We had this company send a tech to repair our three year old 4 door LG Refrigerator. Justin arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. The compressor was under warranty by LG and he replaced it. We had to wait for two weeks for an appointment not enough LG Techs in Utah so A & E were scheduled. We were very happy with Justin our fridge is now working again. Thanks Justin for doing a great job!

Kenmore fridge/freezer stopped working and needed a new compressor (under warranty). After contacting them, I was not able to get a service appointment for over two weeks. The repairman came, replaced the compressor and left. After 3 days, it was apparent that the new compressor was not adequately cooling the fridge (temperatures were 20 degrees above where they should have been). So, I called for a new appointment. The soonest they would schedule the follow-up repair was 15 days away. When the time for the follow-up appointment came, the repairman didnt show up. I called Sears Appliance Repair and they told me that the repair person indicated in their system that he came, did the repairs, and closed the job - but he never came and I never heard from him at the appointed time (even though I received several reminders of the appointment from Sears on the days before the appointment). So, I called again and explained the situation. Guess what? Appointment number 3 isnt scheduled until two more weeks... The funny thing is that every time I call, they give a sales pitch wanting me to sign up for their ongoing service program to care for all of my appliances which requires a monthly fee plus a deductible for services when used... Hmmm.... not going to do that.

I am just yet another unfortunate soul to have had the displeasure of dealing with this company. My LG washer broke in less than a year. I contacted LG on 5/19 and opened a repair ticket for my washer since it was still under warranty and when I finally found the receipt and sent it to LG on 5/26 they scheduled an appointment for 5/27/21 to have a technician come out to “fix”. Technician never came, when I IM’d the company, the agent tells me he’s just running late and will be there later, then proceeds to try and sell me a Sears plan. I finally had to close the chat because he wouldn’t take no for an answer. I then called to inquiry his arrival time and was told that I was rescheduled for 6/2/21. No call, no email they just rescheduled. So I waited until then. Tech shows up and takes the lid off and calls LG, they tell him to replace every single part inside the washer, which is 28 separate parts to be delivered to my house which is about $1600 in parts and labor rather than replacing the actual unit (which was about $700). So he leaves telling me he’ll be back on June 11th. I start receiving parts, I get about 4 that week and get an email and text informing me that the parts are delayed and I will receive weekly updates, which I didn’t get. I try calling 6/22/21 and get some technical issues recording and get hung up on. I call, 6/25/21 and wait for a person for an hour forty five when it was supposed to be an 88 minute wait. I call back and do the thing where I get a call back. After 3 hours of waiting I receive a call where she proceeds to tell me I have a lot of parts waiting, I told her yeah I know I want to know the status of when they’re going to come, she doesn’t even let me finish my sentence by cutting me off to tell me she’s going to check and then proceeds to hangs up on me. I called back and would have to wait 183 minutes to talk to someone, but knew I wouldn’t get through because they would close before I’d even get through to anyone, I’ve also tried clicking on the links in the texts an emails they sent where I should be able to check the status of parts and my repair and just get an error page, like my order has been cancelled. From the other reviews I’ve read this is typical protocol for this company. I’m only a month into trying to get my washer repaired and there are people who have dealt with trying to get their appliance fixed for 6 months. No wonder Sears is going bankrupt. If I could swear this review would definitely be more colorful and way more accurate to my true feelings of the situation. If I could report this company I would. It’s absolutely ridiculous how they conduct business and I will not pay a cent for any repairs since EVERYTHING is supposed to be covered by LG. Below are screenshots of trying to contact them online.

Avoid using this company- I wish it were possible to actually describe the amount of frustration and MONTHS of time wasted that weve had in attempting to work with Sears Home Services. Our home warranty company contracted Sears to fix our freezer/refrigerator in November 2020. It is now March 2021 and our freezer/refrigerator is still broken. Since being contracted with Sears, we have had 6 appointments, 4 of which were no-shows where the company never called and never showed up. When we called to inquire about our appointment, they said the technician was sick. I understand we live in tricky times and people get sick, but 1) do you not call and let your customer know whats going on? and 2) does Sears REALLY only have 1 technician for all of its jobs? Had I known this would be such a headache, I would have purchased a new freezer/refrigerator back in November. Please PLEASE dont make the same mistake weve made in dealing with this company. Find ANYONE ELSE to repair whatever needs repairing or you may find that your repair, like ours, never happens.

If I could rate lower I would. I have been a long time Sears customer as well as my parents. I have warranties on multiple products and after this experience I will never purchase any product from them. Since November they have been attempting to get parts to repair a washer. I continuously have been told that I will get a call back but never do. I have been ‘escalated’ for over 2 months and have received no information. I am the one calling weekly to get an update but nothing has moved forward. I am told the same thing week after week and have gotten no further information. I supposedly can’t speak with a supervisor and am told each week that I will be contacted but have yet to be called. We move in a month and I would like this resolved prior but doubt it. My suggestion is to avoid using them.

If I could rate lower, I would. I needed an ice maker repaired or replace. Time window given was 8-12. Received a text the morning of stating 9:51 to 11:21. He called called at 11:45 and said it would be 12:15 to 12:30. Told me that they didn’t take cash or Amex. Showed up at 12:45. He stood looking at the serial number with the fridge door open for several minutes. Then asked what I’ve tried to do already to fix it so I explained. He then sat on his phone for about 10-15 minutes with his back to me. Without one having touched the ice maker he told me that it would be $360 to replace it. He said I could save 30% if I bought a service plan for $500 that would cover all my other appliances for 1 year. I said no thanks to the service plan and I confirmed that the price included the $180 service call fee and he said yes. I told him to go ahead and replace the ice maker and no on the service plan. After he called looking for the part, he said Uber would deliver the part and he would be back in a couple hours to install it. I re-confirmed that the price would be $360 something, he pulled out his phone and said it would cost $560. After explaining to him what he originally quoted, he acted confused and said, oh, that price was with the service plan. I then told him I wasn’t interested in paying $560. Again, he never once actually touched the ice maker, tried to look into the components or anything. He then just asked if I wanted to pay the service call of $180. I gave him my Discover card and he said they don’t take Discover. I laughed. Another example of him telling me one thing and then changing it later. I gave him my Visa, told him to charge it and get out of my house, that I could have paid anyone in the world $180 to come in and tell me I needed a mew ice maker. No exaggeration, it took him longer to figure out how to use the phone to do the credit card charge then the amount of time he spent in my home from walking in the door until he changed his mind on the price and I said no thanks. Never again. I guess there is a good reason Sears is going out of business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Our oven stopped working on December 2020... a technician reset a sensor and told us that if we had problems to call back and he’d replace the fan. A few weeks later in January 2021, the sensor came back on and the oven stopped working again. The soonest Sears could get a technician out was February 12th between 1 and 5 pm. I got confirmation via text of our appointment on the 12th, and even called early that afternoon to confirm and was told at 1:30 pm I was 3rd in line for the tech. I took the afternoon off and waited and waited... at 4:45 pm I called again and the recording told me my appointment had been rescheduled for MARCH 1st—-over THREE WEEKS (and a total of three months after the first appointment!!) later. No explanation, no notification, nothing. I spoke with an agent (all of whom are off-shore, BTW—all have heavy accents from the Philippines, from the sound of it), and was told by the agent that her supervisors were all busy. I waited for 35 min, and finally she promised a supervisor would call me back. Four days later, none ever have. I called AGAIN this morning, February 15, and Phillipino agent Ben again told me that no supervisors were available and I told him I’d wait—and he then hung up on me. We paid for the first appointment and have gotten absolutely NOTHING in return but a broken oven for three months, over the holiday season. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This company is a SHAM that takes your money and gives you nothing in return.

I did not get any notification that the technician was running late. When I tried to resolve the problem, I was told that he we was on his way. An hour passed and he still did not show up. I was told that he running behind and still working on a repair. Mind you I was told that he was on his way. I ended up just cancelling the appointment. Fool me once, shame on you. I had an appointment for weeks in advance for service on our fitness equipment. I wasted all day waiting for the technician (Kent.)I called them three times when it was way past the time he was supposed to have been to our house. They kept telling me the system said he was on his way but I never heard from Kent personally, I just had to keep calling the Sears toll free number. 90 minutes after he was supposed to have been to the house I get an email with an invoice that said this is for the service you received at your home today and here is your signed invoice.Well the invoice had a zero balance but my signature was forged on the invoice, I never laid eyes on it nor did I ever lay eyes on the technician who never showed up. I stayed home 8 hours and my day was just wasted. and Im just so upset about the whole thing, nobodys called to apologize. I think the company actually believes Kent came to our house and no service was needed or something like that, but a person that dishonest should not be allowed inside of peoples homes. I remember when Sears used to stand for something, my parents used to use them for everything. They have gone so downhill I know that they have nothing but terrible reviews on Yelp. When you called all they do is try to upsell you some Home Improvement every single time. No wonder they were going under.

SERIOUSLY? I have been waiting for over a month for this appt and now the techs are saying that the next appt isnt until NOV 23rd! To say Im upset is a severe understatement!I will never buy another sears appliance again after my experience with how shady and horrible the technician and customer service reps were today. Sears used to be a brand you could trust and was the #1 place to get appliances and service. Now its just some shady outsourced company with no ethics or sense of qualityand they do not care about their customers. Ridiculous!

Please do not use this company. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had an appointment today for a technician to look at my non working oven. I called twice this morning to get a day-of time estimate because I was having to leave work to meet the technician. I also verified that they had the correct phone number for the technician to contact me at when he arrived because I would need let him into the building. I showed up at the first time frame they gave and waited..... no one showed up. I called and they said it would not be for another two hours. Okay... annoying, but whatever. I went back to work and then just over an hour later I received a text that the technician was on his way. I called customer service again to verify time because the agent before mentioned the technician was at a location very far from me. I was told by the agent that he would be there after 1pm. I was wary so I asked again “so if I get to my house by 1pm, that will be okay? And please ensure this number is the number he will contact” I was told “yes this is the number, he will not arrive until after 1pm” about 13 minutes before 1pm the technician called the WRONG phone number, he called the secondary number on the account (my landlords number and the number I explained to 4 different agents that morning he should not call) and left a message stating he was there and couldn’t get in the building. Two minutes later he left. He never once called the number he was supposed to, which was clearly listed on the service schedule for all to see. I saw him driving away and I called customer service right then (my landlord tried to call his number several times as well, he didn’t answer) and I asked them to send him back. They said no. I explained the situation and told them he had not called the number he was supposed to and I was literally watching him drive away right then. They said no and there was nothing they could do. Very long story short(ish) - all in total I spent 2hrs and 20 minute on the phone with Sears customer service today and received the most appalling service during that time frame. Throughout the course of the day I bent over backward to ensure this appointment was scheduled correctly and that I was on schedule. In return I was misinformed by numerous Sears agents, the technician did not follow what was clearly written on the service order, then they flat out refused to ask the technician who I could see driving away to stop, come back, and complete the service call he was scheduled for. All they would do is reschedule my appointment for Friday, leaving me without an oven for at least another two days and forcing me to reschedule the holiday cookie party I had scheduled for my daughter (her very first holiday cookie party). This is not the only negative experience I have had with them, but it is by far the worst. I will go out of my way to not use the service again. Both at my own home as well as at the 300 properties that we manage in the area I live in.

I rated this service experience 5 stars because the technician was excellent - Dave arrived on schedule, knew what he was doing, quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs efficiently, all while being very pleasant! Also, I was able to arrange for the service the day after I called, which was a bonus. The only difficulty was when I called the national number to make the appointment - the person on the phone had a heavy accent and understanding her and making her understand me was a bit of a challenge (but she was quite patient).

This is a terrible company that operates under the name Sears Home Services but in reality is a distant call center operation that engages local technicians to come work on your appliance, if you are lucky. My experience consisted of a failed initial washer repair for which i paid $260, followed by a month of delays and missed appointments to correct the problem, after which I had to bring in a local company (Appliance by Paul) to complete the repair. I am now suing Sears in small claims court to recover the additional charges. Avoid this company and use someone local. I would give zero stars if I could.

This service repair was to be done on my extended warranty. It has been a total nightmare. Other than the original man who came out, confirmed that it needed replacing, took pictures, sent them in, and informed me that I would be contacted by Sears withing 48 hours, nothing went as indicated. I was not contacted in the time stated. I started calling numbers, put on permahold, no one knew what was going on. I called eight numbers in all. My final call was to a young lady who told me I could pick the new water heater up, but that it could not be delivered because it was on back order. She could not see the logic in that if I could pick it up, it must be sitting in the store. Hence the store could deliver it. Then I was told that no installers were in my area so I had to find my own and get reimbursed. I was contacted by the installation team who checked my address ostensibly to send a check for the installer I would have to find. I found an installer, the check from Sears never arrived. Needing hot water (it is now over a week since the initial contact) I paid the installer $380 and have no way of collecting at this time. I have had good experiences with Sears in the past. This experience is an outrage. I will trek to the local Sears tomorrow to see if I can sort this out. However, my extended warranty has cost about three hours of my time and maybe $380. The Sears web site advertises same day or next day replacement. I guess that is not true of warranty replacements

My air conditioner first went down on 10/5/19 and since then I have had to call for service 5 times and in the last attempt at repair the technician finally noted that there was a short in the wiring system. Why do I have a Master Protection Agreement with Sears if they do not cover the wiring system that they put in during the new installation of my Kenmore Unit.I called another HVAC repair company today and they found the short in the system in less then 30 minutes and repaired it. This short was caused by poor installation of the wiring thru a metal pipe to the thermostat, which was installed by the Sears technician that installed my new unit.On top of that, I have to request another Sears service repair because the HVAC repair company that repaired my furnace today informed me that the Sears technician forgot to remove the chip from my old control board to insert on my new control board he installed this morning.I have been a Sears customer for over 20 years and just recently got my roof installed by Sear as well. What happened to the normally great customer service I have been used to receiving?

Lemon, Lemon Lemon...If I could give a 0 or a -5 I would. This was the fourth time this year that my refrigerator needed a repair and they came to diagnose, but no one ever came back to repair the refrigerator. I understood that on the fourth major repair of the year they would replace my refrigerator per the the no lemon guarantee that Sears totes. This machine has been bad from the start. With in 3 months of plugging it in it had a major mechanical break down and I came home to a whole house smelling of rotted food. Ever since they replaced that major part the machine has never cooled properly. The fridge cost me $700 and they have spent well over $2,200 on the repairs. They have attempted to fix it 3 times in the first year I owned it (2014-15), 3 times in the second year I owned it (2015-16), and 4 times in the 3rd year I owned it (2016-17). They have replaced 1 heater defroster, 3 or more thermostats, 2 Control temps, 3 diffusers, etc. This refrigerator wont stay cold and the Sears company wont own up to their end of the promise. I have lost a great deal of food over time, due to the high warm temperatures and had a great deal of stress worrying about whether or not my food is safe to eat, whether it is going to be cold enough the next day. I have also spent countless hours on the phone with this company. About 2 weeks ago I finally got someone who truly listened to my full story and honored the agreement. He said that I would be getting a new refrigerator. I almost cried tears of joy. I waited for the confirmation call, which came about a week later, only to find that I had been denied. Sears has been difficult to work with. The people have been nice, but their policy and the company is not honest in doing what they say they will do in their agreement. I bought a lemon and they have not replaced the lemon as they say they will in their No lemon Guarantee

I have used the Sears extended warranty service for a number of years and overall I have been satisfied. My primary issue has been with a seeming lack of communication between the scheduler and the technician. Typically the scheduler asks a wide variety of questions related to the issue I am having, but fairly consistently the technician arrives unprepared to address the issue I have already identified, they then diagnose the issue, have to reschedule and return, which of course involves me having to schedule another day where I have to be home for a four hour block of time. This feels fairly inefficient to me, but I will say the value of the repairs I have received far outweighs the cost of the extended warranty.

LG Washer. I want it on the record that the service technician was great. Good to work with and on time But several problems occurred during the first time I used the washer. There was a leak. When I called to report it, they set up a follow-up for 2 weeks later. The leak was a result of the major work that was done, and they can not fix it for another 2 weeks. It is frustrating because I know that the technician would want to know about this because he obviously caused the leak. It happened on the first load after he left. I am sure that he could fix it. But there is no way I can contact him. In the past, service technicians have left me their phone number when they left, so if there was an immediate need, I could call them because they made the repair, so they could follow up in a useful way. From now on I will always request their number because the call center can not help you in any way except for setting up an appointment way down the road. The technician can probably no longer leave their number, but I would still request it.Also, the replacement parts came via UPS, we stored 2 huge boxes for 2 weeks awaiting the initial repair. After the repair, the technician placed the used parts back in the used boxes and put them on my front porch and told me that UPS would pick them up the next day. This did not happen. After calling to remind them, 2 huge boxes still sit on my front porch after 5 days.

Call was escalated to a manager, which means a 30 minute hold time then they hang up. Called back explained again, call was escalated and I got another 20 minute hold time. At this point the manager heard everything, and offered me a $15 credit but not back to my card, instead it would be a gift card that could be used at sears. - I gave up and accepted the card because the customer service agent spoke nearly unintelligible English and I didnt feel like I could get her to understand my issue with the false claims made on the coupon. Fact remains, I was persuaded to use Sears because of a coupon, and even though the coupon applies to the service I received, Sears refused to accept the coupon. Charged us for a followup visit because they didnt fix our dishwasher the first time even after telling us the 2nd visit would be free. Now they are trying to send us to collections for not agreeing to pay for the 2nd visit. Just one of those companies you should never work with, they overcharge and truly dont care about customers. I hope this review will help someone avoid the same headache we have dealt with. BTW our dishwasher was still never fixed even after paying $250 to have it repaired. Stay away from this company at all costs

The tech that came out was awesome, however having to wait 6 weeks on a tractor repair after paying $500 for an extended warranty is inconceivable. He came 6 hours after the appt window was over. Poor guy was there until 8pm. There clearly needs to be more than 2 techs servicing this valley. I will never purchase another warranty from you.

The Three Stooges showed up at my home. I have never had more unprofessional service people. For goodness sakes, Sears has contracted with a garage door repair company to service my dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine! I have been with Sears Home Warranty for over 20 years. I have been told they have not gone bankrupt, but since whatever happened last year, things are not the same. Stay away from Sears Home Warranty. When I called for service, I was told that first they would send out the maintenance technician - I told them the pump was going out on the washing machine. This was verified when the maintenance technician came. I will have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks to get a service technician. Sooooo there will be a total of almost 4 weeks waiting to get the machine fixed. I really, really dont like this new way of doing things.

The price was outrageous. $29.00 part + $79.00 diagnostic fee (regardless of having the work done or not) and over $100.00 in labor for a 20 minute job. Over $200.00. The tech was knowledgeable and professional but charged what he was told to charge.

I waited two months for sears to show up and fix my barely 1 year old washer, which was broken for the 3rd time because they never managed to diagnose the problem accurately. My washer was shaking violently, which i learned was because the balance counter weight had fallen off its mounts. They came in July and when they couldn’t figure it out, they told me “that’s just what washers do sometimes”. At that time it took them nearly 3 months, multiple cancellations on their part, and they still couldn’t get it fixed. When they once again cancelled my repair a few days before it was scheduled, I gave up and fixed it myself. I’ve literally never had worse customer service in my entire life, and I’ve made sure to let people know never to shop at sears again.

Don’t bother with them, I scheduled an appointment and no one shows up. I call their support and was told that tech had some emergency and couldn’t make it in time but they had someone else coming later. Even after calling again I was told the same thing. In the end no one showed up or called. Next day sears cancelled appointment. Absolutely horrible service

The repairman who came to my home was professional and fast. He knew what was wrong with my washer within a few minutes, and he fixed it. I can highly recommend Sears repair professionals. The washer itself, a Kenmore, is a huge disappointment. I will never purchase another Sears appliance.Sears customer service also leaves much to be desired. I called customer service twenty minutes after the repairman left to see if I could use a coupon for 20% off on the repair. Id forgotten to present it to the repairman. After spending twenty minutes in automated loops, I reached a human who said she could not help me and gave me a telephone number to call. The number sent me to the same automated loop.

My oven required three visits from Sears service before it was repaired. When finished I had paid a third of the amount I had paid a little over a year ago for the brand new oven. Also I was left to dispose of a perfectly good fan, which I had paid about fifty dollars to replace. The servicemen were neat, polite, and seemed knowledgeable. They came when they said they would. I understand that these problems can be tricky, and it may be best to simply replace any suspicious part, as they did. My low rating is mostly based on my dissatisfaction with the process. From this, and other experiences weve had with appliances, I am learning to bite the bullet and pay up front for the coverage, and try to avoid buying another general electric product.

The first visit was prompt. They said they needed to order parts and then we heard no more. After 2 weeks I started calling and leaving messages. After another two weeks they called back and left an unintelligible message on my phone. When I finally got hold of a real person they said that the part wasnt available but set up a time to come and reevaluate the problem. I waited all morning and they never came. After more than a month the issue has still not been taken care of.

She was not responded anything. I had to hang-on the phone and called back. Second male representative, the phone connection was awful. The voice was break-out during the conversation. That lowered the entire service and I wont recommend others to call sears repair in the future.

The contractor that you use is not familiar with Kenmore products. I will never use Sears Appliance Repair again and neither should you. The service technician that came to my house knew nothing about refrigerators. He spent 45+ minutes on the phone with someone else and then ended up telling me it was my water pressure and I should either buy a regulator or call the city and complain. I called another technician from Heber Park City Appliance who correctly diagnosed the issue as a main relay control board and main logic board within 15 minutes. Stay away from Sears - they refused to even consider refunding me the diagnostic fee after I called to complain three times.

Cant even post unless you give one star? You deserve negative stars for my familys experience Our refrigerator has not worked correctly since the end of May. Despite having purchased a protection agreement Sears refuses to fix or repair an obvious lemon. What a joke this company has become,. Never buy the extra protection agreement-its not worth paying for the fine print allows them to have 10 different service calls over the course of 4 months and not have to honor their guarantee as they say it is all one call when they cant fix it despite replacing every part possible Sears said they would send a check to buy a mini fridge-They never sent the check.Disappointed beyond belief in what used to be an honorable company and will be sure to tell everyone I know and work with what a horrific experience it has been dealing with Sears and their worthless Protection Agreements

When the drum was filling with water it was very noisy. Also, when the spin cycle was on it was always noisy and off-balance. Zack (the technician) explained exactly what was causing these issues. He took time to check each function out and made sure that each function on the control panel was in good working order. His professionalism and approach to the whole service visit was exactly what we needed. I would not hesitate to call Sears again for service needs and would request (if possible) to have Zack return to our home. Thank you, Sears, you always come through for us!

I used to love Sears and their home repair. Unfortunetly in December 2015 our washer started giving us error codes. Multiple techs were sent out each month, parts were replaced and still we kept getting the error message. At the end of December we were told we were going to get a credit to put towards a new washer, unfortunately that never happened and they decided to keep sending technicians out to fix our washer. Starting mid January the techs would come out and wouldnt replace anything and say it was a computer issue. Multiple times a month they would come out say the same thing and leave. Finally on April 7th of 2016 a technician came out and told me it was my fault my washer kept giving me the error message, I must have been putting soap all over our clothes before I washed them. He then said I must have the cleanest kids on the earth and there was nothing he could do it was my fault. It wasnt until we threatened to report them to the BBB did the send out a managing technician who replaced a censor and said that should fix it and if not the washer was not fixable. The next time we used the washer we got the same error message, Sears said they were sending someone out first thing the next morning to fix it. Today at 10:30 am I get a call from Sears, they arent coming they are going to credit us the $500 to get another washer from them. I wish they would credit me all the time my husband and I took off work to meet them at our house and not get our washer fixed. So sad, I used to love Sears and their home service. Now I dont ever want to buy anything else from them again.

I ordered a five appliance check up/tuneup package and the call center was unable to schedule them all on the same day. They didn’t listen to my requests of certain days of the week but I was able to have a technician come to my house. Then, when the first technician arrived, he had no clue what he was even there for. Nor was he willing to coordinate with other technicians to complete the check up on all five appliances. And he was unwilling to do the check up on all five appliances himself. Needless to say, there were three separate days where I had to make accommodations to be at my home in order to complete the appliance check up package. It was very inconvenient.

We will NEVER buy from Sears again!!!! DO NOT use them!!We bought a Kenmore washer, because ours had broken down and needed to be replaced. It was installed on July 8. Just 3 weeks later, on July 28 it started leaking all over our laundry room. We called to schedule a repair man - to come look at it, as it was still under a 30 day warranty. They couldnt get anyone to use until August 3. Okay, fine.Guy came out on August 3rd. Couldnt find anything wrong at all. This is now a full week and a half we have not been able to use our NEW washer - we havent even paid it off yet! He left our house telling me to set my settings to bulky when I wash large loads. THAT WAS THE EXTENT OF THE SERVICE!!AS SOON as he left, I ran a small load of laundry and it leaked all over my laundry room again. I immediately called the Service line - to have him come back. We were told by Sears that they would put a call into dispatch and wed be called by the repair guy soon. We heard nothing. We called back 5 times that day - NOBODY EVER RETURNED OUR CALL.I called Sears AGAIN the next day - August 4 and requested another repair man to come out - as this is now approaching two weeks that we will not have a washing machine - one that WE JUST PURCHASED because our old one broke down. This experience is infuriating!!! They completely ignored our requests for quick service. They scheduled something for the August 15th at this point, and I lost it.We are having them pick up our useless washing machine today - interesting they can have someone pick it up to RETURN the item for a refund - which I BETTER get a FULL refund on this faulty machine - but they cant have someone come out to take a look at our washer within a reasonable time frame.NEVER do business with a company that has such horrible customer service. I will be telling all of my friends and family never to waste their money or time at Sears.HORRIBLE, horrible experience.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Liars, Thieves, and buffoons. I paid them $400 to fix a 8 year old washer. After 5 visits from 4 techs and losing 5 days worth of pay (over $900 of income) I still do not have a working washer. Have spent over 8 hours on the phone with various customer services to be no closer to a working washer. I was told by the last Tech that his supervisor Thomas Turkington said that he was going to give me a new washer for all the trouble. Never heard from that jerk. Every house call was signed off as complete (never was) and their customer service refuses to give me a name or contact info on anyone not in India. Their employees on every level and at every position have been incompetent.
