Terrible service I do not recommend for you to go there, all the ladies were soo rude! I had gone in to ask to remove some of my diamonds I did not want anymore and maybe if there could change the color. The lady who greeted me asked me to have a seat with one of the lady’s wearing a 49ers mask . I sat there and she refused to help me she had said she didn’t know how to do that so I then told her that was fine to just remove the diamonds but instead she started laughing with one of her coworkers. Some other customer had walked in and left me there sitting and talking on my own and basically asked me to leave because nobody could help me then some other worker there doing a pedicure she helped me take off the diamonds and I asked if she could put clear polish on top and just ignores me and walked away and they were talking back and I just walked out because they were soo rude, bad service! The fact that I was there first and decided to take someone else arriving after me there not fair there!! Not recommend please don’t go!look how they left my 4th nail looking

I went for a reference to see different nail places in Salinas, wasn’t planning on getting my nails done that day I just wanted to see some of their works and I was told to sit and they start prepping my nails for acrylics I felt pressured to stay wasn’t really comfortable. I asked for the style on the right side, the lady who helped me didn’t want to so she styled them how she wanted without my approval.

I was very impressed how quickly my nails were done... I needed a fill and two nails.. the lady was very nice to me I went in about 45nins left till closing and she was done exactly at 7 pm! First time there and I definitely would come back for more services

My tech was very pleasant. It was clear they took precautions to keep themselves and patrons safe. Im grateful these small businesses are hanging on. Will come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to get a pedicure and the service was horrible. I asked for warm water they gave me cold water. After asking 3 times for hotter water they kept saying later and to just let my feet soak in the cold water. After 10 minutes I asked again and they ignored. So then i asked for a towel to dry my feet so I can leave and they ignored me again. After putting my socks onto my wet feet the lady comes over to turn the machine off still not acknowledging that i asked for a towel or hotter water. It’s like they didn’t care that they lost business. I will never come to this place again.

The nail technician did a okay job. It wasn’t to bad but I like a lot of jewels and designs on my nails.

Worst place ever. Was desperate enough to go for a pedi there because of the convenience of it being at the mall. Hasn’t even been a week yet and my pedicure is super chipped already. I don’t even think they sanitize their stuff. And the customer service is horrible.

Customer service and respect are Essential for business and I don’t think this place knows about those two things.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. Employers will give you an attitude and rush through their service. Never go here, I beg of you.

The place to get your nails done. Visit Ana, she is excellent.Update: Went back for a fill, not real happy with the results. All the old nail polish wasnt removed completely, this wasnt Ana this time.

I’m putting one star because i have to but this nail job has no stars. Please don’t go there my nails are uneven. The shape I wanted was coffin some of them are square and some round. This is the worst nail place I’ve been. Not even the colors are the ones I choose and they don’t do your nails the way you show them the picture. This is the first and last time I get my nails done there trust me I’m not going to come back there!!

My nails are un even and not the shaped I asked for. Had a long wait and my polish is not even dried completely. Would not recommend.

Nail stylist was impatient and rushed. Openly expressed annoyance at the length of time it took my niece and her aunt to select color. Nails were not even or fully filled to the bed. I cant recommend based on the service received.

Please don’t go here, if you want to end up like me...I got burn marks when I went to get my eyebrows waxed.I would give this a zero, but sadly that option is not a available.The person who does waxing, has a bad attitude which reflects on her job.Now I have to cover them up because of her.Not going there again!DON’T RECOMMEND!

Horrible service! I usually go else where but they were closed and I needed to get a nail I broke fixed ASAP! This place was the only one open but the man who helped me either doesn’t know what he’s doing or he was in a hurry. I told him several times to fix certain areas that were no shaped. And he wouldn’t do it. He actually showed he was mad that I was telling him how to do his job. I wasn’t rude either I was just showing how i had tons of the acrylic all over my finger but he didn’t seem to care. He cut me sooo many times it’s ridiculous! Over all I will never go in again! Idk how the other ladies work. But the man who was there is a joke! Should not be doing nails.

UNSANITARY & UNACCEPTABLE. Upon arrival we were seated promptly however the gentleman “NOT” who did my gel pedicure lacked pedi knowledge.Problem1. Forgot to file and remove the dry skin around the edges of my nail bed. I informed him and he became rough with my feet. He also cut a large piece of my nail from the corner of my big toe. It hurt and lightly started to bleed. I have woken up three times through out the night from associated pain.2. Sanitation was another issue at Northridge Nails. The nail tools used were not sanitary. Normally my go to nail salon opens a new bag of pedi tools when starting on my pedi however this guy had a plastic container full of metal pedi tools all together placed on the floor. When he finished my so called pedi he headed over to help the next lady with the same nail tools he used on me.Overall, my experience was horrible. I paid $35 for a horrible pedi service. And to top it off I’m in pain from getting cut.There are a lot of nail salons in Salinas. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

Terrible place, they are so dirty. I went last week and i still cant get over the fact this guy was doing a pedi and using the same drill he used he came over to do my full set. He didnt even wash his hands. Nails look decent but eww man. Also they are rude

Northridge used to be OK. Nails lasted 2 and half weeks. 4 days ago, I had a fill. Since then 3 perfect nails lifted! Popped off, I reglued, they offered to fix, but should I have to pay them for their BARE minimum no. They should fix it for free. But they didnt. Be careful, they will use less and less primer as you go. Your first set will last almost 3 weeks.. Just to get you back in, then the remaining sets will have you running back for repairs, SCAM!

Very rude changed prices on my family 3 times. Unsanitary pedicures dont sterilize equipment. Cut my cuticle while doing my manicure as well. WORST nail salon Ive ever been too. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The lady who does waxing does not know what she is doing, I used to love this place until they changed ownershipShe does a good job as far as shaping my brows but everytime I would get up that damn chair I would feel them burning and then later on the skin would darken showing that she pulled the skin off. And I used to go back bc I told myself maybe she wont this time. But she always did. I learned my lesson the hard way and dont recommend this place to anyone.

Really bad job it seems like they do their job in a hurry. I went for a pedicure and the man cut my nails from the side way too much that my nails looked so small. My nails came out looking ugly. The Gel doesnt look like gel, it looks like When the acrylic gets hard. The man was using used foot scrubbers.

I went to get my toes and nails done before my graduation and they had just gotten new massage pedicure chairs that day, they are rough but thats the way i like it so i was very happy, they did rip my friends nail off when they removed her fake nails but they repaired it with acrylic gel and she was happy in the end. the man that did her nails was horriable,(he was the one that riped her nail) but the lady that finioshed it and fdid mine was wonderful, the younger guy that did my toes and manicure was great too. so basicly stay away from the guy that does nails and youll be happy
