My mom, sister, and I came here for Mothers Day. It was relaxing. They took their time and did a wonderful job! My pedicure felt amazing, they massaged my legs and used really hot wax and asked beforehand if I was sensitive to the heat. I appreciated that they knew what colors went well with my skin tone and what nail shape looked best for my hands. I definitely will go here in the future.

Nice experience with my pedicure today. The two people working today were super professional and personable. I smudged my toe under the dryer, and she fixed it expertly and quickly with a smile.

Love getting my nails done here! You can make appointments or walk-in. They are fair priced and fast without compromising quality! Great massage chairs (5), nail kits for $5 and outstanding nail art! Flowers are $5 too! Not to mention absolutely lovely people!

Great place to get a pedicure! My 8 yo niece and I both received pedicures here for a wonderful price, and great service! They were so kind to us and made us feel at home. I will definitely go here again for any pedicure I need.

I went in the other day and when I went in I wasn’t greeted at all. Then after 5 minutes the lady told me to choose a color. She told me to sit down and then I asked her how long and ignored me!! I got my stuff and left. They really need to treat their customers better. I really hope that they don’t run out of business.

Love this place. Been going for 4 years. The most I have ever gone to a nail place. I normally go to a place and not get what Im looking for and they ruin my desire for nails. Then I found Revel and the rest is history. Ive had manicure and pedicures. Ive gotten shellac gel, powder gel as well as acrylics.

I have been here afew times, and even brought my dauter and a friend. They did a great job!!

These people do incredible work, I kept coming back for two years while I lived in Oregon and I was never disappointed. My nails stayed in tact through daily workouts and general clumsiness. Everything was always exactly as a requested: very short with not sharp squared edges. They were always gentle too while sanding/trimming. Attached is a picture of solar nails I would always get filled (this was taken about a week after my appointment so they are slightly grown out)

Don’t even bother coming here. 4 stars that belong in the trash.Can’t make an actual form or even file nails. My nails ended up all rigid, looks like a beginner did them. Tech doing my nails kept hurting me with the drill as I said ow and flinched.My friends nails had bubbles in the nail polish.Turned around to get a refund and they had already locked the doors on us and I went back again 4 days later since they have a weird schedule and she told me she had a lot of experience and that I never said “ow”.Pretty sure calling a customer a liar is a way of never getting any business. It would explain why they always look empty. They were even rude about us not coming in right then and there when making our appointment.

The ladies were very nice but I’m pretty sure she used a used nail file on me (which is pretty disgusting) and still charged me for one. That or I got charged and she didn’t give it to me. My nails also ended up really lumpy. I could have complained but I didn’t really look at them that closely before I left and also I never have the guts to complain. Why can’t I find a decent nail place around here?!

New to Oregon, so didnt know you have to have your own kit. $4....cool no problem at all. Upon checking out, I asked for my kit; apparently my friend and SHARED one. Thats gross. I love and trust my friend and we dont have nasty hooves, but really people....thats disgusting

My family and I were passing thru Oregon during Covid and knew when we got back to Cali we could not get a mani/pedi so we looked up 10 best nail salons in Salem. This was the best place ever. I had Annie and did a great job and I admit I am a bit of a pill when I comes to my nails My daughter and granddaughter had the same. Clean to the point of impeccable. Good choice highly recommend

I have had my nails done all over town but Reval Nails is by far the best. Never once did my nails lift, and the nail art was on point. Super friendly staff. Only drawback is that they are always busy, that shows how good they are though.

I had not had my nails done for over four years. I was acknowledged right away at Revel Nails. Had great customer service and Good ole girl talk. Reminded me of how much I missed doing this for myself. One of the cleanest and well organized places I have been to in a long time, and for those moms or grandmas with girls they even had a Hello Kitty pedicure chair for your girls to enjoy. I highly recommend Revel Nails on Commercial St in Salem Or to any lady looking to have some of the best service and meet some great people.

Love it here! Got my nails done a couple weeks ago at a different nail salon and they looked horrible, and started coming up within two days of getting them done. So I decided to try a new place and I went to Revel Nails and my nails look so good! They were super friendly, and it was a very relaxing environment. 🙂

They cant even answer the phone so I could make an appointment. Seeing now the reviews are bad, Im definitely not goung here. Another nail artist recommended me here. Yeah no thanks. Waste of literally 30 minutes of recalling over and over again.

A little pricier than some other places in Salem, but they use better products, so its worth it in my opinion. My daughter has gotten several full sets/fills and all have been beautiful. Only had a one issue with a break the day after an appointment, but they were a little rushed that day. Havent had any issues since, or even before. Ladies are always nice and friendly. Pretty good with same day appointments usually if you call early enough. Overall, I definitely recommend this shop.

I love this place. I have always been able to make an appointment a few hours in advance. I get acrylics done every few weeks. I have seen countless people turned away for not having an appointment even though the sign says walk ins welcome. I am not sure why they say walk ins welcome. So make sure to make an appointment. Annie is great. And my mom absolutely loved her pedicure, she said it was the best massage shes ever gotten.

My manicure was PERFECT.Im in the army so my nails must look natural. I wanted a French tip natural looking, showed her a picture, and she did exactly that. If not better. (Also despite my terribly managed cuticles!)She TOOK HER TIME, didnt rush, and was very nice. I can tell she is dedicated to her work!!Also, great playlist. :)Posted 21st of Feb. 2018

I find the women who work at Revel Nails to be efficient and kind. They provide great service and always make space for an appointment. The salon is clean and comfortable. I get gel nail treatments and my manicures last for three full weeks. I highly recommend them and am happy they are my neighborhood salon.

Today was my first time going to Revel Nails and I loved my nails! I showed one of the ladies a picture how I wanted it and she did my nails exactly like how I imagined it. I totally loved it. Its a little pricey but I hope my nails do last unlike other Nail salons Ive gone to. 🙁

They do an Amazing job

Love Vanna and her ability to get in my head and create my nails perfect everytime. Always even and just how I want them and I never have to fix my nails after. She bashes them strong and sturdy and not thick and globby like some other places and she does an amazing job with my eyebrows everytime. She perfects them and always makes them match evenly and to my face! Their ultimate pedicures are awesome too and my feet always feel great. They are also kid friendly and are always sweet and kind to my daughter when she comes in. Even have a kid size hello kitty pedicure chair!

This nail salon is probably the friendliest nail salon i have been too. The nail artists are very talented. They are affordable and professional. I will definitely be going to get my nails her from now on. It is definitely a 5 star rating.

My nail lady was amazing and efficient.A 5 $ upcharge for my friend to get ombre was ridiculous when all she did was splash some sparkle on the top of her nail.Loved it otherwise!!

This nail place is great! Essentially no wait time to have the ladies get to you. The shellac lasts a long time and they have a GREAT variety of colors :) highly recommend!

Venna stayed late just to make my best friends coffin nails perfect with the chrome powder. Ive never been to a better, more friendly nail salon. Its clean and you can really tell they pay attention to detail. My mind is blown with their nail work. 6 stars if I could.

My nail job was done very sloppily. The woman painted my nails in the pedicure chair, because I think they were behind on appointments and she was trying to rush through my appointment. The polish looked awful. I could of done a better paint job myself.

Went with my friend to get our acrylics done (her a brand new set and me a fill) and after 2 days both of us had a nail break from basically poking something. The top coat and color is already peeling off. On top of that we both forgot our nail kits at home and we assumed they would ask us to purchase one from them (like most salons do) and they proceeded to use an old clearly used file on us both. Never will return. I wont even return to get my nail repaired.

Good experience. Everything was clean and the nail techs were friendly. I like to look at magazines while I get a pedicure and they had none. That was a disappointment.

I made an appointment but when I came in i stood awkwardly in the front for about five to ten minutes with out any acknowledgement. So I went ahead and chose a color, and then waited some more. Standing. In the three by three space they have at the very entrance of the salon. Finally the closest nail lady looks at me and said what you want?! To which I replied Hi, I made an appointment earlier today but I see your busy. Its ok, I can wait 😊 and she scoffs well go wait somewhere else and shakes her hand at me. I have NEVER been treated to poorly by a salon staff in my life! I was not sure how to react so I took a few steps forward to the center of the salon and stood there awkwardly for another five minutes being ignored before I asked if the rude lady was the only person here who did acrylics. Another nail technician gave me an equally rude reply and I just walked out. Terrible. Horrible. Dont go here!!

Every time i go, its a incredible experience and they do a amazing job.

My boyfriend made me a appointment to get acrylics done here.. I was so disappointed and disgusted with the results.. they were so thick, some were shorter then others, the nail polish was put on rushed and in result came out really patchy and they were crooked.. The people there werent nice, costumers would come in and ask questions and would be ignored or answered in short and rude toned comments.. The results I heard about on here were very inaccurate.. the man who did my nails kept rushing and kept repeating steps and fixing things.. After my boyfriend saw them, we went back inside and demanded our money back.. I will definitely not be coming back here

Been 2 and a half years since I last splurged and got a pedicure, she was in a rush and barely massaged me. Thats the whole reason I went there! Even got the 36 dollar one. Hate when I finally spend money on myself and Im disappointed.

I felt very ignored and kinda like they didnt want me there. She kept talking in a different language to her co worker, at first i wasnt sure who she was talking to so i said sorry what? And she just rolled her eyes and shook her head and didnt say a word. I feel Like they could use some work on their service. The nails were okay but differnt lenghts and after a week and a half of having them on they popped off one by one.

The point of calling and making appointment is to be seen at that time or within a few minutes of that time. I waited 25 MINUTES and still was not helped!I was very upset! The time and drive!And also finding a sitter for my kids so I could get a pedi!Just awful!POOR service!

Horrible experience. It is shocking to me that there are so many good reviews. When I showed up, I was entirely ignored. Not one employee looked up to greet me or check me in for my appointment. After sitting on the couch for 15 minutes of being ignored, they finally asked me what I wanted done. I explained very specifically that I wanted colored acrylic nails put on. I told the lady that I wanted the actual colored acrylic powder and not the paint that goes over top of the acrylic. However, that is not what she gave me... She gave me clear acrylic with shellac over... then charged me $58 because shellac is more expensive! I am still furious. She didnt even do a good job either. My shellac has streaks and is transparent in places and entirely missing on others. I will not return and I do not recommend anyone wasting their time or money there.

The lady was rude about my sister wanting longer nails even though she said on the phone I need a new set, they kept wanting to just do a fill. My fingers were cut at the end of my nails being done. Even after being about my sister wanting a new set of nails and questioning why she needed longer nails, they were surprised that she didnt stay to get them done there.

Great service, friendly, and the shellac and solar lasts for three weeks.
