The young lady that waxed us was so professional and patient with my niece as it was here first time. Facility had a welcoming ambiance. Diverse culture as older gentlemen came in to his appointment for pedicure. Next visit to NC will stop by for their great service.

The older lady was very hateful and rough with my nails. The lady who did my eyebrows did great

Hi... I do not recommend the lady that did my nails did not agree with any color I chose, it was very VERY painful! they upped the price... and did not communicate very well :)

Nail came off 3 days later. Polish chipped off. Plus she put to much acrylic where it was bumpy all over my nail. Ask for a refund! She told me no. Don’t go to this place. They can not do nails good.

The lady did a great job on waxing my eyebrows! The best Ive ever had but she didnt do anything extra like pluck the wild hairs, also the paint did not even cover my whole fingernail so it looked like 3 week old polish, did not do mine or my daughters feet really good and both if us had cracked heels the next day. They werent busy, we were the only people there. We wont go back.

Great job on nails, pedicure and eyebrows

I called to see if they could do my nails and they said yes over the phone and even told me to come in 15 minutes. When I come in the 15 minutes they told me to they said no one was there to do my nails. Then I politely asked is there only one person that does nails here and the lady that was already doing nails started cursing and got upset. Just a bad experience especially not being from Salisbury

Absolutely loved it!! Very relaxing experience. Kathy is a wonderful lady who did a fantastic pedi and manicure. Hope to make this a weekly pampering visit. Thank you so much for a pleasurable experience. Everyone was so nice!

Great service! The staff paid a lot of attention to detail and took their time. We never felt rushed.

I would have gave them no stars but that was not a opinion. If you paying a lot of money for your nails you want them to last more then one day and it don’t. Does not do a good job with nails or polishing them. My 4 year old do a better job at painting my nails. I will never go back to this place.

Only “some people” have to pay before their nails are done!!!!!!!!!!!!These techs are rude, they only ask certain people to pay before their nails are dry.The techs will not listen to what they are being asked to do, instead they do want they want to do.I normally do not write reviews; however I felt so disrespected and unhappy with my nails I walked out before my nails were dry.Spend your money how you like, but I will never be back.

This is the worst place ever. I was going every week for gel nails but the lady was so rude she didn’t want to soak my nails to take the polish off and she just used the buffer on my nails it hurt so bad when she was using the buffer so I just told her I don’t want anymore gel polish just to remove the polish the lady was mad and broke my nail to the white meat and didn’t even fix my nail clip it I would go every week I was a regular customer please be warned they don’t care about you or your nails it I found a place citi nails that is way better i went to pnails because it is never a wait time that is because they are the worst in Salisbury I can’t wait until they go out of business. Also if you go to them and ask for your money back do not let them touch your hands they will break your nail down to the skin I can not stress how painful it was but until it happens to you you may see but just don’t take the chance

I have naturally thick eyebrows. They made my eyebrows really thin, not to mention they were uneven. Customer service was terrible the lady was rude.

Wow I have to say I’m so disappointed! Nails look so bad! Not straight not painted good and acrylic is awful looking! Don’t waste your money! I have never seen such bad work!

In town after a funeral, waiting to go to dinner, my fiance and I needed pedicures. We found P-Nails thru reviews and they welcomed us in. Superb care - I have a toe that recently lost most a nail thru an accident and my fiance has super sensitive feet. Lisa and Annie were phenomenal!! A wonderfully clean, superb salon. Well come back when up this way!

I havent been here myself but have seen their work . It looked good to me & my daughter said they are moderately priced .

The first time me and my sister and me got our nails done they were rude on the first day one of my nails came off and I just took them off not going there ever again

I am new to the Salisbury area and decided to go to this nail salon as my co-worker recommend the place. She has been there a couple of times to get her eyebrows waxed so I decided why not. I was the only customer in there late last night and did not realize the condition of my nails until I left. I got the mani and pedi with gel on my nails. The gel is only painted on the top of my nails and not on the side... you can still see the nail polish I had on before. There are pieces of black fuzz in my nails and they are not filed even. She cut my cuticles as well and put wart cream on one of my cuts as I was bleeding. To help the cut stop bleeding she put wart cream on it which made it sting until this morning. And for the lotion massage after your nails are painted they just dip your hands in wax and call it a day. I have been getting my nails done for the past 5 years so I am familiar with they way nail salons should work and have gone to upscale to mall nail salons, privately owned and strip mall nail salons. I was very unhappy with my experience and going back today to get my money back .I do not recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get there nails done. My toes are okay but not worth the $53 dollars I spent.I went back today to get my money and the lady tried to re-do my nails.. I did not want them done again and simply just wanted my money. After going back and fourth for several minutes I was told in order to get my money back they would need to take the gel polish off my nails and then they could hand me the $25. But I could not get my money unless they took the polish off my nails. There are no signs posted on refund and do not see the point of them taking my polish off to get my money back? I was very understanding and left. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE. GOOD LUCK.

I get my nails done every other week. I have never been dis satisfied with their services. The ladies are very nice.

My nails look terrible the acrylic looks like mountains on my nails and they’re not even straight the tips aren’t even the same length and they’re extreamly slanted. the customer service sucked and the lady was so violent with my nails and rushed to get them done and i’m very unpleased with them I will never go back

They will not accept their own gift certificates when no expiration date was wrote on the certificate. Workers are very rude, they already got the money so why couldnt it be used?

Worst experience ever...will never go back! Had a very unfriendly staff...told them I had diabeities an they acted like i was weird for saying it an felt the need to kept talking in their language amongst themselves about it. Also cleaned the utinsels from my pedicure in only soap an water! Disgusted!
