They did a great job on a very large balloon arch to surprise my son! It was perfect and they were great to work with.

We rented with Party Zone Maui and had an absolute blast with our princess castle - what a fantastic value!!! We are local event planners on island and always looked forward to renting our very first bounce house for our own celebration. Our generator that we were hoping to self provide ended up not being large enough and the team returned promptly to bring us a generator last minute. Amazing service you can rely on. Great company. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I had booked the balloon twisting services and popcorn with an attendant for my sons first birthday. The amount of time and servings I had purchased was worth the time that they were there (they were there for 2 hrs). The ladies were very friendly towards my guest and the kids loved getting balloon animals. I highly recommend Party Zone Maui for any of your party needs.

We were very satisfied with the services provided. Our tent was perfect for the age and amount of kids we had. They came early and arrived later than reserved time. Giving the kids more time to play. Which all the parents were grateful of. Set up and break down was super fast and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Great service, aunty Jen made my daughters 1st birthday party vision come to life. After a couple cancellations from my face painter and photo booth, she came through with finding me other people to come in and face paint/run a Photobooth so last minute. Such a good experience working with party zone and the set up crew were so sweet!

Kids loved the bounce house and provided hours of entertainment! We asked for the service in a fairly remote location, but Party Zone had no problem finding it and even drove out twice when no one was at our location by the time they arrived! Very accommodating and excellent service. Would definitely do this again!

It would have saved me some stress and bewilderment, if the face painter who was scheduled to start at 6:00 pm had entered through the front entrance of the community center where our party was held, and inquired for the person who hire her (me), and introduced herself as the face painter. She then would have been shown where we wanted her to set up. In stead, she entered through the back door unannounced like a phantom, and had set up in a corner in the back of the building by the back door, and began face painting. We only found out she was there, because a family member saw a child with their face painted running around (all the while stressing that she was late). I very nicely in a whispered voice told her that I had been looking out for her all this time in the front, and that we didnt know she was even in the building. Also, that I had called her boss thinking she was late. She just smiled. She offered no apology then or after she was done, and left at her designated time without a word, like a phantom again. What professional does that? That being said, her face painting was done well, and the kids were happy thank goodness! The owner of the business was very nice and concerned upon hearing that their face painter seemed to be MIA, and tried to contact her employee at once, and kept in contact with me. My stress and bewilderment regarding the face painters behaviour could have been avoided if the face painter upon arriving had acted professionally. This was my grandaughters 1st birthday party.

Great service! Jen was very helpful. The jumpy I originally ordered was broken. She offered me another, larger jumpy for the same price. She and her crew set up and clean up with no problems. Kids loved it, even in the rain. Thanks Jen!

For my sons 1st birthday, we purchased a balloon arch for the party entrance and 2 balloon columns for the stage. They were beautifully crafted by Party Zone Maui and I received countless compliments on the balloon designs. They were accommodating, friendly and professional. Great service! Got the pre-bagged cotton candies which were very delicious. It was bagged professionally, cotton candy were not smashed but fluffy by the time I got it til the end of the day. They also offer the candy machine with an attendant if wanted as an on-site service. I would definitely recommend their services.

Keopulani Park doesnt have water access any more, so when we went to reserve a spot for my daughters birthday party on Sunday, we had to change it hours prior to delivery of castle and slide.They were awesome and kind.Thank you!

Youve just found your bouncy castle supplier. I recently booked them for the Kula Festivals kids zone for 150+ plus kids, and the kids loved it. The castle/slide combo was perfect. Party Zone Maui is our GO TO party planning business here on Maui. I scheduled a face painter for a Christmas party & everything was so perfect! She showed up half hour early 2 set up & cleaned up after 2hrs time alloted. She pit paintings & smiles on everyones face...even the adults! Beautiful art!

Talk about above and beyond! Because of the storm we were running behind in our setup since our hall was used as an emergency shelter the night before and they would not release till after 8:30am. We only had a few hours to do a tremendous amount of setup and Jen came in set her Cotton Candy Stand up, then jumped in and helped out. AMAZING!
