My girlfriend went here and they were extremely unprofessional, they forced her to leave a 20 tip on top of a $35 pedicure by holding on to her card until she “went to the atm” and got it.Her nails were also very sloppily done and rushed. As most of you should know, tips are optional and given in response to good or exceptional service, this was neither.Absolutely disgusting behavior. This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have to get dip manicures because cancer meds made my nails really thin. I get regular manicures, and I could not find a salon that really did dips well. They all looked like fake, Lee Press on Nails. I decided to try this one in Pickering Wharf and she blew me away. Amazing!!

Waited outside from 9:45 til 10 when their sign, website, and Facebook page states they open. Left at 10:15 as no one was there. At 10:20 we saw someone walk in. They opened apparently and then told us they were booked all day and do not take walk-ins, despite the giant sign outside that states they do. My advice is to just go anywhere else.

I had my nails painted went under the dryer twice like i was told after the dryer shut off i was getting my boots on and my nails were still wet and smeared they did fix it but the second time i went under the dryer i did it 3 times and i still ended up smearing them..i have been out of the nail salon for 2 hours and they are still smearing... not worth your time or money especially if your on vacation

They are my only nail salon!! I work with trees and plants! Im very hard on my nails. I used to go to another salon (near Walgreens) and that salon was so dirty!! Its nice to enter a clean salon with friendly staff. They recently put in all new stations! Its AWESOME!!

Had a great experience at Today Nails & Spa with my bridal party the day before my wedding. The owner and her staff were extremely accommodating and professional and made the experience really enjoyable from beginning to end. They did a great job on everyone’s nails! Highly recommend.

Decided to try the dip per may manicurist request and it has CHANGED MY LIFE. I have long STONG nails and at an incredibly adorable price. Do yourself AND your nails a favor and book an appointment!

Very disappointing experience with the new management. I came there for years under the previous ownership and was treated very well. Diane, who did my manicure, was very harsh when removing the gel polish. I told her I didnt want her to scrape my nails. She has a bit of an attitude. The worst part was when she said unkind remarks about the former owner, which were definitely not true. I told her I wasnt happy. Theyve lost my business!

Unprofessional and bad service!!! It was my 1st and last time going to this place. She was rushing and didn’t welcome my feedback. Since I’m the one wearing the nails, I had to let her know how I like it. She basically told me to keep quiet and allow her to do her job. Results: she didn’t touch my cuticles and my acrylic nails were bulky and ugly. I regret going there and tipping her. Save your money and learn to do your own nails.

Worst nail experience ever. Both my daughter and I got gel manicures. Before we walked out another lady had to redo like 3 over nails. They were done horribly. They started chipping off in 3 days. My chipped off the next day even after I told her that didnt look right. She said it will fix with next coat. Well it didnt. Then all the other times we have gotten gel manicures from other salons are nails are hard and nail polish on pretty think. Well not this time. Our nails would bend so easily we couldnt even open a can of soda. NEVER EVER stepping foot in there again. STAY AWAY DONT GO!

I come here to get the dip powder on my nails. It always comes out great! I came here when I moved to Salem and I’ve been coming ever since. I definitely recommend coming here for your manicure or pedicure.

They often do an okay job on my nails. But the acrylics do turn out a bit bulky looking sometimes and ... the employees are considerate!

I always get the SNS Dip powder its really good for your nails. It keeps them looking natural && Healthy. Its very clean and she always keeps it looking nice. She has over 2 walls of diffrent variety polish!! How could you go wrong💁
