After a year and a half in Salisbury I finally found a stylist that understood my crazy hair. Vickie was great and I was the best cut I’ve had since I moved here. This place is a class act. Worth the money. Go see Vickie!

I went for a gel manicure. Lee Anna was super nice to both myself and to my daughter later that week. She really does car that you are happy with the end product and is very timely. I have heard nothing but great things about this location from my friends when they get their hair done. I love my hairdresser, but if we ever needed a new one, I would start here. I also cant wait to try their massage packages!

I cannot speak of this salon I can only speak of salon I can only speak of the massus.. Which was fantastic.. They were very professional and organized as a whole. The masseuse knew what was doing. She is an asset to thats saloon.

What a delightful place! My face was completely power cleansed and exfoliated. It looks and feels great! I highly recommend Christine G. She is highly educated in her field and really provides a healing touch!

I went for a Swedish massage & I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. Lauren exceeded my expectations. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & this is probably the best masssge Ive had in a while. Ive bragged all day on what a wonderful experience I had. She, along with this organization has gained a repeat customer.

I went to get my legs waxed at the Main Street location by Haellie and WOW! She’s even better than the lady I go see in Charlotte. I am so happy that I found a great professional waxer in town. This will be my go to for all of my future waxes.

Planned a day out with my granddaughter to get manicures and pedicures together and they double booked and we didn’t get to do either together. Very disappointed!

Clarke Phifer is an awesome stylist! First time doing my hair color & it was gorgeous. All the staff was very friendly. It’s a nice cozy atmosphere.

Kendall did a great cut and style on my hair. My hair is short but complex because of the style. She nailed it!

Love this place! I was pretty nervous looking for a hair salon, but I’m so glad I came here! I was able to come in 2 days after I called and made an appointment. Megan was awesome and she knew exactly what my hair needed! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

My favorite spot!! Makala does the best hair!! And she has a beautiful soul. Very kind to me when I was vulnerable. And Sarah works out all the knots in my back, neck and shoulders. Had a cut and highlights done here. The highlights were lovely but the cut was quite bad so I reached out to management. They were so responsive and professional, and got me in quickly to get the cut shaped up properly. It was a good experience with good people.

Was super excited to get my hair done. When it comes to my hair, Im superr picky!!I only knew about this place because the owner is a customer at a restaurant where I work at.When I walked in for my appointment, I felt really relaxed bc of the music that they played.My stylist was Hannah. Shes super friendly and did my hair really WELLLL! Come to find out shes friends with the owner where I work at. (SMALL WORLD!LOL)long story short, I would be back!! I live in Charlotte, and I would drive 30 mins to get my hair done. Seriously recommend this salon and recommend Hannah!!

I love going to get my monthly massage at Greystone in Salisbury, NC!! Christina is such a wonderful massage therapist and she is so sweet and kind!! The ladies at the front desk are always so cheerful, helpful and kind!! I also love the way it smells when I walk in the door!!

I had high hopes for this salon/spa but will not be returning. I booked double Greystone pedicures for my mothers birthday ($120 worth of service). We arrived 5-10 minutes early. Once our appointed time came and went were told the manicurists were a bit behind and it would be a few more minutes. We ended up having to wait almost 30 minutes beyond our scheduled time to begin our service. This didnt seem concerning to anyone but us and very little in the way of an apology was offered. I would have walked out at this point but since this was for a special occasion we stuck it out.We were then rushed through our pedicures. My tech cut the corners out of 2 of my toenails without asking, leaving them looking misshapen. I have never had this done at any other spa. On top of being unappealing to look at, it was actually painful when it grew back in. She then rushed through all other aspects of my service and barely did any of them (nails barely shortened, cuticle care minimal, brief exfoliation). Towards the end of the pedicures I had to actually ask for the hot stone and paraffin treatments that are detailed as part of the service. Allegedly the paraffin dip was no longer part of that $60 service despite the fact that it was advertised on the website and currently still appears there. I suspect they did not want to put their schedules even further behind, so in addition to rushing our pedicures and cutting corners (literally), they omitted this entirely. The hot stone was very cursory and not worth the up-charge from the standard service. There were several streaks and uneven places in the polish and when I asked to have it redone they had the girl at the front desk do it.When I expressed my disappointment at check out, they credited $11 for each pedicure for omitting the paraffin but offered nothing in terms of an apology for the overall experience (nearly 30 min wait, rushed services, hack job on my nails, re-polishing, etc.). I called and tried to speak with a manager but of course, there isnt one. That might explain the poor experience -- no one is actually RUNNING this business. I left a message for the one owner that I was told occasionally visits the building, but never heard from her. After several attempts to reach her and being told she was out of town I gave up entirely. We could have easily been regular customers.Poor customer service, poor nail services, poor management. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

Greystone Salón and Spa is fabulous! The minute you walk in the door, the relaxing aromas fill your senses. Then on to getting pampered. Its always a joyful experience.

Usually I just get my hair done here (by DARA, loooooove her!!!!) but for my birthday my husband purchased a package for me with a massage, facial, pedicure, manicure, blow out and lunch I could order in from Olive Garden or Longhorn. O.M.G. I absolutely LOVED this day!!! I was there about 5 hours and it was perfect!

First time getting my hair highlited and cut. Amanda did an absolutely amazing job!. I am VERY picky when it comes to my hair and I must say she aced it the first time.

Had a wonderful time and a great experience!! I went in for a manicure, pedicure, and haircut. I was super impressed with the staff!! I had my two month old son with me and my husband was supposed to meet me there to pick him up. He got stuck in traffic and was late coming to get him. While getting my pedicure, Leighann was super sweet, she provided me with a pillow to put under my arm to feed my son, helped me with getting his bottle out of his bag, and was super sweet about him being fussy. All the staff members loved him and when he wasn’t fussy he was cooing. On top of that, Aimee did an amazing job on my hair, I am in love with it. Leighann did a wonderful job on my nails and toes. I throughly enjoyed getting to know them and exchanging stories. Will definitely be making this place my home salon!!! So glad I found this place!

I had the best pedi today. Ask for Jessica. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The service was awesome.

I had microblading done from someone at this facility. They were very professional, the place where i had to go to have it done was really clean and my eyebrows looked amazing right after i had them done. Within about 10-14 days as my eyebrows were healing i had bald patches and i was freaking out so i contacted her about it, she advised that was completely normal and she scheduled me a follow up appt to fill in the sparse and bald places. They then looked amazing again!!! After my eyebrows healed completely after the 2nd time i basically had almost no pigment left at all and i followed all the after care instructions just as i should have. So i got online and researched what could have happened of why it didnt take to my skin and read if you have oily skin the pigment will not take and it could be pushed out. On my initial consultation i wish she would have mentioned that it was a possibility that it wouldnt take on oily skin bc that was a total waste of money and i have had to draw on my eyebrows every since. So now i have been in a desperate search of a place that can do actual eyebrow tattooing instead of microblading and ive had no luck finding anywhere. For all of you that have a normal skin type she does an awesome job.

My daughter bought me a gift card for multiple services. The pedicure was nice. I enjoyed it. The girl was great with not hurting my foot that had previously been badly broken. The nails looked good also. I got the haircut done at a different time. Nothing fancy to say about it. Wash, cut, blow dry, and if you want it straightened then you pay extra. But last weekend I finally got to go for my massage from Sarah. It was going well. It was an hour massage. I specifically said my back, hands, and feet. She paid a lot of attention to my back. Some to my feet. Not so much to my legs. More to one side of my body than the other. Then she tells me to roll over. Im thinking at this time shes going to do my arms and hands better. She does not. She does my shoulders and neck. So I got probably a few minutes on each hand and my feet since she took so much time on my back. That means she doesnt know how to use her time wisely or she needs to do the important spots first. When she said ok you take your time getting dressed, Ill be waiting for you outside. I was just like WHAT!! So needless to say I wont be returning there.Also if youre in need of a good haircut or facial when schools in we usually go to the RCCC. They use the high school here on N Main St in Salisbury. Youd have to call RCCC to find out more. I cant recall the days and hours off hand.

A friend & I wanted a spa day & get facials but we were only available 1 particular day & an aesthetician wasnt working that day so they called & got the aesthetician to come in just for us. We had facials, mani/pedis & shampoo & style. Great girls, great atmosphere & great service. This isnt the first time Ive gone for services there & it sure wont be the last.
