The local terminix team is absolutely wonderful! Professional, friendly and thorough. I love having a spider-free/ant-free home and backyard thanks to their service. Chris is great!

Our inspector, Chris was very professional, informative and pleasant to work with. He did not push any service and left our decision completely to ourselves.Our technician, Mauricio was wonderful as well. He expressed patience and understanding when we had a mixup in our treatment date. He returned a second time and completed the treatment efficiently and informed us in detail of the entire process of treatment and post treatment. Mauricio was very pleasant to work with also and professional.

I highly recommend Terminix to any one with pets and especially if you spend your time enjoying the outdoors in your beautiful backyard as my family and I do. And lets not forget the professional and excellent service I received from the technician, Francisco. What a pleasant young man.

All the technicians who come to the house are always professional.Salinas seems to have been built on an ant hill. We were always fighting them. Now we have no problem. I havent seen an ant in ages.

Used orkin 6 months ago because we found a swarming termite colony trying to establish in our back yard. They supposedly did an inspection and said luckily there’s no sign theres activity on your home but let’s set up bate stations as a preventative for the future. We agreed. Thought all was well. Fast forward 6 months and we hired terminix for spider control because we were being over run. They came out and sprayed and all is well. A couple weeks later they wanted to schedule an inspection. I almost didn’t schedule it but I’m so glad that I did. The terminix inspector, Jet, walking around my property with a screw driver found more than the orkin dude did in 2 hours. Not only did terminix find that there was in fact termite activity near and under our house and a well established colony by our garage but also that orkin didn’t even install the bate station properly and all around the perimeter of our house like they were suppose to. 10/10 would recommend these guys

Technician missed the first appointment however he rescheduled and showed up on time. He emailed me a quote for gutter guards as promised. I had no issues with the service

Very easy to work with and they accommodate families that work. The perimeter they spray is so effective that we can leave our doors and windows open without the worry of spiders. When we do see bugs, they are dead. The best part is if we start seeing more bugs than usual between sprays, Terminix will come out free of charge and solve the problem. Highly recommend and theyre staff has always been amazing.

The young man came out to our house and listened to our issues. He then let us know the best remedy. Good communication and demeanor. We have no more ANTS

I was pleased with being able to schedule an inspection and exclusion treatment fairly quickly and conveniently. So far, it seems the information I received has been accurate, although the exclusion work was done mostly with wire screening, not with original materials (e.g., drywall) as I was lead to believe. At least the work is guaranteed. The person who did the exclusion work was very patient with all the openings and cleaned up each area he treated after fixing it. Its been only a day since the exclusion, but so far we havent seen any rodents. The garage door still needs to have the weather strip replaced--were waiting for a special steel-wool-reinforced weather strip to arrive. There is also a side door into the garage that needs a strip added to the bottom--it was missed in the exclusion work.

My terminix guy took my concerns seriously and ensured to protect me from the spiders who were creeping into my home. Thanks a lot!!

Our service technician Jimmy is always prompt, professional, makes sure we are always satisfied with the service. He is very responsive and seems happy to comply with our requests.

My wife and I were not impressed by the way that this company fulfills their company promises. We tried them and they came out 3 times in 5 days and we still had spiders and earwigs all over. They said they could come back but why? You couldnt do the job right the first 3 times? So we cancelled and they wouldnt give us our money back. Even for their money back guarantee.....

Wonderful service

George does a great job and is courteous and kind. He is my exposure to Terminix. I dont like big companies because of the impersonal touch they bring, but George makes this seem like we are dealing with a small company and he does a great job and represents himself and Terminix very well.

This is the worst company very unprofessional and in helpful they are never on time they don’t respond the tech I had was rude and I asked for home not to come back. He just showed up at my door one day didn’t have anything scheduled I saw him on my camera. I have been waiting for a manger to call me for more than two weeks now no has called me back or responded to my complaint in regards to the techs. I asked for a different tech and they keep sending the same one. The Salinas office in particular is the worst. They don’t spray well at all. Also you can’t get through on the phone. It takes a an 1 hour or more the line also hangs up too after the recording is finished as well. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone.

I am an electrical contractor in Salinas, California and Terminix hired me to repair their warehouse lighting in January. I completed the repair and have yet to be paid by Terminix after 45 days. Terminix is a deadbeat company that does not pay their subcontractors on time. Do not trust Terminix- they just don’t care.

Trust me, that goes a long way for me--I do not like having grumpy people around me so I appreciate that he makes his job an enjoyable experience. Also hes very punctual and thorough on the job. And, if I need to change an appointment hes always willing to be flexible and make it easy for me. Hes a model emplyee and youre fortunate to have him.

Over many years, I have found our local office in the Santa Cruz area great to deal with for termites, ants and rats. This was a particularly bad year for ant infestations and they had to come twice to fix the problem. No charge for the second visit. They have good follow up and honor call backs if needed. Usually large businesses like this lack the local touch, but the personnel are well trained, courteous and good in communications, so they have our business and we dont have termites, ants or rats.

As this is your policy for Mosquito Guard, I would like it extended to the service I have paid for to treat a wasp problem. After visits by four different technicians and conversations with two different service managers, my wasp problem has not been resolved and I have been abandoned without any suggestion as how best to proceed. I have paid more than $200 for this service and am completely dissatisfied. Please refund my charge and cancel my service. I have been given no option but to engage another pest control firm.

We get to know the person who does our service. Were able to call him or her directly if we have any questions or if something turns up that we need his advice about. He does the job efficiently and thoroughly. Hes on time for the appointment and calls in advance, and we definitely appreciate that.

My exterminator, Porfirio Gonzalez was awesome. He walked me through what he needed to do after making a thorough inspection of my home. He was extremely professional and friendly.

Bad customer service and they dont return the phone calls. Didnt spray my house good and have alot of ants inside the house.

Scheduled a consultation to come see if we were having pest issues. They said they would be here between 5-7 and they would call before arriving. They never called and never showed up. I called the customer service line and they put me on hold to see where the technician was. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me where the technician was. I ended up hanging up and calling back. The 2nd person said “you only scheduled a consultation at your house, not for the exterminator to do anything”. I said, “so they just aren’t going to show up?” And she said-I dong see any notes about why your technician didn’t show. The best I can do is reschedule. I rescheduled my chiropractic appointment to be home. Thanks for the horrible customer service.

Cancelled service since ant were crawling across my daughters bed right after second service. I called and said I want a full refund because I am not satisfied! Still waiting 2 1/2 months later and can’t get through to anyone in my service area to speak to a live person. Worst customer service ever and operators don’t even let you speak to a live person in your area. Don’t use unless you want to be ignored and frustrated!

I will never ever use this company again. Bid the job 1,400 to a job that they said would take 4 days to do . The guy came Saturday afternoon at 1 finished by 3 and charge me not 1,400 but 1,456 .there is no way this guy crawled under my house clean everything that needed to b clean in 2 hours .

My Realtor scheduled an appt and Terminix was supposed to show up between 2-4 and was asked to contact us 30 min before so we can meet them. NEVER received a call or text and what is worst they NEVER showed up!!!!!! Called Dispatch and they wouldn’t even help at all very Lousy Service for such a big company... Missed half day of pay for NOTHING. What a disappointment and Manager Oswald never returned a call when asked to...... If i could i would give a thumbs down instead of a star.

Today I was on hold for 66 minutes as I need someone to come for ants problem but I got to talk to no one and got a msg. saying no one is there to take my call

Ive had nothing but problems with Terminex for several years .My family and myself have been customers for many many yearsWas told the termites were flying antsfor over 2 years when they didnt want to hold up their warranty that we been paying for for many years.So I had no option but to re tent it and pay for it again !was told by Marco that when I re tentedhe would also add the bait stations but never didHe would never return my calls or TextHis manager says well Marco has never done that before ...But that was the agreement that we made.Also I was told that the tenting would be warranted for two years and they called me after onewanting more money so its not warranted for two yearsBasically I would never do business with Terminex againI would never recommend this company!And if there was an option to give no stars thats the way it would be !

Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone cared more about securing my payment then trying to understand the issue.I called on a Saturday looking for someone to come to my house because I came across a ton of ants inside my dish washer. I told the lady that Ive had minor problems for a few months where Ive been able to kill off ants myself, but today was completely different.She told me that the earliest she could send someone was Monday, and I told her to pencil me in but I would call around to see if someone else could come today.She said sir I think it would be best to secure a payment for Monday rather than trying to go with another company who wont provide the same guaranteed service.I asked her how she would feel if she was me and had to deal with a huge ant issue for two full days before someone could asses whats going on.She replied Well I probably would have called a professional a long time ago before letting it get to where it is now, then you wouldnt have to wait until mondayReally?
