I love it here, it is a quiet & beautiful community! Awesome neighbors, I feel safe walking around at night. They have a dog park & pet bags conveniently located in each breezeway. The landscaping is beautiful, with flowers, huge trees and well kept! We have looked at other apartments and no one else seems to beat these guys, I would recommend 100%! Wonderful management and maintenance guys, so nice, super helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile.

Lived here for 4 years! Demetrius, the manager, does a great job keeping the place tidy and beautiful. Any maintenance on the unit was done extremely fast.

I lived at Arcadia Green Apartments for over 6 years and I loved it there! The property manager Demetrius is an awesome guy & hes very understanding and empathetic whenever life issues arise. Any maintenance issues Id ever had were handled promptly and efficiently. The location of these apartments is great & the grounds were always kept up nicely. I would highly recommend renting from Arcadia Green Apartments! I give them a 5 star plus rating!

I loved living here!! I was friends with all the neighbors and their dogs, management was a delight to work with and the location was perfect!! When I moved in I reported a condition of premises to management and within that same week they fixed all of the problems and were willing to do tons of updates to the apartment! I love that they were that responsive the whole time I lived there, and not just for my first week. I highly recommend living here!!

I have absolutely loved this place since the day I moved in! The manager Dimitri is FANTASTIC as well as his maintenance side kick! The apartments are HUGE for the cost! All neighbors are friendly & there is never any shady business going on. I just had a baby & I seriously feel so safe here. This place is perfect for my little family! Honestly so grateful such amazing management & maintenance!!

Beautiful apartments and great management!!!

I lived here for three years and can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever lived. The manager can judge a persons charactor quickly but I was lucky enough to make a good impression. It’s a small community so the Manager and the maintenance man keep a good watch on everything. You can bet that if you pay your rent on time, are a good/quiet neighbor and don’t make trouble, you will be on The managers good side. The apartments are spacious, maintenance issues are always resolved quickly and Susie is so generous. She is also well connected to the neighborhood so if you need anything, you will likely find what your looking for if you ask her.

I lived at Arcadia Green for a year with my fiance. This was our first apartment and we were quite happy with it. The rent was pretty fair and the apartment was a nice and had plenty of space. The location was really convenient as well, being right next to a Smiths and not far from the freeway.The maintenance guy Demetrius is great, came and fixed it right away any time we had a problem. Susie was super nice as well, I enjoyed talking with her when I came down to drop off my rent check. We never had any issues with her, but if the other reviews concern you I would recommend just talking to her for yourself and see if you get along well.Would have renewed lease, but decided it was time to get into a house instead. Overall had a very positive experience with this place and I would recommend it to a friend.Pros:-Lots of space-Price was quite reasonable-Maintenance was super fast-Safe and convenient areaCons:-Walls are a bit thin, so noisy neighbors it can be a bit annoying sometimes-There are way too many speed bumps (nicknamed them the alps)

This by far has been the worst experience dealing with Susie at Arcadia Green. She is super nice when she’s trying to rent out an apartment but once you’re leaving doesn’t care to deal with you. She forgets anything that is discussed but yet shares everyones personal business with other tenants. I lived in my apartment for a short time and took very good care of it. She told me thank you for taking such good care of it and I was welcomed back at anytime.She then charged me twice for 3 extra days I stayed. When I called to go over my deposit refund to better understand it, she starts getting irritated, she was rude, unprofessional, and said she’s too busy to deal with this because she has other work to do.It was a 2 minute phone call that she had no time to take apparently. I would never ever recommend the community as she is a nightmare to deal with! I should have read the reviews first!!!

The new guy Dimitri took over and hes awesome, always willing to help and is on top of making sure things in your apartment get fixed

The apartment was nice, but I will never live there again, suzie was rude and crazy.

So Im not big on reviews but I thought I should share our expirence here. My husband and I went to check these apartment out and when we pulled into the comple, I wasnt impressed. But I still wanted to give them a chance.We went into the office and sat down to talk with the office manager. I made a comment about hoping the inside looked a little better then the outside and I really wasnt trying I be rude, but this lady SNAPPED at me. She was horrible to us! She told us that we were not welcome to look at the inside and we needed to leave (not in a nice way at all)I would never recommend this apartments just because of her.I have never been treated so badly by someone in that business.Save yourself from this terrible human being!On the (only) plus side, her dog is very cute.

The office manager at these apartments is one of the worse manager I have ever met. She is rude and over steps her place in many ways. When repairs are needed she is either rude to the point of hanging up on residents or yelling at them. To be honest I have not talk to a single resident that has had a good experience with this woman she has called other residents derogatory names or made comment in front of myself and others. The apartments them selves are not in great shape they have problems and asking her to send the maintanance person over to your apartment she acts as if you asked her to jump off a cliff. ( I wish someone would ask her to) she needs to be replaced so these apartments have a chance to be a decent place to live.

Absolutely worst management and place ive ever lived. Not only if the managely ridiculously nosey but she will go ahead and accuse of you stuff you can clearly prove never happened and her response is im not dealing witht his and then shell hang up. Shes a pathedic piece of work and im surprised she still has her job. She does nothing sit and argue with residents and if your not a favorite prepare for hell on earth. If you plan on moving put better replace anything and everything before move out or shell slam ya with a 1000 plus bill. She pressures ppl to break their leases instead of resolving any real issues. The apartments are trash like her. And she doesnt deserve her own breath let alone a customer service job. She tests people inteligence when shes stupider then the damn wall. Absolutely horrible person manage and waste of breath

Dont live here unless you want to deal with worst apartment manager, Suzie, Ive ever seen. If she doesnt love you, she wants you to get out and once she sets her eyes on you, she will do anything to make your time there miserable in an attempt to get you to break your lease as well as threaten eviction.
