Best place to do your nails & eyebrows they do a wonderful job. The nail technician was kind and patient they listened to all my requests and they were super gentle I asked them for a nail design and this was the result Im so in love 😍 with my nails this is definitely the go to place if you want a good job done while still being inexpensive!!!

Doesnt have the right equipment.Trimming my nails with scissors? Really? Gave me attitude when I was being nice and didn’t have patience at all. She gave us a higher price than she told me in the beginning. She got bothered when I nicely told her to fix something. We ended up leaving but she kept begging to sit and do some other pair of nails we respectfully didn’t want. We paid 100 for unfinished acrylic nails. Doesn’t wash hands and doesn’t clean equipment. When we left she started offending us. Not professional at all.

So dirty! The worker had just done a pedicure with no glove and didnt wash his hands to do my manicure until I asked him too. Then he shook a towel that had clipped used nails on it from another customer and was going to use it on me! They dont meet basic cleanliness standards let alone Covid 19 standards.

I had come here once to do my eyebrows that was fine and they were friendly, which is why I went there to get a pedi. My first issue is that i asked how long it be, since all the pedi chairs were full and there was a couple other ppl waiting. The lady would not tell me how long she just told me to pick a color and sit down. I asked again about how long and she said something like, hes almost done or something. I waited for prob 30+ min and then got told to go the pedi chair as soon as the person that was there got up. I asked if it was ready TWO times because due to the current situation I thought they would at least wipe it down or something. They did not disenfect surfaces like i thought they would. So I sit down and they turn on the water and i waited another 30 min on the chair. One of the workers did remind me that i could use the massage feature while i waited, that was nice of him. When it was FINALLY my turn I told the lady which service i wanted and told her I also would like a simple white flower design on my big toes. She asked if i was doing gel, i explained that i wanted regular polish. The guy from before jumps in and says that it has to be gel, i told him I did not want gel. Then he says that if i do regular it will take like an hour to dry. I told them again that i wanted regular, i never gel on my toes cuz regular lasts me a long time. Anyway the lady comes back with stickers, I told her usually it gets drawn with white polish. She looked confused and continued with the pedi. When she was done she goes and brings more stickers, this time smaller. This time i show her a picture of what i meant. I once again tell her that they usually hand draw it, something simple nothing crazy. They guys then jumps in again and tells me that she doesnt draw or something like that. So i told them to forget about the design and just do the polish. I still tipped her 20%, i know its a busy week for them cuz of graduations. I was really looking forward to this salon and to my pedi but I will not be going back.

I really like this place. It is clean, nice and beautiful. The person who did my pedicure, did a very great job. He took his time, he massage my legs and I enjoyed it very much. When he was done with the pedicure, he used the warm towel to wipe it. It felt very great!!. This was my first time I went to this place and I will go to this place again and again..... I will recommend this place to everyone. Ladies this is the place to go to do our nails.

My nails did not last a week on the 3 rd day three of my nails poped off.I went back and they glued to and replCed one . 2vdays later one popped off again .

Loved it, my Dad was a first timer at N.N.S.. My Dad had called me & explained to me that his toes nails were hurting his feet. I had called in & spoke with Kevin & he said bring my dad in & get his toe nails trimmed. When I spoke to my Dad afterwards he said that the man that work on his feet had done a wonderful job & he will definitely return.👏👏👏

First of all the lady had the worst attitude. it was my first time going and I am for sure not going back! my nails look nothing like the picture I showed and she literally cut almost all of my finger cuticles! I am not recommending to anybody and I am absolutely not going back any time soon. I should’ve just waited for my usual nail tech to be available😭😭

I had made an appointment with my friend for 1:30 we got there 5 minutes before and we sat waiting until around 2:15. I would not recommend if you are in a rush. Other than that it was a great atmosphere with very nice people. Our nails turned out beautiful.

Clean and quaint establishment. The front parking lot is small and is shared with other businesses, however the employees at Nice are friendly. Great nail color selections. I only visit for a pedicure. My go to gal, Jackie, is no longer working there 😔. My recent pedi was done by a guy and he did a great job! He’s funny and talkative. I recommend this place.

I come in here for pedicures and the staff is very friendly. Although there usually is a wait time, they do an excellent job. I read some reviews about a rushed process but on the contrary they actually take their time. The inside is very neat and enjoyable.

Lady seemed upset because I wanted a full set and once I got my nails done it looked nothing like I asked her to do them like, nails are super thick and poorly done.

Horrible customer service. Young lady had a really bad attitude. She was really rough and filed into skin several times cut into skin I bled on4 fingers. She didn’t appear to be concerned when I brought to her attention that she was being rough. She actually became angry! I will never return!

My mom and I went and it was an awesome experience. The place was clean, neat, and the people there are really nice. My nails came out just the way I wanted them. Definately going there next time!

I just moved down here and have been looking for a new nail salon for months. This place is amazing. Super clean, very inexpensive, and everyone here is so nice! So glad I found this place.

Not a good experience, When I tried complaining she told me that she has been doing it for years. The nails are not worth $35, She didnt Sanitize her equipment and my nails are burning due to the UV light

Tech does a great job and fast price was competitive to other salons dont know her name just that she has blonde hair

The technician Long he was great he was very informative in the process very polite and professional kind, and care for customer satisfaction and quality. I came in for a fill and ended up leaving halfway through. First it was freezing cold. Although I had a sweater on I was very cold and my hands were slightly shaking. Then the older lady doing my nails never asked what shape or if I wanted my nails shorter, she just started working and didnt bother to consult with me. She then added the acrylic too close to the cuticle which lead to her needing to drill extremely close to my skin. Needless to say, she cut my left pointer finger. No apology. No alcohol. Nothing. Just continued to drill, scrub, and polish my nail as if nothing happened. When I asked if she was going to sanitize the cut or anything she just said it was fine.I got upset and left. Never going there again.

I would give a zero but it doesn’t let me my nails hurt after a month and a week and they use sizers to make the shape very unprofessional and yet i told her light on glue and plus they are very unsanatary i called and i asked for the managers phone number and they tried acting all stupid with me “idk honey the phone number i am very busy” and they had already closed i am asking for a refound 2 of my real nails fell off

I came to this establishment to get my acrylics removed because it’s very close to my work. BAD idea. The woman was extremely rough and rude. To top it off she told me that why didn’t I go back to where I got them done for them to remove them. Never again!

My nails were less, even though my friend and I were the only ones in the room, the girl worked very fast and my nails were a little uneven from the acrylic. It was nothing serious but I drew the blood from a little finger 😕Ill think about it a lot, I dont know if I want to go back.
