They close at 6:30 PM on Mondays now. I didnt realize Ryder was running a bank. So you are going to save me time and money. So to get a simple flat on a trailer fixed I waited 45 min on the phone with RCRC which is a joke.....you cost me more than 3 hours of waisted time when your yard is 5 miles away....

Easy pick n drop, only down fall. Trucks are restricted to 64,

1/3 office staff wearing masks, no service technician I saw had a mask on. Texans think this pandemic is some sort of joke, sad.

Rent regularly from other Ryder locations and here twice. Last time I had to chase someone down in the very back of the truck lot in order to get our truck, put us 2 hours behind on our schedule. Nobody ever answers the phone here and they are definitely understaffed all the time. just gave up today for my 3rd and last time trying to make a reservation. Go to the Ryder location in Grapevine and they will take good care of you.

Reservation was made and confirmed a month ago. Was called by a branch representative and told that I would not have a vehicle available for my rental date and they would check a Grand Prairie location. Received a return phone call from the Ryder representative at the Farmers Branch location and stated that I would have to call the Grand Prairie location that morning to see if they would have a vehicle available. I asked the representative why was it my responsibility to search outside somewhere else when I had confirmed the appointment over a month ago. I was told that just because I have a reservation confirm does not mean that they would have the vehicle for that date and that it will be my responsibility to search other locations in order to get a reservation or check availability. Very disappointed will never be a customer at any Ryder location

Place is a joke, its been 2 months and have yet to receive $1400 refund for over charging me. They are out dated and super slow. They talk a great game but screw you with surprise charges and literally drain your account and then threaten to have the truck reported stollen. Will never do business with these guys again. Have an attorney getting involved because they are completely out of line on everything they say/do.DO NOT RENT HERE.
