Absolutely the best service anywhere. I had to go here a few times to get fingerprinted, then to have paintings boxed for shipping. Ramone did an outstanding job of packing, and even called me later to send a UPS label if I needed it. He really went above and beyond and was so helpful and kind. If you need anything postal, fingerprints, etc..this is the place, hands down. Six stars!

It was hugely expensive for just next day delivery. Not only that but I have a huge problem with some of the employees telling customers that the packages will be picked up on Saturday when theres no truck that comes on Saturday and theyre not even open at 4 p.m. on Saturday. I dont know why they allow 3-day shipping during the weekend if they only have one truck that comes on Friday and makes no sense. Do not go here go somewhere else just send your packages

Outstanding service all around. I had to ship 5 large boxes to a city in Taiwan, all filled with sentimentally important items. April helped me choose the right carrier and navigate nuances of Taiwan customs. She even called a few days later to let me know it was delivered. Everyone at the Post Box is also super nice. Im delighted to recommend their services.

Really great service. They let us print out on their computer labels received in our own mail. They copy pages for us on their copier, take passport photos, hand over packages to UPS if requested, wrap anything. Friendly and reasonable. Highly recommend!
