I LOVE this company! They were the third company that I called for a quote when we found out the AC and furnace needed to be replaced. They were so kind, honest, and did a fantastic job. I’ve already told everyone I know who owns a home to call this company if they ever have issues! So amazed by them!

I called Harold to come out and give me a quote to replace my 17 year old broken furnace asap. He came out after hours and didnt try to sell me a new furnace, he fixed my furnace! He said that the furnace still worked. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to troubleshoot the issues and explained to me the error codes in the panel and how we could runs some tests to try get it working again. I definitely will be hiring Affordable Heating and Cooling when my furnace does tank!

I would definitely recommend this place, especially for repairs. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Repair estimates were best price I got out of several bids. For new systems, their estimate was in line with other bids and they offered a longer labor warranty. They also offered a better timeframe. The financing option didn’t work for us this time around but I’ll keep them in mind for next time.

Big thanks again to Affordable for saving the day! Our AC went out last night (Sunday night on July 4th weekend). I called their after hours number and the owner answered and Was very nice, as always. He said they could get us taken care of the next day. I really applaud Eric, the technician, for wearing gloves and a mask the entire time even though he never had to come in the house. A friend of money rented a home from the owners. It was a toilet. For a place that supposedly specializes in heating and air conditioning, this home had an HVAC system that barely worked and that was on a good day. If their own property is being ignored just imagine what would happen to your residence or business.

Ive been using Affordable Heating and Air for over 10 years. They are always timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and as their name says, affordable. I cant recommend their services enough. We will soon need to replace our furnace and our air conditioning compressor. I wont consider anyone other than Affordable Heating and Air.

Affordable Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace, A/C, Humidifier, and Air purifier for us. They even installed the Nest thermostat we bought online. It was a wonderful experience. Ryan provided great options and advice in what our home needed. Everything Ryan said they would do his crew did. Chris, Eric, and Eric did a great job and completed all the work in one day with time to spare. They cleaned up after the job was complete. We are so impressed by their work. You can’t beat the 10 year warranty they offer on parts AND labor which he gives to you in a nice binder at the end. Ryan provided all the rebates for us to mail, which couldn’t have been simpler. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend Affordable Heating and Cooling.

Good services and quick to come thru and make sure that i was still valued as a customer. Other places i called wanted at least a 100 for a inspection to diagnosis. Will call again to make sure they take care of my replacement ac.

I accidentally called another company to come out a few weeks ago to check the furnace and a/c at our new house thinking it was Affordable. What a mistake. Went back through our files and found it was Affordable that we used previously and really liked. The service technician is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable. I trust this company.

The entire team was amazing. I LOVE my new air conditioning unit! It is amazing and efficient. I was concerned that my bills would skyrocket, but that was not the case! I was worried about the demolition of the swamp cooler and the hole it would leave, but they were able to give me a skylight where my swamp cooler was and it looks fantastic. These guys came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. They came out promptly and on time. The technician was great and extremely helpful. Had to repair a central air unit. Had it running in no time and showed me the factory specs on the heat tube was off. So he added a little refrigerant and we were right in specs. He tightened a few screws on housing and our noisy unit became quite a bit less noisy. The price was very reasonable and affordable. We have had a couple of situations with another company that we felt took advantage of us and our wallets. Harold and the company are now our go to guys.

Today I had a most refreshing experience. It was important to get a second opinion on my furnace. The earlier technician indicated I needed to spend $4,000 for a new furnace. Affordable Heating and Cooling did a check and found out I was still under warranty! I was also advised about what serious and minor concerns really were with a furnace. I trust this company, and its owner Harold completely.

I had a different company do a tune up on my furnace. They left recommending a whole new furnace due to perceived leaking carbon monoxide. Worried, I had Affordable Heating & Cooling take a look for a second option. Ryan took the time to walk me through what was actually happening with the furnace and that there was no leak. He also walked though where companies can be misleading. This was extremely helpful for me as a single female. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding experience!From my first phone call to appointment and installation and problem fixing. I had great experience all the way! Honest people and wonderful company to deal with. Ryan and his dedicated installation team are the best. They helped us installed a new A/C unit with my last minute request. I called a day before installation to confirm the purchase. The installation team took no break during the installation process just to get the work done. They helped us removed our old swamp cooler and replaced with skylight. Two weeks after installation of the A/C unit, we had some problem with our furnace. I called them right away and they came to fix it. Price is reasonable. Most of all, I love the warranty that they have. They warranty their works and stuff for 10 years. Cant ask for more. Love it! It gives us peace of mind. Will definitely recommend them for friends and family. Thank you so much for taking care of our family and being honest out there. Highly appreciated.

Pros: They were actually able to work me into their schedule and come out the same day. Also, they fixed the problem.Cons: It was a super-simple fix. There was a problem that one of my breakers wasnt pushed in all the way. The guy walked in, pushed it back in place, and charged $75. Really? He was in my house for less than 4 minutes. He said that labor costs are $75 an hour, and they bill for a minimum of 1 hour.Im glad they fixed the problem... but $75 for 4 minutes? Seemed a little steep. Wont use again.

You simply cannot go wrong with Affordable. Get some bids from other companies and then call Harold (awesome guy) and all bet he is real close if not better. Plus they only use quality products and their technicians are second to none in my opinion.They installed a new heater, AC, and rerouted duct work in one of our duplexes a few years ago. Harold went the extra mile in assisting with the energy rebates (actually he did it, we just needed to sign a few places).A few months ago our AC went out at our home. I knew I was going to use Affordable but wanted to get other bids just to see. Affordable was the lowest bid and one company was 1,000.00 higher with a Coleman AC unit. Affordable installed a Lennox!Their technicians are awesome. They are craftsman.Anyway, there are some companies you use over and over again. This is one of those companies. I dont think their work can be duplicated.Highly recommend!!

They actually talked me into buying a LESS expensive furnace than I was planning on getting, and they did an awesome job on the installation.

These guy were great to work with and knew what they were doing. I had an ancient furnace replaced with all new equipment plus central air and humidifier. They pretty much had to dismantle and cut my old furnace into pieces to get it out. The following week I was getting a new roof and needed some HVAC flashing in a pinch. I called to ask Ryan where I could get it quick and he had it at my house in an hour and a half without charging me for it. They organized and had all the rebate information for me in no time, I pretty much just had fill in my Questar and power account info and mail it. I was confident they really want me to be satisfied and would totally have them do more work for me if I needed it.

Inexpensive, efficient, experienced. They replaced an existing furnace/AC, and built a custom add-on to simplify changing the air filter at no extra cost. I only use them now.

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone I like. I unfortunately have had a terrible experience with the company. I had them come out to my house a year ago when I bought my new house to check out the HVAC.Fast forward a year. I had them again come out due to some new and heavy vibration in the unit.The 2nd tech found that The first service tech failed to notice and remove the shipping bolt which apparently is very hard to do due to a huge red warning clearly visible when the service plate is removed. The fan essentially destroyed the vibration dampening assembly due to the bolt being missed twice and now I will have to have to have the entire blower assembly replaced soon.I understand things happen, but this company not only has refused to own their mistake but is billing me for 2nd service call. Sloppy work, the owner refuses to talk with customers, unfriendly customer service, and simply unwilling to work with customers.I definitely recommend Main Street Heating & CoolingDefinitely find someone else, they really dont deserve your business.

Harold and his team are the best in the business. Everything went smoothly from the first appointment for a quote to helping with my many questions about filter choices. I did my pricing comparison with Costco/Superior, Manwill and ESCO. Affordable beat them all by at least $1,850. We received an additional $600 off just for being on Angies List. They installed a Lennox 3 ton 96% efficient model EL296 furnace and 3 ton A/C model XC14-036. We have seen our utility usage go down 30% in this last year. We had them install a new furnace run into our basement family room. This was a bit of a challenge due to the layout and foundation. Curt did an awesome job of coming up with the solution. That room has never been as comfortable as it is now.I also just referred a neighbor for a repair and she is very happy. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Affordable to anyone, and have them back again if I need any assistance in the future.
