HORRIBLE..... Ive been going to world nails for about 13 years but now that its under new ownership and called family nails this place is horrible I went there yesterday to get a full set and showed the lady exactly what I wanted and I got charged $5 just to shape (Ive never had to pay to shape it especially with a new set) and by the time she was done it wasnt even close to what I wanted the color that I chose looked way more different then the one she put on and I told her since it wasnt the right color I didnt want the matte after all and she still put it on anyways and they just look dull with a little shine (nothing like what a real matte is supposed to look like) my nails look so horrible I wanted to cry theres dents and even a crooked one and I still had to end up paying $40 for something I didnt want or even liked I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN the picture with the tan nails is the picture I showed her off what I wanted except for the color
