WOW! I am super impressed with Precious Nails! My nail technician was so kind and funny! He did my nails perfectly. Filed them exactly the way I wanted them! The amount of gel colors they had to offer was impressive too! I will be back there for a pedicure soon!

Excellent experience! First time coming here as my usual place was closed. I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure and both manicurists were great. Both paid great attention to detail, took their time, were gentle and thorough. My nails were in rough shape from removing dip at home and my manicurist was kind enough to educate me on how to remove dip and hangnails safely!Everyone was very professional and friendly, and the color options for dip and gel were endless!!

This place is great! Amber always does such a great job with my nails and can do any design you can think of. Everyone is so welcoming and attention to detail is their priority. Definitely recommend this place!

Don’t go here. This is my second issue with this business and they do ZERO to take care of their customers. The first time, my nail chipped after 1 day and they refused to fix it for me, so I paid. I gave them a second chance and went back with my friends for a dip manicure and gel pedicure..after 2 days, my funny bunny dipped nails turned yellow. I have had funny bunny dip COUNTLESS times and they have never turned fellow, and I had them in Florida. They tried to tell me that funny bunny “turns yellow sometimes” and when I asked them to fix it, they told me they were booked for the day. They weren’t even willing to accommodate me at all.This is such poor business etiquette. I never write bad reviews, but seeing this is my second issue with this business, I feel the need to share my experience.

We have been going to precious nails for a months now. The staff is so friendly and nice. It’s always so clean. We tried quite a few places before, thankfully, finding them. I highly recommend the hot stone pedicure. it’s totally worth the upgrade. Best pedi I ever had. For our nails we usually have Hayley and Amber, these ladies are absolute masters of their craft. I got the premier pedicure, and it was one of the best pedicure experiences I have had at a nail salon. The staff was very friendly, they took their time, and the results were excellent. The place is very clean, and they were conscious of social distancing and mask use. Definitely worth a return visit!

I’ve gone twice and won’t be going back. The first time was to get acrylics and I wasn’t a fan of them when I got home, I thought they looked a little weird and had a little spillage to the bottom of the nail but figured it might just be buyers regret since I hadn’t had acrylic nails before. A few days later a coworker (who used to be a licensed tech) looked at them and let me know that the nail is not supposed to have spillage and showed me how to get rid of it myself. She also let me know that it looked like the acrylic wasn’t attached to my natural nail because the polish didn’t extend all the way out and caused a weird shadow. Additionally at this appointment the girl sitting next to me was getting dip powder nails and the nails ended up being a different color than she’d expected because the color on the swatch piece was “faded,” which I remember thinking was a bit weird.The next time I was able to go in (today) I had them removed and got a new manicure with colors I already had. The nail tech said it would be fine to use and got to work. Everything seemed to go fine until I was at the fans and no longer had my hands on the other side of the table due to COVID precautions. What I saw was extremely discouraging. There were bubbles not only in the nail polish (practically new) but in the top coat as well. You could tell where she had and hadn’t put a layer of top coat and it was a lot of space that didn’t get it, or it was uneven at the base of the nail. Multiple nails had stuff other than the nail polish in them (more than one had a white spot, noticeable on the lack polish, and one somehow had a red sparkle on it).I got home and took it off because I couldn’t stand to keep looking at it and realized that there is still acrylic on some of my nails that she just never removed. I’m redoing them myself because at least this time if there’s something wrong it’s my own fault.The staff is friendly but the work is sub-par, especially for their prices.

My go to nail salon, forever now. The staff are always super friendly and polite. They do amazing work on my nails, Ive been getting constant compliments on them. Its always an amazing experience here. They take their time when doing your nails and never rush like other nail salons Ive been too. So many choices as well. :)

Absolutely awful! I went there and the male that did my nails didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I had in perfectly fine tip and he chipped them all off. I got the dip powder and they were all lumpy and one nail was completely crooked. They put new tips on people every time they get new dip but don’t tell you that before hand and recharge you every time. And it’s not to make sure there perfect every time it’s because the tips they buy are so cheep they melt off with acetone and get all over you hand. I took a design off THIER Instagram and he couldn’t even do that I asked for. He filed my nails with the electric drill so much each nail was burning. When I called and asked for my money back I have to fight them and only ended up getting half back because “we have to pay him for his time working” what about my 2 hours wasted on getting awful when another hour and a half getting them fixed somewhere else? 10/10 will never go back again!

The place is beautiful! The massage chairs are really nice and feel great. My pedicure was great and I only tried their basic pedicure. However when I got my refill it was rushed, sloppy and they couldnt do what I was asking for. I think if you just want a simple mani/pedi this place is great! But if youre looking for designs this isnt the place for you. What I asked for vs what I got below.

I looked for a place and a nail technician for about 6 months. Ive gone to Haley multiple times now and I really like her. Shes fun to talk to and she does a good job. My nails typically last about 3 weeks.

They are very good at pedi’s but if your trying to go for a new style like swirls they aren’t at that skill level yet, basic stuff yeah they are good. They are pricey too so be prepared I spent 130$ on mani & pedi

I was in the area visiting a friend so we decided to check out this salon. I was skeptic about the price because new salons usually charge an arm and a leg but their pricing was very reasonable. The salon looked great! Everything was very clean and sterile, which I loved. They even have liners for their pedicure tubs. My tech was great and she suggested a gel manicure and did a gradient accent nail for me. I was very pleased with the results and have been going here ever since.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but I just felt the need to due to this circumstance. Im new to this area and Ive been on the hunt to find a new nail technician. Normally back at home Nail Shops arent open on certain days so when I came across a few that were open on certain days I got excited. I decided to go to this one in particular because of the reviews and that they were the earliest ones that opened in the morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by a man and he said he would have taken me. I think he is located two chairs up from the drying station. During the duration of doing my nails he seemed tense and uncomfortable; like he was new to nails. He kept moving my arm and hand in weird placements but hey, do what you gotta do. I have Acrylic on my nails and Ive been getting them done for the last 14 years. IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. He only drilled my nails once prior to the application of acrylic, spread half amount of the acrylic on my nails and never moved it to the end of my nails, followed up with the black square buff file and drilled only once after. You at least drill 2-4 times after the application of the acrylic. He burned the side of my bed nails a few times with the drill and took some skin off a few fingers. He then proceeded to tell me to wash my hands with no soap. He did not even go under my nails to file or clean them out. When I proceeded to get my nails colored, he stated that getting a regular color would take hours to dry and regular non-gel colors are not always guaranteed to be available. When I told him I didnt want gel and to try it with a gel top coat ONLY he got a bit defensive. Ive been doing the gel top coat for a year now. At this point Im ready to run out there and cry in my car but I went through with the process- even tipped him out of the greatness of my heart when I left out. Needless to say I wont ever be going back there. I figured maybe its just one bad apple out of the bunch and to not cancel out the whole place but if they are allowing him to do work like that then thats probably how they are all doing work in there. P.S. the first 2 pictures are directly after and the last 2 are the next morning.

After booking an appointment the lady doing my nails had came in late. After arriving she started glueing on my acrylics but stopped after glueing on 2 tips to go tend to another client.I’m outraged at this experience and will not be returning.

This place is great!!! Very high quality work being done!!! The employees are very good at what they do. They are very kind and respectful. Theyre always doing good work. I love going there. They were very friendly and we had good conversation during the service. They did exactly the way I requested and it looks so pretty.

Henry did a great job on my nails and was very friendly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he made my nails look just like it. The salon was very clean, everyone was wearing a mask, and there is a plexi divider between you and the nail artist. I also noticed they sanitize the stations after people leave. I felt very safe there in regards to covid precautions. Will definitely be back!

I LOVE this salon and wont go anywhere else now. Amber and Hayley have both done a beautiful job on my nails and everyone is always incredibly friendly. I have not had a decent pedicure in so long, so when I moved to the area, I was determined to find the best salon. The reviews seemed promising so I went, skeptically. May took care of me, and when I say that, I mean it. I had a slight in-grown toe nail that didnt hurt but made me nervous, and she took proactive measures to fix it and now it looks pretty much normal! I hope it grows out okay.... Also, May had an incredible touch with the way she really scrubbed my feet and gave such a wonderful massage--something that has been lacking in my previous pedicures from other places. I work 12+ hours a day and wanted to treat myself and get a good pedi and man did I have an amazing one!

The entire staff is friendly and very professional. The shop is clean and always eager to please. The salon is quiet and offers a relaxing tone. A pleasant experience always. Have been a customer since it opened and finally posted a review. In this challenge time in our lives this shop deserves a big shout out. Amber and may are wonderful.

Precious Nails is my go to nail salon. Everybody is polite, professional and they do phenomenal work! I recommend them to everybody.

I was in town for a wedding and found this incredible salon via Google. Once again, did not disappoint. Everything was awesome!! From the friendly and attentive staff to the great wedding nails I got. I came in not exactly sure what color I would choose bc of my dress and my nail tech was so helpful in helping me decide.On top of that, the salon was soo clean! They had the sterilizer bags for all their tools and liners for all the pedi chairs. I had never seen that before!I really wish I lived closer to here so I can frequent this salon more :(. Will definitely be back next time Im in town!! Highly recommend!!

Toes were not fully painted, polish job looks like i could’ve done it. While getting my nails done i wasn’t even asked what shape i wanted, he just started doing his own thing.I was trying to trust the process just saying they knew what they were doing. My nails came out boxy, super thick and nail polish wasn’t smooth. I had to cut ( which was hard because the nails didn’t even fit in the nail clippers) and file them down to a shape I wanted. That are still very thick but for paying with my own money and all the pain i went through i shouldn’t have to try to fix my own nails.

I got so many compliments on my nails the past few days I figured Id come on here and leave a review. Looking at some of these negative reviews, Im super confused. I started going to Precious Nails when I lived in Salem right around the corner. I ended up moving back to Boston but still drive here to get my nails done because I have not found a better place! Amber and her team keep the place crazy clean and they always have the newest color selection. Now my family and I fight over time slots for appointments! Haha. I used to bite my nails so now that I have them Im overly picky about how they look and every-single-time they are on point. I highly recommend you give this place a try for yourselves! If youre going to spend money to pamper yourself- might as well make sure you get a good mani/pedi so it lasts long!

Had the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon here! The workers are so nice and accommodating. I got a gel manicure for a great price and my nails have never looked better. The lady who did my nails was very detail oriented and made sure there were no imperfections. 100% recommend!

I have NEVER experienced a place like this. first of all the technician came 45 minutes late to my chair, then he started to do my acrylics and he cut them too my skin, they were the length of my nails before. then he proceeded to be rude towards me about not being happy about the length. then soaks my nails in acetone for a while to get the nails off then he is drilling my gooey acrylics off while it’s all over my hands. i then finally somewhat gets them off then asks me to wash my hands and he leaves all of the glue all iver my hands and nails and sends me to a new technician but i went to a way better place. do not come here if you expect good service and your nails to get done unless you find the right person. safe to say i will never be coming back here.

They dont acknowledge new customers. Its a shame!!! I was Completely ignored.

I can’t remember the name of the girl who did my nails, she’s the one answering the phone though. Did an incredible job, great shape. She really took her time to get me exactly what I wanted!!!

I went in for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. As you can see the nails are crooked, cracked and I actually have wounds on my hands due to how hard she was rubbing them (I bled twice during the process) she used nail polish remover to take off the gel because she applied it wrong and had to do it all over again. By far the worst experience Ive ever had. Beware.

Place is remarkable cleanliness amazing

My friend and I came here last night for a last minute manicure and pedicure. I was a bit hesistant due to the ratings and reviews of this place, but I was pleasantly surprised. The technicians were very friendly and precise. The place was clean and inviting and I felt very comfortable there. I get my nails done maybe twice a year so it takes one incredible experience to make me write a review. The two male nail technicians were absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job. The prices were reasonably, if not considerably cheaper than some of the other establishments I looked into. I will definitely be coming here again.

Went here with my brothers fiancé, had a set of dip powder nails with tips that needed to be soaked off and started fresh. Instead of wrapping my hands like most places they put my hands in this weird bowls and let them soak. Thought nothing of it. Had my seat relocated once and had three different people working on my nails at different points.I watched someone take the product that my hands were soaking in and pour it into a bottle so theyCould use it again. That’s ALWAYS not okay. Especially now during a pandemic. So gross. Nail quality poor. They burnt my brothers fiancés nail with the electric tool they use. Very unimpressed. Nails cracked within a week.

My daughter and I just had pedicures done here and were so pleased with our experience! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the environment was super clean! They even have adorable little fairy chairs, which is a huge bonus for Mamas like me that want to get their nails done and have a little mini. Thank you Precious Nails! We will return soon!

While cleanliness was good at this location the work was shoddy. The young man who was giving me my pedicure sliced into my toes on multiple occasions while filing them with the file, which cause soreness over the next few days! I am diabetic, and this is a big No-No! I also got a full set of artificial nails, and they will placed on crooked they were thick, and were filed crooked. When I complained, they told me to come back and have my nails done by a young woman that work there I think her name was Amber Im not sure at this point. I was traveling over the next two weeks and wasnt able to return and they said they would not guarantee it be on 5 days even though I complained immediately. The amount of money that you pay for this place the work is definitely shoddy. I would never return. Might I add that Im a former salon owner and nail technician for over 30 years! I would never had let my clients leave with their nails looking this way, or being dissatisfied! Being a nail technician is not rocket science! Its all a matter of looking at the clients nails and making them look real, being gentle and above all being clean!

Not worth it. They add on charges here and there I went in for my nails should’ve cost $38 ended up costing $50 ...& that’s 50 dollars for the BARE MINIMUM- it took two hours to do my nails - I wasn’t spoken to - they didn’t clean my nails up at all, no cleaning of the skin around nails- there was no hand massage or anything like that- a wipe of a hot towel & slap of lotion and that was it. Oh & when you go to pay before you even finish your asked for a tip.A tip is something you earn for satisfaction of service and is something that is earned .

Love this place! The staff is so nice & they do a great job. The salon is clean and sanitary. I e been in several times for the organic dip powder manicure. It’s beautiful and lasts 3-4 weeks, and my nails are so strong. I highly recommend them.

This place is great. My daughter has been there a few times. I brought her last night for an early Christmas gift to get her nails done.We had the pleasure of a gentleman named Henry. What a super nice guy!!!My daughter showed him a picture of a set of nails with snowflakes and candy cane on them. He obliged without hesitation. He was funny and included me in the conversation even though I wasnt getting my nails done.They were pretty busy too but Henry took his time and he did and awesome job!I definitely recommend this place if you looking for anything Mani/pedi. Plus there prices are reasonable! Dont forget to ask for Henry!

UPDATE: in response to the owner, the receptionist said that I could no longer be accommodated, not because technicians went to take a break, but because they left and she didn’t know why or where they went, and could not get into contact with them. She told me to come back later in the week, which my schedule did not permit. You and your technicians, and hostess should all get on the same page with which story you want to tell.Had a great experience the first time I went here with Tommy, however this salon was too good to be true. I went back for a second time expecting the same great experience I had previously, and all I got was an unhappy woman who was rushing and large portions of my nails were not colored. The shape was off, and when I told her that I was not paying her to rush, she pretended to not understand what I was saying and asked me if I “liked.” I believe her name was Lee.After pulling my hands away and asking for another person to finish my dip, she kept trying to grab my hands and keep working. It was after I pushed Way from the table and demanded that I be helped by someone else that a nice young girl came and attempted to fix the mess. She did do her best without starting over as it was late, but less than a week later my dip manicure which will usually last 2-3 weeks was broken and chipped.I called to go back in and have the issue fixed and was promised a 5:30 appointment and after waiting for nearly an hour they asked me to leave because two of their employees walked off the job and didn’t tell anyone. I requested that they just refund me and they refused. Needless to say, I will never return to this salon. Atrocious management and lack of customer service, clearly, as they had two employees walk out tonight.

This nail salon is AMAZING!! made and appointment and went there yesterday for the first time and they took me right on time! Haley who did my pedicure was extremely nice and made sure i was comfortable and my toes came out amazing and was one of the best pedicures i’ve had!! then for my full set i got chucky as my nail tech! i had done my research all week trying to decide which nail salon to go to because i wanted to make sure i was going to get the nails i wanted and exactly how i wanted them!! chucky did exactly that! i got a nude ombré and he put his entire heart into my nails! he was so focused and determined and my nails are the perfect coffin shape and perfect ombré! i was so impressed with the service here that i’ve decided that this is where i’m going every time for my nails! the ombré was a little expensive ($65) but i understand why because it takes a lot of time, focus, and there’s a lot of steps! thank you chucky and thank you Haley!! Thank you precious nails! I’ll be back 😊

I came in with my bridal party last week and we had an AMAZING experience. With all of the stress and hectic things going on with the upcoming wedding, it was such a relief this salon was able to accommodate my party of 8 and take care of us so well. The staff seemed well-trained in customer service and pampered us the whole time, and my girl definitely spent some extra quality time on the foot massage. My french gel pedicure and manicure looked beautiful and lasted through my beach honeymoon. I will definitely be making this my regular salon!

Been going for a while now and very happy with the cleanliness! I appreciate the use disposable liners for pedicures! Also, when you sit for a pedicure you are given a menu to see what you would like. Dip nails are great also with over 100 choices! I would definitely recommend!

My nails came out beautifully. I got the Liquid Gel full set and Premiere pedicure. My appt was at 9 I finished at 11am. Which is how it’s suppose to be in my opinion. My pedi was ok it felt more like a regular pedi because I didn’t get a foot massage like it said. The stones were used but to be honest to pay $60 for a pedi a massage is the highlight. But still my tech was nice friendly and professional. I really love my nails they did an amazing job. I would post a picture but I’m unsure how lol

Absolutely LOVE this salon! Amazing nail techs with awesome personalities. It took me about a month to find a place that I loved and I am so glad I found them. You can make an appointment or walk-in. Either way, the service is impeccable every single time!

Second time i was told they could take me and then sat in the pedicure chair for over 30 minutes waiting. The first time i decided to wait and give them the benefit of the doubt although i was extremely upset, the second time i couldn’t take it any longer and i walked out. Being able to spend the extra money to get my nails done is something i can rarely do and to be treated like that is totally uncalled for. If you can’t take a client, just say we don’t have time for you, try calling ahead with an appointment next time. I will not go back.

Got a Deluxe Pedicure. The massage was out of this world, my feet are so soft and nails came out great. When they say 45 minutes, they pamper you for the entire 45 minutes!!

I went here with my friend and I was moved 6 times! We were asked to move chairs 6 times. Literally just leaving this place, went in for a repair and they didnt even do the color I hand picked from their salon, and completely had given me the wrong size and shape. I had three different people work on this one repair. And thankfully the third and last person fixed the issues. My friend was cut four times during her manicure and none of her nails are the same shape or size. The second person who had the job of painting her nails didnt even fully paint them. And they dont refund them instead they only offer for you to spend more of your time there for them to fix it. I hope you have a better experience than we did.

I booked 3 appointments all at the same time for myself, my sister, and my daughter. We just had a death in the family and wanted to have a nice morning together to try and relax after a horrific week. We arrived at the time of the appointments. We waited 30 minutes and then we were sat at 3 pedicure chairs. One person came over and started on my sister, 15 min later another started on my daughter, and a full hour after our appointment time someone started on me. I had my feet soaking in cold water by the time I was getting my pedicure. We wanted to all sit together for pedicures and for manicures at the same time. Instead we were in different parts of the salon at different times and my sister and daughter were left waiting for me. At the end of this experience I asked to speak with a manager, they told me a manager was not available and I could call them at another time. I explained my frustration and they said just because you had an appointment doesn’t mean we would turn away walk in customers. I let them know that is exactly what an appointment means. I said if we had just walked in and they told us one of you had to wait 30 min, one has to wait 45 min, and one had to wait an hour we would not have stayed. I am a regular at this salon and come every 2 weeks since they opened. The customer service was horrible, they charged me full price, and told me it was ok if they lost my business. Needless to say I will never return.

The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing but no one spoke English and the instruments the tech used came from a sterilization bag that had not been sealed or ran through an autoclave. Also, my nails arent painted all the way to the base. I wont be returning.

I absolutely love this salon and my nail stylist, Chucky!! The salon is super clean and modern. All of the stylists are very friendly and eager to help you choose the perfect color!! Chucky is a great listener and I appreciate his attention to detail with the shaping, fill, and polish! I also love that I’m not there all day for a nail appointment! They take their time but do not waste yours. I’m so happy I found this salon and Chucky!! FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

NOT COMING BACK. They extremely over charged me for a full set. 80$ for a regular full set ?????? I don’t think so. And MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR PRICE BEFORE SERVICE. I was scammed. And they cut more than one of my fingers

I was in the area visiting a friend so we decided to check out this new salon. I was skeptic about the price because new salons usually charge an arm and a leg but they were offering a discount for the new opening and pricing was very reasonable. The salon looked great! Everything was very clean and sterile, which I loved. They even have liners for their pedicure tubs. My techs name was lien and she suggested a gel manicure and did a gradient accent nail for me. I was very pleased with the results and have been going here ever since.

I went here today for a eyelash fill. This is not supposed to be painful, right? I had to tell the woman to stop as it was that painful. DO NOT have them do it unless Lynn does your eyes. Whoever this woman was is going to really hurt someone! Never ever again! Im sure this woman is not licenced to do a eyelash fill, but yet shes doing this. I typically am not one to be critical however; I truly believe she will ultimately hurt someone so severely I thought it best to inform others.
