Price gouging based on the market -How about based on the value of what youre selling?? Which is not worth 3 grand for 2 bedrooms?? and no parking. What a joke!! On top of a $900 deposit and $500 holding fee?! And just dont bother unless youre making 3x the rent during the pandemic. The price theyll quote you in person is over what is listed online. Not luxury, not worth the prices. The woman in the office couldnt even fill out a quote correctly. Three other residents came to the office looking for assistance and couldnt find help while we also waited to be helped. They just want to make money off the market at your expense -dont waste your time.

I moved into my apartment in February 2020 and I must say this place has exceeded my expectations. It’s one of the bigger units that I found in the area and I was able to choose from two different floorplans. The staff here is amazing and Teresa is always so pleasant from the moment I come in the door. The maintenance crew are such great guys and have amazing personalities, when I see them in the morning on my walk they always greet me. The only slight issue I have had was with parking but Teresa from the beginning was very upfront and honest about what to expect when it come to the spots filling up. Her honesty was beyond appreciated, rather than just trying to get the rental out of me she was upfront. I love my apartment.Thanks The Lofts

I moved in here three months ago, and to be honest, I love the area and the proximity to outdoor spaces and walkways for running. However, these apartments are not worth your money. They are largely overpriced and I didnt even know there was no assigned parking until after I signed the lease and a garage is extra on top of the insane rental price. The online portal to pay rent IS NOT intuitive and if you accidentally pay twice (which I did because the portal doesnt say if you have zero balance) they dont refund money. You have to go through your bank and in addition, the apartment complex will charge you a fee for returned money even though you already paid rent. I feel like all they care about is taking your money and charging fees that are not explicitly stated at the time of signing.I didnt feel like the property manager was trying to withhold information, but I feel jilted by omission. Sewer and water is NOT included in the rent price. This is in the contract, but its not explicitly stated by property management. It just feels slimy. Not only is it not included in the rent, but they do charge by individual usage, so there is no flat rate (which I was not made aware of). Oh and in addition, they charge a fee for signing you up for the sewage and water because they contract through a third party. Its ridiculous. So generally, you are better off renting a house for similar/same value and you dont have to deal with noisy tenants if you live at the middle or lower level. Neighbors are generally friendly, but some people dont know how to be respectful and keep their music down as they drive in and out of the complex.

Ive lived here off and on for about a year. My work got me the apartment so I didnt really choose it. Anyway, its terrible their is no parking after 8pm and even if you do get a spot its always clear across the complex which is the worst when you buy groceries. I dont recommend this place at all.

There is never any parking available after 8pm. If you like to live in a complex where you constantly have to park outside the property at night where it is not safe then this is the spot for you. Also if you like to get your car broken into then this is also a spot for you. There is no assigned parking here so it’s first come first serve and who ever doesn’t get a parking, you’re screwed. I wish I would have never signed a lease here.

Have lived at the Lofts for over 2 years, not really a review person but I was looking for a new apartment to live and found out what a great value my Apartment is and what a great job my apartments do, Place is always clean even on weekends they clean up. They have installed all new LED lighting, looks like upscale hotel.. my current garage is huge compared to what i looked at....I have been shopping around going to other apartments the people that worked at them were just so useless, Today i went and sat with Nadia and Patty so professional they worked out a lease term that worked out perfect, The ladies where well dressed and pros ....I signed 13 month Lease renew.....Thanks

I just moved into The Lofts Apartments and I am so excited to be there. The staff is helpful and friendly. I havent had to call for a service request yet so I cant really speak on them. I will tell you that my apartment home is beautiful and well maintained. Having a garage to park my car in is such a blessing.

Moved to Lofts a couple weeks ago, couldnt be happier with our new place. The grounds and units are well maintained. The maintenance team is great and really take care of the property. Called today for a few minor repairs and they were resolved satisfactorily in less then a hour.

I just moved into the Lofts apartments a few months ago. The office staff was friendly upon move in but I have to say with great surprise when taking out the trash I ran across the Maintenance guy that was cleaning the dumpster area, what a friendly man. He seemed to really care how everything looked and wanted to know my opinion. It seems really here and I really like coming home and pulling right into my garage that leads straight into my apartment. So far so good.RJ Jr.

We have been living here just under a year. Shortly before we moved in the management changedover. The new management is wonderful. They are very friendly, very helpful, always willing to answer questions or get your need met. Maintenance has been great. So far its been a great place to live. Dont get packages shipped to your front door unless youre going to be home. We had 3 or 4 packages stolen before we started having them shipped to lockers or only left at the front desk.

Well, I have been here for quite a while never written a review but I felt compel to do so after having a very pleasant interaction with the new management which is refreshing after the last one that was here that did nothing and was rude. I think Patty said they are Reliant Property Management the new management team that is here, I see so many changes happening which is good cause we sure needed some. I have submitted a work order my refrigerator went out David and Lucas the new maintenance guys were here immediately I was surprised I thought I was going to have to wait days like with the other team that left WOW!!! kudos to the owners for bringing this new team! for the looks of it we have finally have professionals here that want to actually work and take care of us here.Good job guys!!

Was a quiet area with a mediocre play ground, we stayed temporarily and new management was not helpful. Either shes overwhelmed or inexperienced. I called to ask if a package came in my name her response we are not responsible for calling or informing you, there is a room with all packages you can see if yours arrived security? Decency? Glad it was short and quick.

I moved into The Lofts roughly 7 weeks ago. What drew me in was the attached garage, and the fact that they had a detached garage available made it that much better for my fiance and I. Upon move in I wasnt very impressed since maintenance hadnt fixed the issues we brought up at the walk-through, it was nothing major but just annoying. Thankfully Theresa(i think is her name) & Nadia were able to take care of it right away when I mentioned it. Within 3-5 weeks of moving in my fridge broke down twice and my food went bad, I spoke w Patty & the regional manager about my situation & they not only replaced my fridge but came to a mutual agreement for my losses. I will say that I am pleased with the apartment complex & the way management has handled my situation. Thank you Nadia, Patty & Warren for being pleasant/professional even when situations arise.

Dont be fooled by the nice finishes. I have had nothing but problems with my apartment since I moved in. Ive had roof leaks since the week I moved in and they took a week to remove the mold in my apartment after I repeatedly called them about it. I have had water damaged walls for 2 months now. Considering ending my lease early. Paying premium price for below average rental service.

Extremely dissappointed with new management. I NEVER leave reviews, but I am furious with the fact that I am dealing with passive aggressive managers. Instead of treating me like a person and being empathetic and compassionate, they are more comfortable having their maintenance team deliver letters to their residents.I havent had hot water in almost a week. I submitted a maintenance request on Monday (it is now Saturday 1:30am, unable to sleep because of how livid I am feeling about this entire situation).My only request was that nobody enter my home without me or someone I trusted being there.So maintenance shows up when I get home from work on Monday 5pm and attempt to light pilot light which goes out at least once while he was here, tells me that if I still dont have hot water in the morning to let them know.Tuesday, still no hot water, submit another maintenance request, but because of work, I wasnt going to be home until closer to 6pm. I receive a voicemail sometime while I was at work to call them back... By the time I got off work, the office was already closed, so I didnt return their call.Wednesday, while I am at work, I receive a call from Patty to respond within 5 minutes or their vendor is going to leave. I was at work. Why wasnt this communicated prior? I call after work and Nadia tells me that she will attempt to call their vendor to see if he can come back around 5pm when I will be home. To which I responded with, so basically, if they cant come tonight, youre telling me that I wont have hot water until Friday because I will be working all day Thursday? She answers with, yes. WOW. I go directly to the office and while I am there, Nadia contacts their vendor. I tell vendor that I must leave for work at 8:45am, so if he could come at 8am, I will be home. He informs me that he may need to get parts to fix my water heater, so I ask if he can come back Friday morning when I am available. He says yes.Thursday, 8am, vendor shows up right on time. He takes a look at my water heater and explains to me that the converter currently on my water heater allows for the pilot light to go out with just a breeze and that he needs to talk with management to change it out for a better one. Also if I still dont have hot water to contact the office. Arrive home after work, again when the office is already closed, submit yet another maintenance request.Friday, Nadia calls around 11:30am, while I am out running errands, and asks when I will be home. Told her I can be home within 30 minutes... to which she pretty much says, youll be home for the rest of the day. No, I have responsibilities. I share with her that her vendor is expecting a call from her... and also the information that he shared with me.... At this point, I dont know if the vendor actually communicated with her because she went quiet. Told her to let me know when the vendor is available and I will be home. I am aware that he needs a 2 hour time frame to clean the water heater unit to see if that works, or to replace current converter. She texts him, but never calls me back. 4:45pm, still no call, so I call to check-in. Nadia tells me, I dont know, I will have my manager call you. 5:40pm, no call, so I call to express my frustration, in a voice message, with their inability to schedule their vendor during a time that I will be home. 6:45pm, discover a notice on my door stating that they will enter my apartment on Monday between the hours of 8am-5pm to make necessary and or agreed repairs. Another WOW. Instead of talking to me like a human being, I am forced to allow them to enter my home.Feeling extremely disrespected and violated. Am I supposed to assume that I will not have hot water until Monday? Again, an entire week without hot water.People work to pay rent. With the amount I am paying, you would like to believe that human decency is a thing. This is my home. I am being forced to allow strangers into my home... while I am not home.

Entirely too expensive! I pay $1238.00, for a one bedroom and that isnt including the water bill they attach to the rent, making you pay it when they want you to. Parking is almost NEVER available! If you dont want to have to park a mile from where your building is, youll have to pay a $100.00 monthly fee for a garage. So, of course I added the garage, because who wants to walk groceries a mile home?? Certainly not I and not anyone sane. The garage fee is also added to your rent, along with trash and their costly sewage fee. So yes, Im paying over $1,400.00 a month for a 803 square footage, one bedroom apartment. Oh, and dont ever pay your rent a day or two late. There is NO grace period😒 They will increase your balance due, by $100.00. Smh, An Incredibly greedy leasing agency. Most of the tenants here, seem to be of a low income, trashy caliber. They do not take pride in their property, therefore, bringing down its curb appeal. The stairs ALWAYS look disgusting! There isnt a day when there isnt someones trash sitting outside their door or homeless ppl picking through the dumpsters.... You would think this property would be gated, considering how much its priced. A terrible decision I made moving here and I couldnt be more excited to leave next month. All in all, the Lofts are nice apartments to an extent, but not at all worth the price. Ive been here for a year and I will not give them another dime after my lease ends. I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone.

Where should I start. I guess Ill start with the fact that this place is overpriced and under managed They have homeless people coming in the middle of the night and morning stealing trash. People sell drugs in front of the main building near the entrance at night. Ive seen atleast 3 incidents where drunk people were just wondering up and down the parking lot screaming at people. There were about 4 incidents where the apartments across from me were broken into and ran sacked. Under new management who bought the property and has a former tenant I wasnt notified via email or notice. The new management Reliant Property are dishonest, disrespectful, and they break California Civil Code Laws. I left the apartment in great condition and they refuse to give me my deposit back. In 21 days I never received an itemization or mailed deposit. They dont honor leasing contracts. I had to take them to small claims court. If you are thinking about living here change your mind quick. There are plenty of other good places in Sacramento that deserve your money and reasonable and who will work with you.

Ive been here for 8 months and find the office staff to be rude. If they accept a package without my knowledge or consent they dont even email you to let you know you have a package. I called to see if they could let me know if I received a package and the lady who answered the phone by saying thank you for calling the lofts, Im here to help you, yet her response about checking on my package was no, you can come down Im about to do a tour. REALLY? So she didnt want to help, just trying to make herself look good with a potential new tenant. First off I live here and she could of rephrased it by saying, I am about to do a tour but can check for you when Im done. But she flat out said NO. Next this is suppose to be a drug free community yet people are constantly smoking pot and when you tell management they do NOTHING. Also people drive like maniacs and I was almost hit, again when I told management she did nothing. Also on my move in day my apartment wasnt ready and that was such a huge fiasco that I had to file a complaint with the new owner on day ONE! Very expensive, which I was willing to pay for the size and how nice the apartment is but omg the staff is awful, and they dont know a darn thing about customer service.
