Security officers need to check your vehicles now? Surely theres a reason the officer walks around peering in the vehicles of the parking lot as my family looked back at him. I wonder what protocol that is. I thought they just observe and report. But apparently they need handcuffs too. I dont know the regulations since its been a long time since i was a guard while in school. But im sure peering in tinted windows of a family van isnt protocol.

Got fingerprints and everything there went smoothly. Only thing I noticed was there wasnt a sign on the door to tell you where it is. Call ahead for an appointment because it took two weeks before I could get in.

Quick and easy process. Finger print officer was fast and accurate with the process.

Came in today 06/08 at exactly 2:55 (5 minutes until closing). Fingerprinting prices were fair. The staff was attentive. About a 15 minute wait due to some out of the ordinary situation. Yet, once the process began it took merely 2 minutes which is incredible! As long as you give good vibes youll get them right back. :)

This place is awful. Tiny dirty waiting room, limited seating, hot waiting room, not enough parking...and the wait is out of control (over 45 minutes) and the staff are difficult. The owner actually told a person waiting to park in a handicap spot. The person refused and the owner lectured them...unbelievable.

Staff is helpful and professional. Fingerprint Technician, Vanessa, does a fantastic job and gets the job done right the first time!

Staff is VERY rude over the phone. I had to yell ok Wait so the staff member wouldnt hang up before I could ask my additional question. This place really needs to work on their customer service!!

The employees are very professional and helpful. The fingerprinting took only a few minutes and the lady that fingerprinted me was very informed and answered all my questions.

Have had fingerprints taken twice at this location, most of staff is friendly and quick but young lady doing fingerprints is very ill mannered and rude to customers. When asking her for help my first time going she was very agitated and snappy. Seems to hate her job, sighs often. Just very innaproptoate.

Pretty fast. But staff was short and rude. Website is awful because it doesn’t clearly explain what you need to bring. I checked the FAQs to be sure and still had to go home and print something else out. When I returned the staff told me I also needed another thing that she hadn’t mentioned the first time.

This company is garbage. They treat their guards like crap, pay them poorly, and over staff so much that they can hardly afford to give any of them hours. This creates conditions where the guards dont really care about their jobs and they do them poorly. If youre looking for good security, keep looking!

Poor service. I called prior to my visit for fingerprints and they never mentioned to me about signing up and paying online. When I came in they never bothered to help and neither were they busy. People are constantly walking in and out on their phones and I never got asked for assistance. I finally received some help after 20 minutes. They gave me fingerprint cards and walked out (never saw them again) when someone came another 20 minutes later to do my fingerprints they rushed me through

Rude employees, from the second I walked in I was looked at from head to toes followed by a sour face. The lady doing my prints didn’t seem very happy with her job. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Went to get my fingerprinting for a State License.Poor customer service, most unfriendly place i ever been .Fingerprint card was returned as the State said the job was poorly done.So had to get it done at an another centre.
