ESPECIALLY the ones on the street of Butterball.If you workers fixed those....THEN you get your full stars....ok?

Best maintenance team ever. We appreciate all that Duane and his team are doing to keep our community healthy. I needed a jump and Duane went the extra mile to help me and my daughter get our car started after bringing me a new filter for my apartment. If you move here you will have a maintenance team that actually cares about others and goes above and beyond to help you out. The office is also great just dont see them enough as we do maintenance. Bit overall a great place to call home

When are you guys going to hire a Porter/groundskeeper. This is a huge property to put off all the work onto one maintenance tech to do. Duane runs around working so hard but since I have lived here I have seen many workers quit so now he is left to do maintenance and pick up groundsI just wish the office staff would help out,,, you never see Shana walking the property or helping out her teamIt’s just not far in my opinion...... with all that being said I do want to give thanks to Duane and techs for doing the best and being great guys. Very professional maintenance team that will go above and beyond to help.. Also if I was y’all manager I would be putting in for a raise since you doing the job of two people

Want to thank the Maintenance guy Dwayne for being the best we have had in years. He hasnt been here more then six months and has made a huge improvement in the property. Very nice and respectful gentleman. Thanks for all you do We Appreciate YOU

I usually dont leave a review. However i read some of the reviews that werent so good. I was surprised. Since i had the best experience when coming to ashford hieghts appartments. First let me say the management and main manager in charge shawna is the most kind hearted caring person who really cares about people i was in a place for 8 years ended up being homeless for 8 months until metting shawna who went to every level quickly pushed to get me into a place getting me off the street sincewaitlist are long. I was hospitalized the last 2 days she called me and told me she had a place for me ready to move in not to worry and get better. To date i have been off the street for 2 years. She maintains the property has security and live on property maintenance who are fantastic. I am blessed and thankful to have met her best decision I ever made to join Ashford Heights a place to call home. and honored to be a resident. If you want a good complex this is the place to go and someone that cares a good manager ask for Shawna

The management is really good. Ladies in the office are very nice, responsible, always willing to help. They really care about people who live in this complex. Really good customer service! Maintenance workers always try to solve the problems and fix stuff on time., they keep the complex very clean!

This is not good places, the people in the offices is not professional, specially with latinos, the manager is like little racist and all time say u need speak English and she dont have any signed, and all the ladys worked at the office dont have respect for the residents special for latins, 3 times see all this my friend is resident and see like the manager talking with my friend

Such good apartments I moved in February 13th of this year about a month after I move in we started noticing mice.they just remodel so my apartment is not the only one having an issue with mice. But whenever I call about it they do take care of it right away.they found several holes and close them up so we will see hopefully I dont notice any more mice.other than that these are really good apartments and their affordable and I will be renewing my lease for a whole another year. Love the office staff and the maintenance are really good about taking care of stuff.Update havent had any mice issue for a while the office staff and maintenance took care of it.havent seen any at all for almost a year.there really good about fixing stuff and taking care of any problems they are good apartments they take any complaints very serious love living here.been here for a year and 5 months.

So Ive been here since December. Pretty good so far.. I was 50/50 because of bad reviews but I quickly realized I got a good deal. Its usually really quiet and rent is cheaper than a lot of places. Saddly its income restricted.

Best customer service experience I have ever had, the ladies in the office are awesome and helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent, people treat you the way you present yourself to them, thanks Ashford heights you are a great set

Trust me! Dont move here! A warning...if you want to get enough rest for work in the morning or if you are a homebody whatever the situation then I suggest not moving here. There are all kinds of people that are very noisy all through the night and barely anything done about it. Awful place to live! Also says on Google... Located in spring meadows apartments and that is incorrect. It is located at Ashford heights apartments! They gave wrong information to google either that or Google has the located in wrong.

Tara, Jenny and Georgina and the entire leasing staff have been so helpful with getting us all good to go with our move. From the moment I saw the apartment, I loved it! Love the amenities: 2 Pools+Spas as well as w/d in every unit, so convienient. Deposit affordable and apt complex grounds look very well kept, plus in my book. The apartment we chose is spacious and has a comfy feel as well as a fireplace, were looking forward to staying here for a very long time. Moving from the Bay Area in 2 weeks to save $$$, Thank you Ashford Heights for helping us achieve our goals and welcoming us home.

Friendly management and nice community. I love my updated apartment and washer and dryer INSIDE. Rent is very affordable which is hard to find in this area if you want a nice apartment with a washer and dryer inside.

My family just moved into Ashford Heights and we love it here. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. Every time I ever had a question or concern they really cared about my issue and addressed it quickly. The maintance men here are amazing and when I say amazing I mean it !!!! If you have a maintance problem they fix it the right way very quickly and never leave a mess for me to clean up and are very polite. This is the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at..

I moved in almost a year ago & I love it. People in office very nice & grounds kept very clean

Car gets broken here..no security at all...One got broken last night. They rule you with their ridiculous and stupid policies yet cant keep crooks away. The outside surrounding are dirty and people just smoke outside their apartment whenever they want...Inside apartment is better though but This place is worth 0 stars for everything else. This is a low income apartment but still overly priced.

Time for one last vacation before the warm weather ends. Keep your home safe while you enjoy your vacation.

This complex has roaches and there was mice everywhere. They put notices on doors that they are going to bomb for roaches. But never show up. they are very nice as your moving in but as soon as you are in then they are ready to evict you, and for the smallest things.( bikes or recycling on the patio). They dont abide by restraining orders. The people in the office dont care at all. They push my bf out to be homeless. When his new apt was only waiting on a verification form from this place. This is the worse place. I wpuld recommend it to even my enemy. (Btw rent was always paid on time)

It not safe place to live at. Rental office doesnt care about people who live there. They want money. They are greedy. Too much of criminals. They let them harm tenants.

My honest opinion?? This apartment complex sucks. Not very well kept at all. The people in the office?? They have really bad attitude problems. They dont care for their tenants. Theres a major roach issue thats been going on for a while. And they kept putting up notices on our door saying we will need to be out for when they spray. That never happened I was home each day someone was supposed to come out. They also dont really care if your trying to move out and need paperwork signed and sent in. Will never come back and will never refer someone to here

Not amused that crack heads come in our complex to dig through our dumpsters. Loved my apartment just not found of ppl that damper the complex.

Bad customers service rude. So get this so my wife lived there for a year had automatic payment then shed moved out then the took the whole rent out and told her that its her fault that she didnt take it off. Thats not because when u cancel ur lease then they cancel ur payment plan. So now she has to wait for 21

They are rude very disrespectful worst place to live stabbings that the complex wont tell you about, corrupt Management, loose pitbulls, inconsistent on making repairs, Last but not least the high rate of theft TERRIBLE PLACE
