Great place, extremely fast & friendly. They’re work is worth every penny. Tony is awesome, I love his work, everytime never any complaints. I live in Charlotte and drove atw here to Salisbury to see him cause I was unhappy with the full set and pedicure I had got a few days before and knew he would make me love them. He did just that. Awesome place never disappointed ever.

Our first visit to this salon and it was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly and treated me and my daughter with kindness and respect. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone. The prices are reasonable as well

The staff are very nice and the massage chairs are the best chairs I have been in yet! However, don’t waste your money on the Paraffin wax pedicure with 10 minutes of reflexology massage. I was expecting a full 10 minutes of really good massage and did not get it. I was very disappointed with that. My mom insisted on her 10 minutes but it was not reflexology.

I dont mind ever waiting to receive services at nail salons, especially with the pandemic and literally everyone being short staffed. However, after waiting my fair share of time, I expect the nail tech to at least know what they are doing. The men seem to do a great job on SNS and I seen multiple satisfied customers leave, but my lady had absolutely no idea how to do SNS. I was soaking my previous color off, and before it had all dissolved, she was trying to apply the base coat and begin dipping over the old residue. I spoke up and told her it was not completely off, so she re-soaked me and tried again. With MOST of it being off, she began applying my new color. She put such a thick layer of base coat on before she dipped that it began dripping off my nail and left a bubble after the powder was applied. Then she failed to file down around the cuticles and in a matter of 3 days it was so thick that it was already getting caught in my hair. They are most certainly strong enough with all the layers, but she didnt even file my shape right. IF I ever end up back at Paradise, I will request and wait for one of the men to do my nails.

First time and LAST time here! Most techs seemed very nice but one in particular was very rude...I left after getting a full set before even getting my pedicure done and waited outside for friends to finish their nails. They messed up another customers nails while we were there and they told her to come back on Monday and they would make it right...why not while she is still at your business and do it correctly the first time?

Will not be going to this place ever again! I went in for a mani/pedi I paid for the $55 pedi the luxurious one and it was the worst pedi I have ever had. When I went to get my mani (which didn’t happen) they just started to glue nails on instead and then charged me for the mani!! The nails are all lumpy and ugly but that’s not all not even 24 hours went by and my pinky broke! So I went back up there to get it redone…. BAD DECISION bc now I have a pinky fingernail that is a completely different color. When I went in he asked me what color I had on my nails and tossed the nail swatches at me and I was like Idk what color then he began to scramble trying to find the right color! I now have light orange on all of my fingers except the pinky which is a darker orange! I am so angry bc I paid $95 with a $5 tip for these services and came out botched! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place I thought was good at first they took there time friendly people. But when the women was finished my nails they weren’t even and they were all wide. I didn’t have them a week and they all raised and came off. Won’t go back there.

DISGUSTINGGGGG! Went in for a pedicure. No social distancing. First notice less than ideal cleanliness when i used the rest room. Never the less I wanted to give them a chance. Sat in the chair for 20 min waiting for someone to even fill my run with water. A second set of customers came in and I noticed them pointing something out to the staff. I turn to look and the floor was SWARMING with small bugs, these were NOT ANTS! I could not have jumped up fast enough at 9 months pregnant. As I got up my chair moved slightly and I saw a few bugs come from under my own chair. They did not help not apologize to address the issue. Never even attempting this place again

The worst place ever I was bleeding from them sanding my cuticles. Ive never had any nail salon do this before. My fingers hurt so bad please do not go there.i will never again my fingers are hurting and the burn so bad and they were bleeding and they continued to use their products I did not see them sanitize him after I bled all over them they put them back in the drawer so beware of this place

I was totally looked over, I was the only one waiting for filling and two other ladies came in and was asked what was there service. We all sat there and they called for one of the other ladies. I said excuse me and he act as if he didnt hear me. I just left. Im a 20 plus year cosmetologist and this is poor and bad business.

Went in and didnt have to wait but they cut nails shorter than what they were told and they told my daughter she couldnt use the nail polish colors that she had picked out in THEIR shop. The lady gave her a basket and said she had to pick from those colors. And it was VERYA EXPENSIVE

Horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I got acrylic nails told him I wanted them shorter than what he did he said “they will be short when I file them” they are still way to long my nails are uneven & crooked he rushed doing them also I got a pedicure & they didint massage my feet at all I still have dead skin on my heels they were in a rush doing them I will never go here again!

When I go get a fill in I expect to come out and not have to go home and completely re-shape my nails. I could have done an overall better job myself. When I requested that my technician file my nails so they were all the same length she put her finger to her mouth and said shhhh because she was listening to a conversation between another guest and another technician. Needless to say my nails are not even slightly the same length. She put so much polish on my nails that they bubbled up in the light and when I asked her if she could fix it her response was TO PUT ANOTHER COAT ON TOP OF IT. I normally try to let a set last at least 2 to 3 weeks and I’ll be surprised if I can make it a week with this monstrosity on my hands...

They seemed so rushed. The person I had filed so hard that it broke skin and was hurting and swollen for about a week.

I got a pedicure and also got a fill in. My pedicure was not done correctly. I had acrylic on my big toe, they did not fill in the acrylic yet charged me for it. My nails had plenty of acrylic under my nails and I told him to get it out and he never did. They rushed my nails and my toes. I still have dead skin on my feet. Will never get my toes done here EVER again.

Went in for a full set and they are so uneven and thick it not even funny, did designs/jewels, which are uneven on my nails, I did NOT ask for, when I asked the tech what he was doing and if this was extra he said No, its my signature. And then proceed to charge for it after and from what I read from the other reviews (which I should have read first before going here) they get attitudes and charge extra to fix there mistakes. Do not go here for nail services because it pretty bad when I have to go buy a nail file to try and fix there horrible job, when both my moms (she got manicure and pedicure)and I nails came out to 125$.

Wonderful experience with the Deluxe Pedicure. Most people hurt when they clip my toe nails. This was one of the only guys that didn’t. They offer you water. The massage chairs are SO good. The foot and leg treatment is my favorite part. He took his time, didn’t rush, even though the place was full. Definitely coming back! Great job!

First time going there hesitated cause the reviews seem bad but They did and excellent job on my nails got a full set of the SNS nails and I was in love with them. I ask for something Christmas like and he did a excellent job I will continue to go back it took me almost 10 years to find a place that I was happy with and Im so glad hi nails said they didnt have time for me cause I would have never found this place. If I could give them 10 stars I would I highly recommend this place to anyone. No more hi nails for me and hello paradise nails... 🥰

Did not feel safe getting a service here. There is a literal swarm of ants or bugs or something on the floor and the place is not clean at all...

Very bad fill job nails look worse than before they started. To bad I cant upload a pic. they look so bad Im going to have to find time to have them redone and they are rough extra nail products sticking out everywhere.

This was an absolute terrible experience. My nails look worse than before I walked in. So sloppy and beyond RUDE. After waiting for more staff come to work, the man that did my nails was so rushed. Not a single one of the color numbers matched the swatch and I was directly told that the color I picked was “no good”(as in he did not like the color). The man said “can you not read” when I accidentally chose a color off of the mood changing palette. Then to top it off I went to leave a tip, despite my better judgment, and he snatched the receipt out of my hand and loudly said “don’t leave a tip” and crossed through the tip line. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Tonys service on today. He was very professional and took great care of me.... I have a nerve disease n usually hate for anyone to touch my feet because past pedicures at other locations have been horrific for me but he acknowledged the old scar from my surgery and showed genuine interest in making my experience at Paradise Nails & Spa very pleasant... That meant the most to me and it was definitely appreciated. Thanks Tony and you are my new nail guy😊😊

My they did good on my feet but my nails was lumpy and he freestyled my nails which I didnt ask him to do and they look really tacky!!

It hasnt even been a week yet and my fingernails have started to fall off, I had to go back the day after they put them in bc it looked like I already needed a fill and they were bumpy..this has never happened to me before and I will not be returning to this salon again.

Came in for a full nail set. The guy up there did everything I told him no to. I didn’t want designs nor jewls.. I didn’t want two different colors. I just wanted a simple look on my nails. He took the nail polish color I chose and it was basically empty.. so he decides to put a different color in the choice. Very unprofessional. To me it was rude.. I won’t come back ever again! The shape is so uneven and asked for a coffin shape. Jewels are uneven as well. Look up and look at the surroundings it is full of dust and dirt bottoms to top. He definitely rushed on my nails also.

Paradise nails is a very recommended place to go if you would like a pedicure and manicure anything that you need done. The atmosphere is very clean and very well set up. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and I was helped instantly. They made sure we were taken care of and they asked us if we wanted anything to drink. When they’re doing your nails they make you feel at home and have amazing conversations with you that will probably last a whole time. They ask you if everything is OK when is done. They also check and make sure everything is perfect and as they go. Sandy is a very recommended nail artist she did an amazing job on my friends nails. It made me want to go back the next day and get mine done as well. The chairs that you sit in are very comfortable and you feel very relaxed. This is why I gave them five out of five stars because they are amazing and I will definitely go back when I need my eyebrows done my nails done or my feet done.

The service is terrible when I went into the nail salon Tony rushed on my nails, had acrylic on my fingers, and the same night my nail fell off I went back to get it fixed and he still charged me for my nail coming off, and said if I brought the nail back he would’ve glued it back on. Love them! Very nice atmosphere, and the owners and staff work very hard to please. Mistakes happen everywhere when it comes to perfection. But they correct any issues that may arise. Obviously, they try to go above and beyond to spoil their clients. Best Nail Salon in Salisbury, NC -HANDS DOWN.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I got a gel manicure a couple of weeks ago and it was so rushed. I left the salon with polish all over my fingers. I ended up going back in a requesting a refund. I had to go to another nail salon to get them redone. When they took off the first layer of gel, it was still wet underneath! They did not let the gel cure because they were rushing so much. I have never experienced such poor quality work and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t normally get my nails done but I’m glad this was the place I chose to get them done. Right when me and my friend walked in we was greeted by two of their workers, and the wait was not long at all. Right when we picked our color we were seated. I highly recommend Mrs.Sandy when she did my nails she asked questions the whole way through to make sure they were perfect. They asked us did we want refreshments we talked about family and they are really friendly there. Someone walked in with maybe under ten minutes before close and they still did what she needed. They even help if you need help with color pick. I highly recommend.

I usually don’t do reviews but this place is Ghetto! They messed me and my sister’s nails up and then caught attitude when we asked them to fix it. They don’t take much pride in their work. The mistake wasn’t the problem, it was how they handled it. I blame myself because I haven’t had pleasant experiences here in the past. Never going back 🙅🏾‍♀️

I would’ve given 0 stars if that was an option. Totally unprofessional to say the least. They do not care about the integrity of your nails. They will file until they bleed and are sore to the touch. Worst manicure I’ve ever received, terrible attitudes, dirty establishment and unprofessional workers/owner. Save your money and go to another salon or do them yourself.

All of my nails are different lengths and I also asked for round tips and she did square. The paint on my nails looks awful and she couldn’t understand anything I was saying. I will never return to the business!

1st pedicure in over 12 years. The lady did a great job!

After an hour of the careless work done by the owners of Paradise Nails, we were then charged double the expected price. We ordered three regular manicures which costs $15 each. They brought us nail polish samples that were only gel colors, which they did not inform us since the gel colors cost $15 more than the regular colors. After expressing our concerns with the total the owner began to argue with us and then told us to take the color off, while he grabbed a nail file to scrape not only the color from our nails but also the first layer of our nails, leaving them rough. Refusing to have our nails filed down, they told us to pay the regular price.

Terrible rush job done on my nails. Two nails have broken off and the other 3 are lifting on one hand. Paint on my toenails is horrible. It’s only been a week since I got my nails done here. Also very unsanitary, she sanitized the pumice stone by rinsing it in my pedi water. Don’t waste your money here.

Friendly staff but very disappointed in the outcome of my pedicure as well as manicure. $2 off special they say when you do the duo but didn’t follow through with that at time of payment. Manicure was horrible and consisted of only a color change. If I just want my nails painted then I would’ve paid $8 versus $15. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either.

Will NOT be back. Been a few times it was good. Toby put sns on my nails when I told him not too and they popped off in 4 days. I called and said I couldnt be there until Monday said they would take care of it. So today I go in and request a refund and they literally laugh in my face and deny the previous service. All they could was a full set for free. So thats what I settled for but we will NOT BE BACK!!! They lied and laughed at me. Thats very unprofessional!!!

Went today with a friend & I will never go back! We called and made an appt after nowhere in Lexington was open and if they were, they had over an hour a half wait time. They started my nails first and moved my friend to 3 chairs before even starting hers 40 mins after our appt time. The guy who did mine, didn’t cut the cuticles to begin with and kept trying to get me to get longer nails then what I wanted. Then he filed so much my pinky started to bleed. The acrylic didn’t even cover the whole nail and when I pointed it out he told me he would fix it and never did. He left the excess acrylic underneath the nails, didn’t paint the whole nail and they’re crooked and uneven. Will never give them my service again.

I will give no stars! After getting gel nails by the short man in the front to the right with the “Toupee” my nail lifted the next day . Came back and got it fixed. 3 days later 4 NAILS lifted and were breaking . When I lifted the nail to just take them off I had a fungus! Got my feet done as well with gel and the different guy who did my feet shaped my toe nails side ways to where it looked like my toes were crooked! Will NOT RECOMMEND this shop !!!

This place is terrible. The first time I went in for a pedi, they sat me in the chair, started the water, and had me to start soaking my feet only to find out later there was no tech to actually begin my services. I sat there for about 30 mins and finally left. The second time I went in, today, the guy who was working on my feet seemed completely unknowledgeable about what he was doing. I got a gel pedi. He had polish everywhere. When I pointed it out to him, he took cuticle cutters to remove it, cutting my cuticles down even further than they already were. He also cut my nails way to short and had one big toe nail squared with the other rounded. He never asked me what shape I wanted them and went I pointed this out, he told me that he cut the round one too short. Regardless of how short you cut it, the shapes still need to be the same. He was ready to polish my toes with one being round and the other being squared which is ridiculous. After repeatedly having to tell him everything that was wrong about my feet, they had the nerve to charge me $45 saying gel was $15 more. I have never paid that much more for a gel pedi before. The whole experience was awful and I will never go again, nor would I advise anyone else to!

Service was nice and I enjoyed the finished product for my pedi. However, when it came to my nails the price was wayyy too much.I wanted SNS dip powder and the worker told me it would be $35. I also wanted a little bit of length but she did not charge me extra for it because the length I wanted was not very long. Once I sat down in her chair to begin my nails, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the shape was stiletto. The woman told me sqaure shape was of no extra charge but i would have to pay a whole $10 EXTRA FOR STILETTO NAILS. Mind you the length that I wanted was very short to begin with and she was not going to charge me for added tips to the nail. Although the workers are nice the prices are not what I would have imagined for what I wanted.

We got took back as soon as we walked in and they done a great job and the price was right too! Great service and we will go back!

The white girl who works there has a bad attitude, talks about customers, takes too long to do nails and is horrible. My nails looked a mess. Someone told me she was terrible and has messed their nails up. When I got there she was the only one available. NEVER AGAIN
