.
This review is based on the tour! We had a great experience touring the apartments at Sky Harbor. Hillary was a great help and was very knowledgeable about the apartments. We loved the layouts and the pricing for each. It is a non-smoking complex and is very clean and well kept. Utilities are super cheap and many amenities are offered including parking at a one time fee rather than paid monthly. Overall it seems like a great place to live!
This review is based only on the tour. The grounds are lovely and well kept, and seem a lot more cheerful than my current place. The unit they showed me was very nice, and the all electric heating is so very convenient; for faster heating and for not needing to pay a gas bill every month! The staff seem nice too, from the short time Ive interacted with them.Minus one star for the fees, though rent seems cheaper than my current place, and the area is better for me, so take that as you will. Thanks to the staff, and I hope to be living there soon.
Taking good care of my baby.
The kitchen looks like it’s from the 1960’s, and the office staff is very hard to work with. But the guys fixing anything that breaks, are great! Quick and it’s complementary.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. I look forward to moving in ☺️I lived here now for almost 2 years and I’m in love. So pet friendly and neighbors are nice! No complaints :)
Clean and comfortable
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff!! Check out this beautiful apartment community today. You won’t be disappointed
The pool is sweet and the trees are amazing.
This is a review about the tour, not about living there. Hillary was apparently a new hire and was extremely knowledgeable - good training, I suppose. The community is beautiful and well maintained. I dont love the area its located in but the amenities look very nice. I love the clubhouse in particular. The units I toured were the ones with updated kitchens, and as an amateur chef I was very impressed.
Didn’t expect this response from the staff at this critical time. Highly Disapponted. Can’t expect help from these people.I had to take a print out which was really urgent, otherwise I would have ignored it. Since my husband is working from home due to this corona thing, I went to the apartment office so that I could take print out. But the staffs response was they cannot help since they have to maintain social distancing and limit the number of people visiting the office. I told them it’s urgent, if you won’t let me take the print out I’ll have to go out, which in turn could be more risky. In turn their response was WE APOLOZISE.Being a resident I expect them to be helpful at these critical times, instead of exposing their residents to more risk which in turn can expose other residents.Very very bad. Highly disappointing.
Good place, nice and quite place to live . Youll love it
In a society that has now forgotten the significance of what real customer service is, I am extremely proud to say that I live at the Sky Harbor Apartments Community. The grounds are kept pristine and immaculate. The pool, hot tube, gym and lounging areas are hotel resort style. The maintenance personnel are the greatest. I had an incident just the other day that happened after hours and Santana (maintenance on call) came quickly and handled it with a smile and was very kind. I even had a situation with a neighbor and they allowed me to move to another unit so that I could have peace of mind where I lived.Ms. Missy (thats what I like to call her :) and her staff are the best and they always go out of their way to make sure that Im happy. I appreciate them and as I am a disabled veteran, Im thankful that every time I pull onto the grounds, Im really glad to say that Im home. Thanks guys, for all you do for me!!!!!!
I was happy to move out, and buy my own place, Not having to worry about somebody walking in my house, or peering in the windows, anymore! For your peace of mind, stay away! You will thank me later!
Great place to rent. Friendly neighbors and staff are OK. They have an Ok layout plan for what it is, be alert the apartments are small The one thing I personally dont like is the crapy laundry room the. appliances dont work half the time your clothing dont get wash correctly they just need to update that whole laundry area. Also people need to pick up after their dogs. The area is ok not to far from downtown and the airport. If your on a budget and are saving for Bigger things this is the spot .
Went to look at apartment today. Lots of parking, really clean apartments. The amenities were the greats. they have a all year around HOT TUB! gym and other great perks to use if you live there. Will send my apt. to live there today since it was so great and the people who work there were amazing.
Sky Harbor is great. Hillary has helped us with any questions we had. Everyone here is super friendly. Very family friendly. Great apartments, club house. I am super happy to be living here with my family.
When first looking at the apartments I thought the area was going to be sketchy as it is west of I-15, but upon the tour and seeing the location in person, it was the exact opposite! The complex is very clean and felt safe. It seems well maintained and none of the current residents that I know here, have complaints about safety or cleanliness. The staff also are knowledgeable and friendly as well. I can definitely see why this place has been top rated for many years in a row!
I took a tour of the complex with Alisha. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She definitely sold me on this place. From the quiet atmosphere to the amenities included in the price tag; anyone would consider themselves lucky to live here. Cant wait to apply and hopefully move in.
Went in to get some information & an application, I had the BEST experience with them. They all attended quickly & helped a lot with ALL the questions I had. I am really interested & am hoping for the best to get an apartment here. The front office has great people, the location is in a great community, and the rooms look fantastic! I’m really glad that I found these apartments.
I had a tour with Cortnie and she was very informative. I took a tour of the studio apartment and loved it, unfortunately it was a tad small for me. Then she showed me a one bedroom and I really loved it. They offer great amenities at no additional costs! I found something for myself that is within what I’m looking to spend. Finally something that it’s affordable. I’m definitely applying to live at this property.
I’ve been to the sky harbor property before and loved it. I recently relocated back to the Salt Lake City, and emailed the property with questions and they promptly contacted me back. Cortnie was knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with all the information I needed to start the application process, which was quick and easy. The property is very inviting and clean loved the clubhouse and pool clean and comfortable feel which is always a nice plus. Apartments are very nice and provide a cozy feel. Thanks for your timeAnnie Joe
I lived there for a total of a month about 4 years back and I sincerely hope its changed since then! I paid my rent on time, we were quiet and respectful of the other tenants and we took good care of the apartment. We were aware that there was a no smoking policy for most of the buildings at the time (there were still smoking units then), being a smoker myself, I always made sure to go all the way out into the parking lot (well over 25 feet from the buildings or entrances) yet, an eviction notice was stuck to my door on christmas eve. We packed up, cleaned the apartment and made sure it looked the same as when we moved in. We tried talking to the office employees and were completely stonewalled, now they are charging me OVER $5000, (for what?!) I am being harrassed by collectors and they are threatening to garnish my wages!!! The apartments over all were nice, but my finances are in shambles now.
I only wish they were more in my price range of afordabilaty.
Have been a great place to live for me and my husband. It’s so close to my work and the people here are amazing at the office to work with
I leased 2 BHK corporate apartment last year, and again i extended my lease here because i found it amazing place to live, and its a safe place. Excellent staff that was very accommodating to our needs.Specially I Thank to Missy Walton she is very good, helpful and friendly. when i go for any assistance regarding finance she helped lot.The apartment was very clean and ready for me on the day I moved in. Sky Harbor was only places I found that was willing to furnish my apartment. I only pay $40/month to have all the essential furniture (including a queen sized bed).I appreciate clarity and knowing exactly what Im getting myself into...
I just love the apartments at Sky Harbor. I came in for a tour and I have my eyes set on this wonderful loft. Hillary answered every single one of my concerns and trust me I had 3 pages full. I even spoke with the tenants and asked them questions as well. My favorite is the little club house. I cant wait to move in.
I met with Gabriella to tour and learn about Sky Harbor Apartments, and it was a great experience. She was very well informed, and answered any and all questions I had. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, and was very easy to talk to. I was very comfortable in the office, and the tour was thorough. Thanks for providing a pleasant service!
Stopped in today as my wife & I were looking for apartments. By far the best complex we looked at with an incredibly friendly staff. + reasonable pricing. We fully plan to move in!
Adeline was the greatest! She helped me everyway possible and got me in my place quick!! I highly recommend this place.Alan.
I walked into the leasing office right when it opened on a Saturday and Cortnie was eager to give me a tour of the apartments. She was very helpful and was quick to answer every question I had. I really liked the look and feel of the property and apartments. For the price and location, these apartments stood out above the rest to me. I cant wait to sign a lease and move in!
Got to view a few of the apartments yesterday and I was very impressed. Hillary was very friendly and helpful. The units are all clean and cozy with some really convenient community amenities. The community and its tenants all seem friendly and quiet. Ill be applying today and really look forward to moving in.
I had called some time ago about an apartment was quoted a price on a studio,1 bedroom,2 bedroomWell when I went in to talk to the people @the desk then did not mention about the apartment that was a little cheaper that was (I was told they had a few coming up.)there till I told the lady what I was told a little different on the phone she began to really back track I then decided after that I was not interested. This is why I did a 1 ⭐ on the page to rate them......
Edit: This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. Sure, the tour was great when we planned to move in, but when we moved in to our actual unit there were countless problems and it took 2 months for them to even fix our door which had gaps around the edges as it didn’t line up with the frame. We had issues with bugs and it took 3 times of going to the office to get someone to come spray. Today takes the cake because they randomly do this “project” to strip the asphalt (no, not to fix the dryers that barely dry your clothing) and tell us we need to be out of certain areas. Well because there’s no substantial parking, mine and countless other vehicles were towed and they have the nerve to say they’ll charge me $45 for it. Mind you, I parked where there was space as I got home from work late and spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out where my car is in 30 degree weather. Do yourself a favor and spend that extra change to live somewhere where the apartments don’t treat the tenants like trash.Original:Took a tour of Sky Harbor Apartments today and I was thoroughly impressed. Great amenities, near public transportation and the city. Apartments are super cute and seems like a great area as well. Cortnie was an awesome tour guide! Hoping to make this my new home!
I toured the property with Alisha, who was extremely friendly. This place is really quiet and affordable! My girlfriend and I are moving in within the next week. Very happy with how we were treated.Update: Unit we were shown had already been applied for earlier that day and we were not able to obtain the apartment. Went to Mission Meadowbrook and got a larger, nicer apartment for cheaper. Alisha was great, but a little frustrated with how it was handled.
We have lived here for almost a year now, and it has been really great until just recently. They shortened the office hours, and it seems that the office staff are too overloaded with work. We transferred into a first floor apartment because my wife was having trouble with the stairs. Everyone in the office was great to work with, and the move was easy, until it came to the balance remaining on our first apartment. We had asked to make a payment arrangement to spread out the cost, which the office folks easily agreed to. It had seemed at the time like no big deal. We were asked to contact their accountant to set up the arrangement, and this is were the problem started. The accountant would not respond to our emails and everyone neglected to mention an important document that needed to be signed.Suddenly, we are getting a pay or vacate notice and being sent to collections. My wife spoke with the office, and then they mentioned the document that we hadnt signed, but it shouldnt be a problem to get it signed and taken care of. They spoke the accountant and found out once it had gone to the lawyer, there was nothing the office could do. So now our bill has doubled because of attorney fees and we had to scramble to avoid getting evicted, even though it was the office that dropped the ball.
Office staff is useless, awful. Maybe they think they work in the NASA. They not gonna help you with nothing. Believe me avoid this place. Keep your money safe and look for a diferent place to stay. They charge me 249 for deposit and “administrative fee” I cancel that and they “keep” my money! Not even 72 hours like they say, they should give me my money back!
I have lived in this complex for more than 2 years, first in a loft and then a 2 bedroom apartment. I moved here mainly because my work is very close so it is also very convenient and affordable.Sure, there are issues just like any other complex, but Ive often found the office attendants courteous and friendly. Have never felt made like I or my needs didnt matter. Ive enjoyed the clubhouse and the amenities. Whenever Ive needed anything repaired people are quick to reply to my requests and use their outdoor grills quite often (all year around).Overall, it has been a good experience living here, for the price and the amenities offered.
Today I had a chance to tour with Gabriella around the complex. There is a ton of parking space for their residents, a lot of amenities, and the property is very well maintained. Gabriella answered all of our questions and made the tour very welcoming. She gave us a few options of apartments we could choose from and explained to us a lot about the apartments and what to look forward too. Apartment complex is also close to trax and downtown for an affordable price.
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, well maintained and lots of natural lighting.Edit: Changed my mind about this rating. The staff was nice enough and the rooms do look good, but we ended up going and looking for a different place to live since they consider my income unreliable. Im a server by the way. But thats not the main issue. The issue is that its getting close to a month now and they havent returned our office fee yet, despite me calling a couple times to see where its at. They say theyre working on it, but until I get my money back I wont be changing my rating any time soon.P.S- I originally gave a 5 star rating because they offered to wave my application fee if I did. Take that as you will.
It feels weird almost to be rating an apartment complex 5 stars, but I have honestly loved living here. I have been here close to a year and have no plans to leave any time soon. I have always been treated really well, the staff is amazing, the amenities are excellent, the grounds are well maintained and the prices are really good considering all that and relative prices elsewhere. It is not a wealthy neighbourhood but it is mixed and I like it...and I love being so close to the Trax stop. It is close to the airport and pretty close to downtown too.
I just saw the community with my three-year-old. The staff was lovely and friendly and very accomodating to my high-energy little one. The grounds were well-kept and very nicely landscaped. The apartments are just darling. I looked at the one-bedroom and the loft. I was curious about the two-bedroom but they are understandably all full. The prices are killer. Very nice tour. Ive often toured and felt like they were hard selling the whole property but our tour guide let us check them out on our own terms and then showed us the awesome clubhouse with lots of info. Wonderful balance. Cant wait to move in.
I am being evicted from my property management. Since I already lived here once before and I absolutely loved it here, I thought why not try it out again. I would have stayed, but my sister had to move to Provo and I couldnt afford on my own. Well told my boyfriend about this place. The agent Courtney was so sweet, and was very helpful to help us out in this inconvenient situation that I awe are in. I cant wait to go back and leave the place that I am in!
I only have positive things to say about Sky Harbor Apartment. The community facilities are comfortable and well maintained, the unit I viewed was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. Ill definitely be filling out an application today!
Do not live here! HORRIBLE management. They will bribe you into giving them 5 stars for a discount when they are actually worth 0 stars. The claim it’s smoke free but all of our neighbors smoked and one of them smoked straight into our ac from outside their door. The laundry building is always disgusting too. They also find ANYTHING to charge you for. Horrible, gross and not worth it.
I leased 2 BHK corporate apartment and i found it amazing place to live. I thoroughly enjoyed my one half month stay.Excellent amenities with great maintenance. It is beautiful place in Salt Lake City with huge breathing space.Im recommending my GE colleagues for this apartment. Also looking forward for staying again in future.
Easy five stars. As one of the internet vendors for this location I have gotten a unique perspective of this apartment complex. Apart from the super-fast internet provided at this location you will find more and more to like. It is located perfectly close to downtown Salt Lake City but not too close which allows for easy freeway access. While some may be concerned about noise from the train tracks next to the complex, I personally have never heard a train while inside the building. The office staff are amazing to work with and are always working hard to maintain a premium living experience. You will find the office staff are quick to respond to any inquiry whether through email or over the phone. There are a couple other average apartments near this location however, the internet speeds, rent pricing and especially the office staff at this location clearly sets them apart.
I just came to window shop and now all I want is to live here! Beautiful homes, great and friendly staff, in a quiet area but still super close to the free way and other basic living needs! Would recommend. :)
I have been looking at these apartments for the last week or so, and working with Alisha at its rental office. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the apartments, especially the upgraded units, and the price that they are going for. At this point, I’m seriously considering moving into one of their upgraded units because of savings and proximity to the airport and downtown.
Been living here for several months now. The move in was pleasant and the staff is very nice. They keep the place looking great with pretty flower beds and green lawns. Its a beautiful, peaceful and quite environment. I absolutely love it!!
Nicely situated.
My experience was excellent. I was able to see multiple units and pick out the one that fit my needs. The leasing agent Courtnie was awesome! She helped me in my decision making, also with the application process. I highly recommend!
They are small apartments
Hillary is awesome. Helped me through the application. Very clean and nice apartments. Maintenance man very friendly and funny. Hillary went over and above. Buy her dinner!
Had a tour with one of the staff and they were very friendly and helpful! Definitely one of the better tours Ive been on while apartment hunting. Very excited to be living here soon!
This apartment complex was one of 5 that I looked at today, and it was a thousand times better than the rest. Vaulted ceilings in the second floor rooms, matured landscaping, free printer in the club house, spa, sauna, and so much more! I really am looking forward to living here. The tour guide, Gabby was excellent as well!
Ive loved living here for the past year. Everything gets fixed in a timely manor, the staff are all really nice and professional, and as a added bonus guests and residents alike are offered hot drinks and popcorn if they are in the office
I dont know, I am at the place next door!!!
Went in today to view an apartment, which on my part was last minuet. They were able to to show me two different floor plans. While Showing me around the property, Cortnie was very personable. She made me feel welcome into the community. This is definitely a place I want to rent from.
I want to praise the maintenance crew at Sky Harbor, especially Alan, who very promptly solved a critical issue after hours. Actually, all my maintenance requests have been handled VERY promptly. I have lived in other apartment complexes that were vastly understaffed in maintenance issues, sometimes only employing one maintenance professional. I feel the excellent maintenance services, along with other amenities such as the pool, recently renovated laundry facilities, and exercise rooms make Sky Harbor a great place to live!
Nice place to live in
Dogs constantly barking and office refuses to assess the situation. Constantly reporting the all day and all night barking from next door. Dogs are left for days unattended.. still no one does anything.
