I used to be with Terminx and had a horrible experience with them (took them to the BBB and everything); since we have been with Clark Pest Control it has been awesome. Pests have been eliminated and/or downsized considerably with our bi-monthly treatments. Our technician is always on time, pleasant and professional.

I told them I needed to know because the dogs could be in the backyard, I never got the same person so I would have to explain reach time what was needed & where rodent boxes where! They are on time limit to do each house on their list so they need to do it quick so management doesn’t get on them(the tech’s). Most not least they never payed attention to our address, always went to wrong house but got the bill & then would have to call & speak to management!Every single time

We have been Clark Pest Control customers for over 15 years now and have quite a history with them. (We did have another pest control service prior, but switched.) Clark Pest competently services our yard for snails, ants, spiders, weed control, and rodent control. Indoors, they have taken care of infestations of ants, mice, and Indian Meal Moths.The Indian Meal Moth infestation was a particularly challenging situation and each technician worked with us to provide helpful information and suggested preventative measures we could do. In fact, the area manager came out to personally help us out at one point. Thankfully, those pesky little moths are gone now.We find each service tech to be well trained, respectful, and timely. Our current man, Jason, is knowledgeable and is a hard worker to meet our needs. We are serviced every other month. From the start, we requested a call the day before so we could unlock our side gate for backyard service and every technician has done so without fail.We also have Clarks Termite Control yearly inspection protection and have been treated once. They have our confidence that their personnel know what they are doing and we couldnt be more pleased. Our Clarks chief termite inspector comes out each year and does his tap, tap, tap routine and provides us with a timely detailed report of his findings and recommendations. We highly recommend Clark for your pest control needs for both indoor and yard. As retirees, we find their prices affordable and fair. Gary and Margie U.

They didn’t do anything. They said they would shore up areas where rodents could get in the house but they didn’t. The traps they put out did not catch anything and it was nothing but excuses for why they didn’t. I know for a fact that they (field mice) still got in because of droppings and the ONLY ONE to get caught was in a glue trap which was right by their trap.So now I had to go out and buy poison and I am disgusted by all of this.I tried to talk to someone this morning in the service department and all he did was yell at me and tell me that fixing anything was an extra cost and that if the customer refused and bla, bla, bla. Well, I asked them to fix things and they were the ones who refused to do it. They didn’t say anything about an extra charge, they simply said they didn’t do that.Trust me, I would gladly have paid extra to get the job done right.Now I’m out $350.00 and have to start over from square one.The excuses they gave were: the first week we usually don’t catch anything, or they left the house, we’ll change the bait, and in the garage it was because there’s an opening and they’ll just go back outside.

I started Clark because we had an ant nest in the walls of our house. Since they started treating our house (I live in the country), weve only had ants inside one time. I called them, and they came out the same day and did an additional treatment. That took care of the problem. In addition, I have way fewer spiders indoors, and the millipedes that came out of the woodwork with last years rain didnt affect me. I found them around the perimeter of the house dead, but not inside. They are totally worth the price I pay!

Clarks is great! We called them for a black widow problem and not only did they do an amazing job, but I called them back to do a second round because I cant sleep knowing theres a POSSIBILITY that there are spiders around... they came by, same day I called, to spray our house down again.... FOR FREE! I cannot say enough good things! The receptionist is fantastic and both Alberto and Daniel were great!

Dependable, professional, patient, compassionate, kind, quick, knowledgeable. When I contact an agent due to a rodent or other pest issue, I receive an immediate reply and things are taken care of almost immediately. This is an excellent company. And I have spread the word !

For years we used Clark, and for years we were sick of simple rules not being followed. We had a note on our account to please call before coming, and nine times out of ten, that simple note was not followed. Their turnover of employees is SHAMEFUL!!! There has to be a reason why employees are coming and going so often with this company.

Frustrating experience not getting calls returned 5x or more, having to babysit every step of the process. They did a terrible job patching an entry point at the front of the house (left bright metal flashing sticking out 4 inches off where the walls end which isn’t just ugly, it’s a sharp edge hazard). Have been trying to get someone out to fix but no return calls as usual. It’s like a part time job trying to get someone on the phone. In the future I Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Promised pests gone in 2 months and it took 4 (would guess the weather had more to do with it than Clark). They promised to leave a statement each time they came to our house (once every other month), but it took 6 months and a phone call before we got one, so who knows if they did their job or not. The one good thing I will say is that they were quick to come out whenever we called them due to ants in our house. Unfortunately its really hard to say if their treatment did anything at all.

These guys wanted $500 for a typical $75-$125 termite inspection. Clearly price gouging.

We love Clark Pest Control. The technician knows that I have dogs so he always calls the day before to make sure I can lock them up for a few hours. If I can not, he is always happy to reschedule when it is convenient for me. Since using their service we have seen a 98% decrease in spiders and webs outside. Their pricing is fair and reasonable for the services we have. Thank you Clark!!! We Needed You!!!

Timely service and professional personnel

When we arrived home after the tent had been taken down. we were going to BBQ the sausages that I had purchased two days prior but the sausages were gone from the freezer along with beer from the fridge. Those are just a couple items with little value but where do they draw the line? We havent discovered anything else missing yet, and hope I dont.When I sent an Email to their website that evening the owner called my daughter and made up a bunch of B.S. excuses. Ive been living in this house in North Salinas for 8 years and had not lost one thing to a thief, until Clark pest control showed up.Conclusion. I If you choose to hire Clark pest control, keep a couple things in mind.1. The contract you sign releases them from any liability to loss or damage from themselves or the third party company that actually tents your house and probably fumigates it.2. My advice would be to stay and watch them actually tent the house and escort them through the house if any entry is required. Or you might be their next victim.Im forced to leave one star which is unfair. This site should have the option of leaving zero stars or negative stars.

We had some hornets that out-of-nowhere showed up in our bathroom and 1 stung my wife. Although we had never used Clark Pest Control (their Salinas, CA office is the one servicing our area) they sent out Robert. He arrived on time and called in advance as I had requested. He was very professional, he found the hornets nest in our attic and explained how a few of them had found their way through a vent into our bathroom, told us what he recommended, gave us an estimate for a one-time treatment, did the work and the problem is gone! You can be sure Ill be contacting Clark Pest Control in Salinas the next time we need their service!!
