I loved the customer service I received. Gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and made things fast and easy . I would recommend. Everyone who is shipping or receiving a package UPS is the way to go.Ive always received my packages on time and never damaged. I find it hard to believe that anyone had a bad experience.

Someone got a new Louis Vuitton but it wasn’t me. This company takes no accountability whatsoever. And the manager Nick will just tell you it’s missing and good luck! I’ve heard how unhappy employees are here and it makes sense why now.

Tracking for my phone said they attempted delivery today. I was home all day. Dog goes nuts about delivery trucks, and that did not happen I reviewed my ring camera and they never came on my street today. Driver may have performance rating (quota) to meet, and saying they attempted delivery makes it look better for them. Shame on him for the lie.

This place is a joke I have have two generators mysteriously disappear after traveling across the county. The drivers never want to go out to prunedale so the arrival date is never right and now because they wanted a jump on the long weekend a mysterious severe weather alert kept them from delivering my package (BS beautiful weather yesterday) and now I have to wait 3 more days! Salinas the dung hole of California.

Worst service ever. I am beyond irritated with them. They delivered my $100 package to the wrong address, had the wrong person sign ( The signature is supposed to match the name on the package). The person who signed realized it did not belong to them and gave it back to the driver. The driver never returned it to the distribution center, left it on the truck and never sent it out for redelivery. This was on Monday. Today is Thursday. THEN, the Salinas Customer Service and Distribution Center called me saying that the driver verified he sent it back out for redelivery. What is is the verification? Word of mouth? That is not a credible source of verification. Why isnt it in writing somewhere or why dont have new tracking information, a new tracking number, SOMETHING. This experience has been awful.

Bad customer service.... called corporate and they said they couldnt do anything about my package being late 5 days. that they had high volume . by the way package contains car alternator, essential for my car to run so i can go to work.

Im told...UPS is not responsible.When the driver decides to deliver a package to a nearby house because he cannot find the house addressed on the package, is that right?The house number is close enough.Its the right street.Its in the neighborhood.Shouldnt he instead return the package due to wrong or no such address?Why is UPS not responsible??

Dont use the phone number listed. It goes to a phone center somewhere else where people who dont know what they are talking about will tell you wrong information. Good work UPS.

Worst company I ve ever seen among fedex, dhl, upsp. Even though delivery address written clearly on the box they cant find the address and we have to pick it up from their office. But same address can be found by fedex, dhl and usps. That is the difference! I said the sender to nver send my product again with UPS.
