I called before showing up they said it was no wait I show up they soak my current nails for almost an hour I waited 30 more min just to get my new full set startedNot very good customer service the only good thing it was clean other than that will never returnI spend a total of 3 hours there just for a full set and was charged 85$ The second picture was what I wanted the third is what I got beyond disappointed

My mother and I got the best manicure and pedicure weve ever gotten at a salon in Salinas here. The manicurists are great and finish with everything looking clean cut. They also take your time with you as a client and dont rush you out at any point, even if they start to get busy which we really appreciated.

Came in to get a pedicure because of my ingrown toe nails had been bothering me. I walked out with a BIG smile on my face as the person who did my pedicure was able to make my toes feel better. If anyone is in the need of this service ask for Kim she is awesome 👌🏼

Had an appointment at 1 pm today and was sitting on the chair for 30 minutes, my feet getting pruned and the pedicurist was nowhere to be found… i walked out of the place with my nails not done🤬

Pedicures are amazing and workers are very compliant and willing to please. Can be hard to communicate due to language barrier.

I’ve had a mani and a pedi with 2 different people. Both were fabulous - gentle, patient, professional, & attentive to detail! A very clean facility with friendly & skilled workers. Beautifully done nail art by hand (not stickers!) as well! I also love that you can make an appointment if you want someone in particular or just walk-in.

What else can I say? This place has the best of everything, whether that be quality lashes, services, technicians or atmosphere. You and your time matters to them and they make you feel unique above and beyond. You will be 100% satisfied. I have been going to BB for 7 months and I keep going back. This place makes me feels like family with the best of workmanship.

Trish is terrific. I am more concerned with nail health than nail art, but she is both an experienced technician and talented artist. Love this shop. Clean and friendly.

My dip manicure didnt last 3 days. The top was peeling off most of ten fingers the next day. They wouldnt give a refund they would only offer to redo if i would just come by. They werent on time when I had my appointment. Im only putting one star so this will post

I LOVE THIS SALON. Finally, someone get my nail right. I was so frustrate with nail technician messing up my nails. I write this review as Im literally looking at my beautiful nails. I have never been more impressed with a manicure service. She did my GEL manicure and it was fabulous. Im not going anywhere else anytime soon.They told me that the wait was about 20 minutes but they placed me in within 10 minutes. Not a bad wait at all.After I decided to write a review for them for this amazing job. I also read the bad reviews on here. If its bad before, its better now. I went to Charlie and he did a fabulous job on my nails. This spot was clean and cute! I will recommend to anyone and will definitely go back! I did the almond shaped nails with gel Diamond Nails.

Very reasonable prices and I recommend Trish. She always does a good job.

Over priced cant do the minimal of fixing one broken nail and a fill, dare I say I asked for pink and white ombre nails and I got nails that are half pink and half white. I bit my tongue when I was paying I was highly disappointed!!! Now I have to go some where else and get them fixed tomorrow.

I love Lynn...She does a great job and is super friendly. Always smiles. I feel relaxed when I leave there too after her hand and arm massage.

Ive been going to Diamind bails since they first opened. I live it there. I see Trisha, she is great, all the girls are. Plus its next to Luckys grocery, Starbucks, places to eat and Ritas Italian ice and custard treats.
