Very slow got there at 10:00 am. Had 2 people ahead of me. I was still waiting at 11:00 am. They really need help before people stop coming all together. How do you run a business with such a small staff it does not fit your customer needs. I hope that one day the owner realizes that to gave good customer service you MUST be professional at all times and consider all people in your establishment. I have never complained before first time with any business. Please go to another Salon to get your nails done. My last time!

Not even a week am they are lifting am breaking

Tried to get in for a pedicure. There were 3 customers being helped and none waiting.. I was told that it would be an hour and a half wait.. I asked if they had appointments and was told no. They only take walk ins on Sat! So why the hour and a half wait!!.. Would never recommend or advise anyone to walk thru their doors. Unprofessional and don’t want or need customers…. Went immediately to a different salon and they took us right away and appreciated my business and were kind and professional so I tipped 3 times more than I would normally!!! Their loss somebody else’s gain!! Don’t waste your time!

Update to another visit. She did a good job as far as my nails, however, she soaked my fingers in acitone!!! Now I have an open wound on my thumb and two other fingers are in bad shape. I should have know better but I trusted her. I used to go to place in mocksville. Great place and Im going back there even though its long drive.already coming off. And one NS my nails cracked. She said I should do SNS on bottom and gel on top. Thats odd I thought but I trusted her. Bad idea. So also got my first pedicure and thats chipping off bad. Well so Im going back to get these fixed and Im done going there. I dought they will fix for free but Im going let them know Im not happy.

They dont do to good, the best ones moved to another shop.

Nails were very sore on the sides from drilling with the machine. I asked for a specific style and she painted nails clear and then went on to saying the style I did could not be done when I did not ask for clear nails. Then I showed her another style and she went onto doing a full nail color instead of the half and half I asked for nails were not done good at all very bulky and shape was bad

I love this place! The Pedicures are great and you feel awesome! I get my nails done regularly too. I love this 1 special pampering treatment! Makes me feel great! Love the people too!

Did a great job with my daughter and her first ever nail salon visit. Explained everything to a curious 4 year old and made her laugh and smile. Definitely would visit again.

Worst costumer service EVER!!!! Had gift certificate. Owner refused to honor until she took care of paying customers. I waited 2 hours for a fill in when she put someone else in the chair (who came in after me.) Asked me to come back in an hour. When I returned she asked me to come back next day. I will never return!!

Rude and unprofessional. I didnt like the way my nails where being painted, so I said something. The man doing them said something in another language, got up and walked away. Another lady finished the job. Crazy

Went in, no receptionist. Just one lady doing nails, seemed to be the only one who worked there, she asked me what do you want really quietly and I told her he told me to sign in. Few minutes later a man comes in and seats me, he starts doing my nails, now my nails are as thick as an elephant tusk (exaggeration) and he sanded them down til it hurt, same with my cuticles, no conversation while doing the nails. When we left my nails were all dry. And a week later they break while I was scratching my face...

Won’t be back here, nails are poorly done, l asked for square nails he rounded them off, you can see the fake nail separating from the acrylic under my nails wow, just left and polish wasn’t dry, l can’t believe l paid $35 for these terrible job, and he burn my finger with that machine my fingers are killing me WOW
