I’ve been coming to Nails #1 since I was 15 years old, I am now 27. Anna is the onlyone I let do my eyebrows and her husband Tony is the only one I let do my pedicures just because I’ve built up rapport with them over the years. I have not ever had an issue with the services performed, I always enjoy my visits! I also brought my 2 year old daughter so she could get her nails and toes done, Anna was very patient with her!

I highly recommend. Been twice and both times I was very happy. Very friendly.

My pedicure was less than acceptable. The polish was lumpy on my toes, my heels looked the same as when I walked in and the staff were not very social. I had this happen a few months ago but chalked it up as a bad day. Twice I am not sure I’ll go back a third time

Only nail salon I use. I have a rough job with heavy lifting and steady use of my hands! Havent broken a nail yet! Highly recommend!

Great location and only had to wait 5 mins without an appointment. The price quoted for tips /dip over the phone was what I was charged. The nail tech did a great job and was very friendly. Highly recommend this salon!

I am an old Army Veteran and never considered a pedicure. But after a knee injury it was a effort to admit I needed help cutting my toenails. Got a pedicure and was nervous the first time: BUT I LOVED IT! - They do a great job! The staff are nice. Usually no wait, or I just come back later. My knee is better but I really love my pedicures and continue my visits. - The reason for 4 stars is a problem of cost / communication. Sometimes they add an extra five dollars with no explanation. I asked once but could not really understand her. I am a very good tipper so It was not that. - I will continue to visit but that is irritating. Parking is good. - I recommend this establishment.

This is the worst place I have ever been and they did horrible job!!. I took my daughter there to get her nails done for the first time. She wanted to keep them a little long and they treated us like we were doing something wrong as they kept saying they were too long and that she was too young. I am the one purchasing them so it shouldnt matter how she wants them. So then they said they were gonna charge me $10 extra just for them being an inch or 2 longer than they wanted them. After that when the woman was getting ready to file them the lady asked if she wanted them square or oval which our answer was oval and she filed them to be square. I didnt feel like arguing with them. We paid and left. Within 3 days 2 nails became loose at the cuticle and a week after our visit 2 nails came off. I called them and they refused to fix them without payment but I told them I wasnt giving them another dime. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. Good nail places in granite quarry

A few months ago at the behest of a lady friend, I got my first ever manicure (nails # 1 was random selection).I really liked the way my nails looked so I went back 3 times.Today, I arrived just before 11 oclock. I was the only person in the waiting area. I waited as several more walk ins were taken before me. After the fourth walk in was taken, I left, having never been so much as acknowledged or spoken to.I will never return to nails #1 and will speak ill of them as often as I can. Their complete lack of courtesy shown me is beyond acceptable.I guess my paltry manicure with clear coat isnt enough to be worth it tothem. It was1230 where I walked out!

I am here now getting my feet done and was looking to get my nails done also. I was then told they couldnt do ANY designs as they didnt know how and the design lady was off until next week ......What kind of business is this? I have never in my life went to a nail shop and been told no one there knows how to do designs even simple ones. If I could give no stars I would. Im a very unhappy customer.

My mother has been going here for years and they have always done her nails perfectly. Yesterday I got my first manicure there and the lady in the first chair did a wonderful job. All the staff are polite and friendly.

I usually don’t leave reviews ever, but I went in for my eyebrows.They rushed me to the back and I say for probably 25 minuets before they even came in there.They’re uneven, and they didn’t even get all the hairs. The girl was pretty aggressive with my head pushing it back and forth which I actually thought was weird.Also they will charge you $1 more if you use card and not cash. So $8 for an eyebrow wax wasn’t worth it.And I get some places don’t take credit tips, but I feel like that’s something that should be posted on the door.So you don’t walk in.I probably wont ever go back.

This place is the worst. I went in to get my feet worked on before a race and I was directed to have a seat in chair 3, ok. Well a seat turned into 45 minutes of my feet in water which obviously turned cold. At the end of the foot work I was sorely regretting my quick decision to get them done and coming to this place. I will never revisit this place.

Very VERY bad customer service.. tried convincing me I needed a new set of nails just to make extra money...I even told them how to do my nails ( as I went to cosmetology school & have had nails for 20 + years) they refused & told me they would not service me...

Had nails done by a female. Great job, however the process was not good as she was clearly rushing even though there was no one waiting. When I tried to mentioned how I wanted them done she had an issue, she also was sick with a cold, and kept complaining about me with the rest of the crew in their native language. Management this is so incredibly unprofessional to have staff complain about your paying customers in (other)native language, where we as customers can clearly tell that is about us front of our faces it’s very disgusting, unprofessional!😒

I got acrylic nails down and within two days one broke. I went back to the nail salon and they wouldnt fix it without paying five dollars for it and then once I said Ill pay the five dollars for it they told me to leave .very rude customer service wouldnt recommend this nail salon to nobody

Hey go too nail (1) in salisbury ask for Anna she is really good it is a safe place to get your nail fill in or new one or fix one or polish one everyone is good and nice in the work place give her a call

If youre looking for fast and cheap, this is your place. I felt very rushed through my visit, and the lady who did my nails was rude, tapping her fingers when wanted me to give her my hand for example. She did a poor job filing my nails, leaving, they were jagged and uneven. Disappointed in my experience here, if youd like to enjoy your visit to a nail salon, I would suggest passing by this establishment.

Best leg and foot massage Ive had

I came into the salon for a full-in. I went in on a Wednesday and on Saturday my 3 of my nails started to lift. I went back into the salon and she looked at my nails and went on this long rant on how I need a new set (which this was a new set and her employee did my first fill- in on this set) basically she said they will fix the nails for $5. I declined the offer cause I Just paid them three days ago. I shouldnt have lifting like this, if it was done properly.To me thats not good customer services. I wasnt impressed. I usually go to charlotte for my nails I wanted a place closer to home. But I know it will not be this nail salon.

The customer service here is horrible! I went to get a full set with gel polish (mood), n the lady doin my nails made my thumb nail bleed when takin my old acrylic off. Then after I addressed this issue because I wanted to knw if it will hurt when putting the tip on. She assured me it wouldnt so I let it go...then when she was putting my tips on she mistakinly put one on tht was leaning a lil to the right so I let her knw..she told me yes she knws it is but when she cut them down it wont b! Tht is ridiculous! N she doesnt even knw how long i want them. I asked her hw do she knw how long i want them n then just told her to take tht one off n put another on. So she asked me hw lng I want them, after tlkin to another wrker n another language, I then told her hw long I want them n she then said something else to the cowrker. Then she told me it would b more! I asked her to just dnt worry about it n can she just take the 3 tips she put on off n I would go somewhere else. She then said something to the cowrker n said I owe her 10 dollars. So I just left wit this... dont go here!!!!

ALL of my nails with GEL started peeling off and or chipping after 2 days. If I didnt go immediately out of town I would have returned for this issue to be resolved but now its too late
