110% recommend! LOVE. THIS. PLACE. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done here. Brian and his team and extremely professional and friendly. I am very picky about my nails and they do a fabulous job every single time. The place is spotlessly clean, and the price cant be beat. I have taken many people here and they immediately switch to Mindys as their regular salon. At this salon, they do a better job than places that charge 1.5 times the price. I love the atmosphere and will continue to go to Mindys Nails for years.

This place is the best. Always serving the community and taking good care of everyone. I get my eyebrows and lip done here and they do such good work!!

I asked them to cut the nails shorter as they were way too long, she assured the filing them would cut them as short as I needed them to be but they were still very long. I showed them a picture of the design i wanted and she got very frustrated and messed up. My nails looked nothing like the picture. They ended up charging me twice as much for using another color.

This was a horrible place to try and get my nails done keyword TRY; they were doing my nails up until two people came in AFTER me and I was told to wait on the side so they can be assisted when I was there waaaay before than them. talk about unprofessional, would not recommend at all.

Best Nail Salon around Salem.

I am super picky about my nails. My regular place was booked, and I need to get them done last minute. Brian did an OUTSTANDING job. I had a dip manicure and it was PERFECT. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the results before I left. I will definitely go back.

Had the best pedicure ever this morning! The owner was so friendly and accommodating. His leg massage was therapeutic and oh so welcome. The store is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Mindys Nails!!!

Excellent place for expensive

Friendly service and always try to fit you in. I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure. It usually looks great even at the end of week 3. I’ve always had the gel start to lift and come off after week 2 but not when I get them done here.

This place is super reasonably priced and the staff is efficient and friendly. Its kind of a no frills place but I got a great gel manicure done over 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt started to peel! (Ive been filing them down haha) I came in less than an hour before closing and I didnt feel rushed at all, paid $30 including tip and am completely satisfied

My acrylic nails were filed so thin because the owner is cheap (you could tell by things he said the 3 visits I had) and isnt proactive in reasonably listening to my concerns. I said I will pay extra to fix how thin my acrylic refill made my nails and he got defensive and tried to tell me to switch the shape of the nails. 3 tips broke from no hard work, one was pulling on pants. They are closed Sunday and couldnt get the 2nd and 3rd tip fixed. I would never go back or ever reccomend this place.

I went in to get my SNS removed... I was there for almost an hour. The man started to soak my nails to remove the SNS, then left and started doing someone else’s nails! I sat there for 35 minutes with acetone on my nails, until someone else had to come and finish the job. I’ve been getting SNS for a long time and it has NEVER taken this long to get it removed. They also charged me $10 for it. Terrible service, not friendly at all. Do not recommend.

Fast and efficient service. Clean and friendly. My feet look and feel beautiful.

The staff is great and I must say that I had the best pedicure ever.

They dont use lotion until after your nails are painted, a fuse went out while I was there, they hurried me out and now my nails look worse than before. Whatever oil they put on my nails after to make them dry faster made my nail polish develop small white bubbles in it.
