There is absolutely nothing perfect about these nails. My daughter and I went Friday to get acrylics and a pedicure for her big event the next day, we spent over three hours at 10 Perfect Nails and $140 later the outcome was terrible. I immediately spoke to the girl about my nails and she asked me to come back the next day so she could fix them, even though they were aware that we had a big event that next day. And although you can clearly tell in these pictures that they did a terrible job she still tried to make me feel like it was my fault that the nails looked like that and gave me bad vibes and attitude when I went to get them fixed the next morning. Nevermind that my toes were barely filed, I had an ingrown toenail that was not even touched, and the acrylic on my finger nails wasnt even cleaned from under. You can see how fat and chunky these nails are instead of having a natural look to them. The girl kept talking about my nail bed being big so once these come off and my natural nails (which grow in beautifully, they just all happened to break) are back I will post a picture of them. The father did our finger nails and he was extremely rough on me and my 14 year old.I used to go to this place years ago when the whole family was there but now its just one daughter, the father and a little girl doing nails, the quality has gone down drastically. Oh and one of my daughters nail popped off right before her event so that acrylic lasted less than 24 hours SMH, after all that money and time we had to spend here. We are truly disappointed that we chose this place.

They did an amazing job. Its a beautiful salon, easy to find just driving around. The staff are very nice and pay attention to the little details to make sure your nails look perfect!

Family business mom and pop, comfortable massage seating with pedicures and there are many choices. Perfect 10 great name for the care you receive, not overpriced. Well worth a visit to take care of your PAWS...:-)

They basically are like asking your friend to do your nails for you. They get nail polish all over the sides of your nails as well as not filling in your whole nail. Its no wonder their rating is so low. My aunt came here for her mickey mouse nails and they did good but maybe it was that 1 good person who did it and because she was paying good money.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The women who did my nails was young and very nice. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Two of my nails chipped the next day. I went back to get them fixed because gel polish is supposed to last 2 weeks. The lady that fixed them when I went back was rude and told me it was my fault that my nails chipped because I was probably washing dishes, gardening or “she doesn’t know what I did for work.” I told her I was on summer vacation and I was not washing dishes and I don’t have a garden. She just kept telling me it was my fault and wouldn’t accept any responsibility. Is it possible that they were just painted poorly! After she “fixed them” they all started chipping off within days. I’ll never go back.

First time there and never going back again!! Went in for a refill, pedicure and shellac. I was there for over an hour. Not only do they need more staff but they try to service everyone at once. Jumping back n fourth between people which makes the process longer. My refill was done by the guy who works there he did a pretty good job. Now my pedicure wasnt even a pedicure. First off they put the shellac on my toes first and proceeded with the pedicure which honestly she didnt do anything to my toes. My heels were worse a couple days later. I was so disappointed. Wasted my time and money. I would not recommend anyone going there.

I love this nail salon! They do a wonderful job. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

What a shame. The worst manicure Ive ever gotten hands down. My mother had gotten me a gift certificate for Christmas and i wish she hadnt wasted her money.. They werent just short and rude with customers; they cut my cuticles so short my fingers bled. They nearly FORCED me to get gels. Which they didnt even top coat. And they painted all the way up onto my cut up finger skin and every single nail flooded. Cured that flooded paint into my cuts, and every nail peeled off in 5 days.And GET THIS when my best girl went, they sanded right through her natural nail when removing acrylics, and she has a permanent DENT in her nailbed. Omg 😭

They did an ok job. At first nails looked great but the shellac started to peel after one week. They told me it was because I have oily nail beds. But over all for the money not too bad.

Best nail shop in Salem. The owner is very nice! They always do a great job. Prices seem to be average prices around.

This is my go to place. The woman who I assume is the owner is always there, always friendly and greets every one quickly and warmly. They always do an excellent job and their prices are reasonable.

HORRRRRIBLE.. this used to be my go to place until they kept carelessly cutting the skin around my nails making me bleed and my nails never looked right.. they really went downhill. I started going some where else for the last year and recently thought I would give it another chance and get a pedicure, NEVER AGAIN!!! The older woman did the pedicure. the whole pedicure from start to finish was 15 minutes!!! Barely did any scrubbing, did not clean my nails, and barely even cut them.. it was so rushed and extremely careless! I paid for my sister in laws nails and mine and I realized I gave too much since i didn’t want to tip And picked the money back up off the counter and she ripped it out of my hands and said no! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Don’t go here!! Take ur money elsewhere!

I have been to this place, unfortunately, a dozen times. It is the most convenient to where I work. However, I have had such poor experiences I just can’t bring myself to go back. Every time I have been there, someone comes in mad about the job that was done and the owner is always nasty about it. Instead of just fixing it she puts all the blame on the customer and they walk out mad. Horrible customer experience. The actual quality of work is poor and my nails always chip or are uneven each time.

The old woman was being rude and cut me, also going to fast with putting on my acrylics and made them to way to thin. Never in my life I will go there again. Waste of my time and money!!!!!

I used to really like this place but recently the service has gone downhill. Some of their staff dont seem like they are properly trained. I got a pedicure and my nails were cut crooked and the polish was not well done. It was bumpy, all over my skin and large spots were missed. I hope they work to get their staff trained but for now I wouldnt recommend.

10 perfect nails is a joke. Got a French manicure and they look horrible. Didnt clean under my nails because apparently thats not part of there service. You can still see the old polish and you can see though the white. Such a waste of my money and Ill never go back.

Worst experience ever. Worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever gotten in my life. Im not one to say that people are racist just because they have a problem with me... but the amount of micro aggression was crazy. The worst place ever!!! Did not like the service at all they were rude and disrespectful and I had to call the police to have them escortme out of the salon they locked me and my two year old and 15yrs old sister inside of the shop because I only would only pay for half of wat they did which was a horrible job and they pushed me physically with my daughter in my hand and held us hostage until the police came and told them to let us out of the shop and I still didnt have to pay the rest of the charge so all that was uncalled for I have never in my life dealt with a situation as this worst experience of my life could not believe that the police had to be called to let me and my family out of the shop because their service sucked and I got up to leave and I was only paying half of what they were charging they are lucky they got that after what they put us through do not ever go here its the worst place ever and they dont clean under your nails and have all these rules for they dont do to make up for what they dont do. All I needed was a simple gel mani and pedi and they couldnt do that??!!! And I had to call police what kind of business are they running here they should be shut down immediately!!! Smh

I use to LOVE this place, went back every couple weeks. Got one of the BEST pedicures of my life there. Not sure what happened, but they are ALWAYS in a hurry, they dont want to hear anything you have to say, definately dont want to hear it if you are unhappy with something. I went back less than 24 hrs after a fill with Gel polish to show them corners lacking any polish & 2 chipped nails at the tip & was told ut was normal wear & tear.. I dont think so!! The WorstThey are rude, the worst acrylic I have ever gotten .I got a French gel acrylic that peels DAILY The tips dont match very sloppy some nails are wider than others. It is a waste of money
