Tiffany is AMAZING. Once a month I go in for a Brazilian, eyebrow Tint, eyebrow wax, and lash tinting. Everything is done to perfection, seriously my eyebrows always look incredible. Tiffany and I always have a blast chatting away. Every person Ive encountered from the front desk to the folks I pass while going to the room are so sweet. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and get your services at designers edge!

Went here to get a Brazilian wax for the first time and I would highly recommend booking with Lisa! Very sweet and got it done pretty fast. Definitely would come back to this place again.

They want to charge for everything but they never have anything available. Big spa but no availability! You go in and there isn’t anyone there but they say they are booked for everything and/or no availability. Won’t try again. Plenty of other spas in the area that want business.

Just got my hair cut here and i’m absolutely obsessed w it!!!! i came in because i got a botched haircut from another salon hoping they could fix it and they went so above and beyond and i couldn’t be happier with the results! i had becky and she made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly how to fix what had been done. my hair now has layers and texture and i am getting so many compliments already! will definitely be returning, absolutely amazing experience here!! highly recommend!!!

Every time I go in there’s a problem with my service. I once waited an hour and a half with a friend (she was taken back) and when I went and asked where my hair stylist was; they claimed I never signed in.A second time I made the appointment and called the day before my appointment to confirm that i was scheduled and such. They claimed I never made the appointment. But I had made an appointment for my friend at the same time and they had hers. The manager had to then scramble and find someone last minute to get me someone who specializes in ethnic hair.The experience with the woman who did my hair was not great. While she got my hair trimmed in my desired style, spent asking if I was sure and suggesting other things throughout the whole haircut/was/etc.But their one saving grace was a lovely waxer there. She made my first Brazilian into a relaxing and fun experience. I really wish I remembered her name. But she was funny, sweet, and made great conversation throughout the whole process. And the results were great! The only reason I would go back is for the lovely waxer.

Had a childs hair cut here. Stylist was great. However place was very crowded with people when still admist a pandemic. The haircut was avertised as $20. One has to pay a deposit of a few dollars at checkout to secure the appointment. Maybe that should have been a clue or red flag. At checkout I wanted to leave the stylist a good tip and was paying with a credit card as dont carry cash. The receptionist informs me WE ONLY TAKE CASH TIPS! When I mentioned I only had a card, she suggested that I use their convenient ATM., which then cost me an additional $3 in service fees. No mention of this when the appointment was made so I could have come prepared. Then I get charged $20 for the haircut and I enquire whether the deposit I left is accounted for as I should be charged $17 and she states haircut for child is $20 and up! They just trimmed her hair. The whole experience turned out so sour, definitely wont go back there as they don,t appear to value their customers at all.

I had a consultation for tape in extensions and I was very disappointed to hear that their prices have gone up EXTREMELY!! I wanted 18 in blonde hair extensions (found the same human hair on Amazon for only $44.95) and they quoted me Get this..... $1,200.00 !!! 🤣😲🧐 Needless to say I ordered the extensions on Amazon and did it myself!!

Jennifer is amazing! I love my color and cut. As a girl with natural curly hair finding someone who can cut it properly can be tricky but Jen always does an amazing job. The staff was friendly and diligent about keeping things clean.

I booked the Valentines Day package for my husband and myself and we loved it! We were treated so well by staff from check in, to the massage, to dinner, and our overall comfort. We were so pampered, it felt like we were on a cruise ship again enjoying 5-star treatment. It was a great package deal. It was hubbys first massage and now hes hooked. We cant say enough good things and will definitely be back! Thanks for the top-notch service!

My daughter purchased a manicure/pedicure for my birthday in February. Was very excited for the opportunity to share the day with her and have the experience of a new place. The technician I had seemed fresh out of school and since we were seated next to one another it became apparent she was not doing a quality job. Truly felt sorry after hearing the price she paid and the service I got. My daughters technician was great so hope you look into training all your techs before turning them loose on the general public. I was sadly disappointed in the experience and won’t go back for any additional services. The setting and environment was peaceful and tranquil but we paid for that aspect of the experience dearly

Im new to the area and was looking for a higher end salon as they tend to be a more consistent with their cuts. The staff was super friendly and most accommodating. The gal at the front desk set me up with Brandy and it was a great recommendation. The price is about average for a full fledged salon. I would highly recommend this salon.

I was went to Designers Edge the day of my sons wedding to have my hair styled and my makeup done. I used to go here years ago, but have been going to a less expensive salon, so they didnt know me. Nevertheless, everyone there was super nice and attentive and friendly. Kelly West did a wonderful job on my super short hair, Mona Lisa worked on my face for well over an hour. When she was finished, I didnt look overly made up. I looked like me, just prettier and younger. Even Paula, who washed my hair, and I bonded. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, a great beginning to a happy day. I highly recommend Designers Edge. I will probably be back

Came in for an all over blonde with a bit of a dark root. They made a bit of a mistake with toner that turned my hair pink that wasnt necessarily their fault, they did try and fix it but they completely wrecked my hair by tugging and pulling on my hair after I had already been bleached twice leaving my hair now a damaged wreck even after asking them to be more gentle. My hair is now an uneven blonde with some platinum, yellow, and orange pieces that will need a massive corrective color whenever it has recovered enough to get that doneI basically paid 200 dollars to look like I got a botched box dye

Had my keratin last week with Kelly w I do love my hair however I felt that the area I was done in should have been tidied up prior to my arrival. Paulo wash my hair for both parts of the service and did a good job.they use Brazilian blowout which is my favorite product and I will say Kelly did a great job. She just really needs to make sure her area is neat. The price was great the service was good I will be returning

Hands down the best massage EXPERIENCE I have received. Dressed up in robes, nice people who you can ask questions, and a rewarding Chi drink afterwards that taste like the gingerbread man. I have been to several massage places and this one beats them all!

I reached out to this salon to send me a gift card for one of bridesmaids. I live out of town so I was worried I wouldnt be able to get it. The staff easily assisted me via email and over the phone with the purchase and mailed the gift card in a timely manner, making this a very smooth transaction. Ive been here twice now and both times had an amazing experience! My husband and I received a couples massage and dinner gift card at Christmas. The massage was fabulous! I even added the sinus treatment since I had been experiencing headaches that week. Worked miracles! We chose our meal from a menu before our massage and it was ready when we finished. Delicious! They order from a family Italian restaurant down the street. So much food, we took home leftovers and had for lunch the next day. A marvelous evening all the way around.

I was turned away at the time of my appointment due to the fact I re-entered the country less than 30 days ago. At the time of booking (3 weeks ago) I told the salon I only had a UK number and they still did not think it was relevant to tell me about this policy. Instead, my time and theirs was wasted. The stylist also proceeded to tell me they have not been told to tell customers of their policies at the time of booking which are more strict than government or WHO/CDC guidelines. Terrible customer service - communication is key during these unprecedented times.

I’ve been here twice. I’m new to the area so My first experience was with Mona to get a Brazilian wax! She was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! I will def come back to continue my wax services with her.Now on the other hand i just left from getting a prenatal massage. It unfortunately was not the best. I am unable to lay on my back for long periods of time bc I am 29 weeks pregnant so it gets uncomfortable. I’ve had prenatal and regular massages where the therapist has given me a full body massage on my sides. They just have me switch sides but no issue.The therapist Linda just focused on my back which was no issue bc that is my problem area now. As I was leaving she asked did I have any questions and I just simply asked with prenatal massages is it not full body.. She immediately got defensive and said how couldn’t she do this with me on my side. And I should have requested it. So my response was I’m a paying customer it was simply a question I wasn’t upset/rude. I will not get a massage w. Her again. I Do not recommend her. I do not appreciate the rude attitude she had

I have always been a little scared to let people cut or dye my hair. Because of this, I havent treated myself to a professional cut, dye, and style in a very long time. I had the best experience here. The staff really made the difference. Carl was my hair stylist, and he did a wonderful job. Needless to say, I cried when I seen the finished product. Definitely recommend this place!

Since going to this hair studio I have seen a couple of different people there. However, my hairdresser now does my hair and it always looks fabulous. She is great and is also extremely flexible whenever I have to schedule appointments.

I literally have never had a more HORRIBLE HAIR EXPERIENCE!! After sitting at the salon for an hour I realize my haircut was uneven by an inch or so. I called the salon and tired to get my money back because my hair was so horrible. They refused. In turn making me come back for another hair cut a week later. I have still not yet received my reimbursement. I would not recommend them TO ANYONE!
