Literally the worse pedicure (for myself and my daughter) we have ever had.No massagers all, poor quality and rushed service. I have been to many many nail places and I would never come back. Save your money

I went here once had Maria, it was amazing! I just left now and had some young lady they called in to do my service even though we called ahead. She didnt want to be there or do the service on me and it showed. I tipped her 20 percent and apologized that she had to come in for me. I will never return

Ten Natural Nails hosted myself and my bridal party for manicures and pedicures the day before my wedding. I cant tell you enough how amazing our experience was! All of the employees went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time! I cant thank you enough!!

Called yesterday 6/30, looking for a manicure or even a fill, walked in and was rudely greeted, person I encountered wasn’t even pleasant, just said they don’t have time, it was still early in the afternoon, this place had come highly recommended, gave them a try!! EPIC FAIL, wouldn’t go back or even recommend anyone!!Rude & Unprofessional for a business😡😡😡

I love this place. They always do a great job and use high quality supplies. I usually get pedicures and sometimes simple manicures.

Customer service was okay but the girl that did my feet cut me and i bled and the overall pedicure experience was horrible for me and my best friend. A pedicure is supposed to last about 20 to 30 minutes, we were lucky if ours lasted 10 to 15 mins. The paint job also sucked too. One of the girls was also on the phone as she was giving my friend a pedicure.

Ive been going here for years ( even before when they were across from babies R Us . May and Andy are always so kind . However, today - I had a pedi and gel mani and was not Happy at all. She was rushing to the point that it hurt, and then when we did my gel manicure, she rushed so much that she didnt buff my nails so there were bumps everywhere and the polish looks sloppy and to top it off - they did nothing about it !! They asked if I wanted it fixed and I had already spent two hours there .. Im so upset and dont want to ever go there again. I took pics .Also !!! Beware - they used dirty utensils and dirty nail file

I came in to get a pedi and gel mani for a wedding because my boyfriends mom has been here before. I am always very particular about my nails because I do them well myself so if Im to pay for those services, I expect them to be perfect. I always explain how I want my nails and Im usually quite satisfied. My toes were ok but I was covered in nail polish and my feet were still rough after I got home. My nails however, done by the owner, were completely awful. I showed the tech my nails from my last mani and said I wanted them exactly the same and very square. Not only were my nails hacked way shorter than necessary and specified, the French tips were crooked and not at all square. I even had to point out an obviously diagonal nail on my ring figure and ask her to make it straight. Aside from all of this, now it is not even a week later and not only did she not get close enough to my cuticle with the gel that I will already need them done again already, but they have also discolored horribly and have chipped twice. I will never go back to this salon and would recommend researching some of the surrounding salons.
