Very unprofessional my shape is not even in shape it’s different sizes different links they did not want to fix it and then I had my one year-old son with me that started to cry and the lady told me to take my son outside because he was disturbing everybody when there was only two people in at the time I also proceeded to tell the lady for her to go outside and if they did not want kids and their business that they need to put a sign for no kids very unprofessional and will not be going back there very disappointed in my nail work as well picture under the bottom to show how bad of nail jobs they do

I love my manicure and pedicure however I despise the way these ppl are NEVER on time Ive been here several times and they are always at least 15mins late.Maybe they should change their hrs

Worst place ever seen. Dont go here anyone. Went to just get my nail color changed. Took three different employees to answer me. Third one said she would not do a color change only that I must have a fill in also. I just had a fill in one week ago where I go normally which isnt open on Sunday or Id went there. I said you mean to tell me you will not paint my nails and let me pay you for that. And they all said no. Only if I get a fill in too. So horrible customer service. Horrible language barrier. Horrible business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

I got my acrylics done here, paid 37 dollars and i love it, my only complaint is, my aunt was getting her nails done too, and her nail tech was on her phone videochatting, and not doing her nails

Worst Experience EVER!!! I GOT A FILL-IN FOR MY NAILS DONE 3 DAYS AGO AFTER AFTER LESS THAN 48 HOURS MY NAILS WERE LIFTING THEY TELL ME MY SET ON MY NAILS ARE OLD WHEN IT WAS MY FIRST FILL-IN WITH THIS NEW FULL SET DIDNT EVEN TRY TO ASSIST WITH HELPING​ ME VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WORK AT A CALL CENTER I DONT DO ANYTHING MAJOR FOR MY NAILS TO LIFT THAT SOON BASICALLY THEY WERE TELLING ME ITS MY PROBLEM I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE SO I HAD TO GO ACROSS THE STREET AND GET A FILL-IN ALL OVER AGAIN

They truly tried it! I decided to just stop in to get a gel fill in so that I wouldnt have to drive 30 minutes to my normal nail shop. The sign posted says $20 gel fill in. I picked my colors & the tech told me that my fill would be $50! I asked why, she said it had been over 2 wks since my last fill in & my nails were long. I told her with my gel polish, I see my nail tech once a month...not biweekly which is the norm. I gave her the color wheel back and told her there was no way in hell I was paying her $50 for a basic gel fill in. I assume she just didnt feel like doing nails at that time. Either way, Ill pass!

The wait was a little but well worth it. I love my nails, No complaints. Debbie is the best

Love getting my nails done here. Never had a bad experience with any of tbe staff. Judy (manager) is great. She is tbe one who does my nails the most. Even my Red/White /Blue for the Fourth of July

Ugh. I went there because they were cheap and Im really not that picky about quality. Acrylic nails are $25. She upped the price to 37 and I didnt even get anything extra. $5 more for coffin shape she tells me after shes already filed them that way. Its been less than a week and my nails are already falling apart.

This place is by far the worst nail salon Ive ever been in and I get my nails done regularly. Not only did they do horribly on my nails but when I walked in at the beginning each of the workers acted as if they didnt want to do mine. I got passed off twice before the third worker finally agreed to do them (while having an attitude) she was very rough with my hands and nails. Not to mention I ended up spending almost 100$ at my visit which was less than a week ago and my nails look horrible. Im very unhappy and will never go there for any services nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Consistently late opening the store. Always.try to get here early and end up waiting for the staff to shoe up and open, many times they are 30 minutes or more late.

Got my nails done next day 2 Nails broke went back to get it fixed the technician that fixed it could not do the same shape as the other technician and got mad at me!!! The nails look different! Then she cut me several times and blamed me the most disrespectful treatment Ive ever had in the service industry will never go back!

They were fine. Ill come back again. Still looking for that special place though.

The WORST service. I came in because I broke a nail on Sunday and they were the only ones open. I didn’t get a fill in but I did ask for my shape (coffin shape with a stiletto pinky nail) to be tightened up because it had been a week and they looked a little worn and a color change to go with my repair. She files my nails so narrow that they look like talons no longer nails and takes off the sides of my real nails in the process. Also the nail polish is horrible quality. I got yellow gel (color: DD - 506) and she used white for a base to make th get color “pop more” but because of the white or improper application my nails were streaky and almost looked ombré (bright yellow at the bottom and orange at the top because of a build up of polish). I left unhappy about the color and as the day went on the shape and irregularities in my nails started to show more making me more unhappy. I called corporate but since they are a franchise there wasn’t much they could do. And when I returned to the store the owner allowed the employee that did the horrible job on my nails to not only stand there and defend her shoty work to me but also YELL at me (keep in mind this location is in a Walmart so there was an audience). After yelling back and forth for almost five minutes they offered to soak my nails off at half price ($5) but eventually ended up doing it for free. Awful staff, location, and service provided. Don’t waste your $30 (btw my original set that she was working on was $75 and I just got them done a week ago and when I showed my regular nail tech she refused to put on a new set because the “tech” at Regal filed my nails so narrow on the sides that she couldn’t put new tips on because they would’ve just been glued to skin).

The ladies are friendly and do a beautiful job. Debbie and Cindy are my favorites!

Judy the manager is very rude and disrespectful to customer. If ya enjoy being belittled and a piss poor job and piss poor managment this is the place to go to WASTE your money

BEST PLACE IN SALISBURY.

I came in sign the book and was told 30 min piss poor service..i sat there for a hour and 15 min... for her to tell me to sit in nail chair..i told her i wantes my feet done not nails.i said whats the point of signing the book...she said another 30 min..the wait was not the problem..but not knowing what i wanted after setting over a hour is piss poor service.wont come back

Very disappointed that cost 40 bucks to get nails then 35 to fill in. Too expensive for a fill in.

Judy, the manager, she is so rude. I dont know what kind of circus they are running in there, but they do not know how to do nails. I went in there and literally three days later my nail fell off. Never going there again, and never do business with them again.
