Renovated to the point of a new apartment with new carpeting, appliances etc. Great landscape. Knowledgeable and proficient maintenance staff. Personable, diligent office associates and supportive management. Shout out to Darian for surprising my family with their spacious and exceptional duplex home.
To Whom It May Concern:I was living here in Evergreen Park apartment east side from March 3rd. 2020 to June 23rd 2021, The reason I left just one star here is:The management threatened me unhuman anytime I faced to them or while I was calling them during the stated period, and also they cut 1100 $ from 1500$ deposit That they kept from me despite I presented Them the prove of my income based on their policy, another reason is, it has been more than four months, they do not confirm my living from the stated dates, to the Sacramento emergency assistance SERA project, I stuck here in Afghanistan with my wife and four kids while we came here on July 8. 2021 and our return date was August 20. 2021 but on August 15 the government here fall down and still we are stuck here, My bank account need the money for next month payment in my new address but they do not confirm my living to Shra SERA 2 PROGRAM to reimburse TO MY ACCOUNT, I am going to upload some documents showing the above case, you can kindly open that in PDFX.Thank you.Ibrahim.
Scarlett is very helpful, I moved in a week ago and she has helped me so much and answered all of my questions. She is a really good worker.
Such a great experience living here so far! The staff is all fantastic and friendly. Emily, one of the managers in the front office, was always so helpful even before we moved in. The complex is very clean/quiet. Theres plenty of restaurants/grocery stores within walking distance. And the university is pretty close by so it works out great! Definitely recommend the apartments to anyone who is interested!
We have lived here almost 2 years. The office staff is very sweet and helpful, if you need anything they are always glad to help. The maintenance staff is on time, fix thing quickly if they cant they get someone who can right away. The grounds are well kept and park like. The parking and safety is great. A very nice comfortable place to call home we will be here for years to come
This is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are clean, the people are nice, and it is a very convenient location. All the appliances in the apartment are new and the apartment itself is well lit and very fresh feeling. The maintenance staff does a great job and is very timely in their responses to requests. Rent is reasonably priced and there is adequate parking. Overall a very good place to live.
So many people smoke weed in these apartments when it is not allowed. If you have children I advise you to not live here, but if your a pot head I’m sure the management would love to have you here. Every day when i come home it smells like weed, and my head hurts from the overwhelming smell. Management still has done nothing to make sure the people that live here are satisfied. And that’s not the only problem, there is roaches that crawl out of the vents and come from outside. It’s really a beautiful apartment complex but the management needs to do something about these constant problems.
This is my second time living in this apartment complex. The upgrade they did on the kitchen area was great. But what makes this apartment complex so good is the maintenance. If you have a problem, they come out either that day or the next day. And they even call before coming over which is a plus. They don’t mind dogs or kids and are very knowledgeable. In addition to the great maintenance, the pool area is clean and quiet and well lit. The parking lot has good lighting too. You even get an assigned parking so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space. The gate will not open unless you have an opener which cuts down on crime. The office hours are extended and the patios are big enough for a table and chairs. The only bad think is the gym because it has so little, like 4 machines but is always empty. Across the street is a grocery store, Chinese place, donut, pizza, and nail salons. It is also close to highway 50 and ten minutes from the light rail station. I have referred friends here and picked this place twice. It is a great place for the price and location.
I have lived here since this complex was called Tally Ho Village. They are amazing here. Management is always ready and accessible, and there is even a night manager in case of emergencies. The apartments are clean when you move in and are kept in good condition. Any and all complaints are heard and taken seriously. Maintenance is always on top of any repairs you may need done to your apartment. Rent is affordable and amenities are well worth it. 2 Pools, 2 hot tubs, amazing weight room, in unit washer/dryer. These apartments are amazing and i would highly recommend them!
I have been living at the Evergreen Park apartments for almost 3 years now, I have never had a problem. I truly enjoy the personalities of the management, they remember the names of all the tenants, including my son and considering this is not a small complex this is a terrific thing. If I have had maintenance issue they have had someone there within less than 24 hours or less to take car of the issues. The grounds are well kept and for those who have pets there are bags there for clean-up when you are walking your dog. It is a terrific place to live.
Evergreen park has newly updated interiors on their apartments, and I do love my kitchen. My friends & family constantly compliment me on my cute place! However, I have had several experiences with encountering homeless men inside of the gates, and the walls do seem thin at times (I can hear my neighbors bathroom fan from my bedroom!)
My family and i are packing up to leave ASAP because apparently these apartments are DRUG FRIENDLY!! We are involuntarily being subjected to marijuana smoke all day, every day. They say its not allowed in the apartments but they dont do anything to stop it. ALL of our belongings now smell like marijuana and Im having to show up to work smelling like it because of how intense it is every single day. So if youre a serious stoner, these are the apartments for you, youll be allowed to smoke in your apartment all day, everyday without repercussions!
Lived here since 2012 and it is a nice place to live. Very good and quite apartments. Havent had any bad experiences with management. Fair prices and maintenance guys are really good and quick about fixing anything in the apartments. Close to good schools and plazas.
I have lived in an Evergreen Park duplex since last March. This is by far one of the best companies I have ever rented from. From the very beginning the office staff has been nothing but helpful. They were very understanding to my personal needs and helped me to get the best rental price I could find. The office staff and maintenance staff are very efficient at fixing any problems that I have ever had. The overnight staff was also very helpful and acted fast when I lost my house keys while on a run around the very quiet and safe neighborhoods nearby. The neighbors are kind and very considerate and have shown me the utmost respect.
As a college student it is convenient to be close to school and have a grocery store right across the street. All of the staff is very nice and accommodating (Aileen helped me out and she was wonderful!) the maintenance is WONDERFUL!! they come as soon as you need, easy to contact and are always respectful and nice. The facilities are well taken care of and the apartments have good layouts. The negative aspects are parking because you get one spot per apartment and with two people living in the apartment one gets the covered spot and the other has to find an uncovered spot. There isnt a lot of uncovered spots. But all in all i would recommend living here.
Went to go look at an apartment with Mariana. She said shed wave the applications fee. Something didnt work out and I wasnt able to move in. 6 months later I get a letter saying I owe them 60$. They wont return my calls. So apparently that was only waved if I moved in. Very impractical and horrible business. Dont waste your time with this place youl end up owing money.
The apartments are very safe and very well maintained. The location is ideal, it is very convenient to 50. There are several restaurants nearby and a good grocery store cross street. All the staff members are very friendly and always ready to help.
I am writing this help to warn anyone even considering moving into these apartments. If you are desperate for a roof over your head I would still advise you to continue looking. I *wish* someone would have done this for me.😩1.) COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! You can keep your home clean enough to lick the bathroom floor and it will never be enough to keep these things out of your home. You can have them spray, purchase additional traps, electronic devices... It doesnt matter what you do. This place is INFESTED with cockroaches. They have HUGE roaches half the size of your finger and smaller quicker brown ones that will come into your home and crawl over all of your things day and night to the point you feel as if even when you are away from home they are with you. It is a huge problem that this apartment community does not take seriously. I would especially not recommend these apartments for families with little BABIES!!! Dont take my word for it. Just walk around the property at night and you will see them scattering left and right.2.) Dont let them sell you on non smoking units. Thats a JOKE! People smoke everywhere and you cannot open your patio sliding door without breathing in cigarette smoke (as if the air we breathe already doesnt have enough toxins). I live/ed on the smoking half but if you walk to the non smoking units side to go to the office OR that main pool or whatever reason you always smell cigarettes. Just dont let the term NON SMOKING impact your decision as far as location because IT IS ALL THE SAME!!!3.) I will post pictures of the dumpsters to save us both some time. (This doesnt help with the roaches)4.) They advertise restrictions on pets and portray the image that they take pet feces being left behind seriously however that IS NOT THE CASE!!! I would take pictures but the smell in this heat.... Uggghhhh!!! Initially I was impressed with the idea that they would collect pets data for the pets residing on the property so if the feces was not picked up they could match it up and there would be penalties. It smells strongly of dog!/cat poop several days throughout the week and you see the same dogs and owners doing it so OBVIOUSLY there are NO repercussions in breaking this so called rule.5.) There are soOOOOO many stray cats all over this property its crazy!!! They are huge, pop out of the bushes in packs (no exaggeration) and are incredibly loud ALL NIGHT LONG. If youre not a deep sleeper they will be the worst alarm clock youve ever had. I never would have imagined.6.) The gate key takes about 5 minutes to open the gate. The first time I had this issue they replaced the gate opener but that did not help. It is a pain after youve had a long day at work to finally get home and have to sit and wait in front of the gate until it actually wants to work. Sometimes you have to get out of the car and press it from various different angles. Instead of spending money on old cookies to put out in the office and trashy movies to play out at the pool next to the Cockroaches they should fix the damn gate.7.) Im not going back outside to take more pictures but the hot tub by the dumpy kids playground is DISGUSTING! IN ADDITION I NEVER SEE ANYONE CLEANING ANY OF THE POOLS. Its already uninviting to see dead roaches all around the pool but with the hot weather here they need to be on top of these things and they are not. I would go to my friends house or sisters apartment pool because you can feel the difference!8.) The gym SUCKS and the AC stinks.9.) Last misc. WARNINGS: There is trash all over the PROPERTY, dirt patches where grass does not grow because there is so much dog feces. The Round Table and old Del Taco parking lots in front of one half of the property has lots of glass, SCREWED UP potholes that will ruin your vehicle and is also a huge attraction for drug deals and homeless people. Its sad but true. There are branches that get cut down and are there for weeks! There are carport lights hanging /not working left and right. The BBQ by the dumpy kids playground is also full of trash.
I have lived in this duplex home for almost two years and I have loved living here. A safe environment is a top priority for me because I have two young children. This place is very safe and I have never felt afraid coming home late at night. I even accidentally left my front door wide open one day and came home with nothing taken or disturbed. My neighbors are very friendly and the area has a residential feel to it. The other plus is that the duplex is far enough away from the main busy street of Keifer but it is within walking distance of the apartments’ amenities which includes the pool and the gym. Another aspect I really love is the office staff, especially Emily; she is always so very nice and helpful. She has made a real effort to know me and my children on a first name basis which I have never experienced before at other apartments. The office staff and maintenance are really great about fixing any problems correctly and efficiently. My fridge just broke, on a Saturday, and I had a new one within the hour due to the great maintenance team. In regards to the duplex itself I really like the layout; it is spacious with new and updated features, especially the washer and dryer that are included. The backyard is really great for my kids and it is really a good size for them. One con that I can think of is due to the landscape company. They only use a leaf blower for the yard which leaves behind the tiny brown balls, the spiky ones that come from the tree in my front yard. I am not able to let my kids play in the front yard because of it. I requested twice for it to be fixed but it hasn’t changed. The other con is the expensive water/utility bill; expect to be paying at least $100 more. But overall I really like this duplex and I think that what I pay in rent and the extra utility bill is worth the safe environment, the quick maintenance repairs, the use of the pool and the gym, a washer and dryer, a big garage, a spacious home layout and a great backyard.
This has been a great apartment Ive only been here for a months now but it is so quiet. I moved out of my last place because of a noise issue from the upstairs but I cant hear the person living above me. Its a great remoulded apartments has allot of amenities and a huge patio! they allow pets.. Dogs and Cats and my little dog love the grounds they have clean up-stations all around the complex. I am very happy and im sure you will be too.
When signing the lease we were asked our preference for smoking or a non smoking apartment. We said non smoking and asked if smoking on the patio was okay. The employee straight lied to our faces and said yes even joking that that would be a deal breaker huh?. Three months later received notice from admin to discontinue smoking on patio due to no smoking rules in areas around non smoking apartments. Property manager was not fazed by her employees dishonesty. Dont live here. Edit: Had to go around the office to corporate to have renter history forwarded to new apartment complex. Unnacceptable.
Its easy to forget everything on a holiday especially on a Sunday so I missed paying $96+ water bill due on the first of April. Its only the 2nd of April and I was charged $53+ more. Today I paid $150.21 for a water bill. Their water is gold!
Its a well-maintained apartment complex with some nice facilities. Rent is a bit high, but you get a lot for it. Overall its a good place.
I reported the vanity light in my master bedroom broken june 28. Its now july 6th and still not repaired. Today was the third time i reminded them about the broken light. I also renewed our lease and got the schedule for carpet cleaning in the morning of june 28, i had moved all furniture outside. They didnt show up. I am surprised of their working way. I know that they are busy but at least they need to tell their clients about the timeline and follow up. I am very disappointed and frustrated.
I moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area trying to escape the high cost of living. My criteria for choosing my new residence were the following:Pet friendly, reasonable rent, a lot of grass areas for my dogs, shopping areas close by, friendly staff, conveniently located in the city and flexible lease terms. Well, after looking at so many apartments (spent hours and hours searching online and visiting many apartments) I chose Evergreen apt. I have no regrets, the staff including maintenance ppl are so friendly, they really made me feel at home immediately.Kayla (she was so patient with me since Im not very tech savvy) helped me process everything via phone and online, Mardiana helped me check in and explained further once I got here. She even helped me look for my dog when she went missing. You have no idea what that meant to me that she literally dropped everything to help me. I just want to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything to all the staff members for making my new home feel like a home.
Been living here since August 2012 and still currently live here. The apartments is close by supermarkets, sacramento state, light rail, freeways, fast food places, etc. They remodel the kitchen, which looks really nice now. The apartments comes with Washer/Dryer in the unit! Monthly inspection for maintenance, however when they do yard work outside it can get really noisy in the morning. The staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever you bring a problem to them. It is very clean and quiet here, so far I have a great experience living here.
Visited my sister the other day and was absolutely appalled by the conditions she and her kids are having to live with. As soon as I walked in the door, I was hit with the strong odor of mairjuana, she informed me that the neighbors are allowed to smoke inside their apartments. She said that it comes in through the vents all day long and she has to take her kids outside so theyre not exposed to that 24 hours a day. As I was staying in her apartment for the short time that I did, I noticed a roach crawling around in her patio and she said that theyre always around, both inside and outside. I was woken up in the early hours of the morning by the stomping of her upstairs neighbors. I also felt unsafe walking to my car at night. It is outrageous the amount of money shes paying, just to live in this type of apartment complex. I offered to let her 2 sons stay over at my place because i feel very uncomfortable letting them stay here, especially the younger one whos asthma has worsened because of the constant mairjuana smoke.
Evergreen Park is a very comfortable place to live. The Management Staff and the Maintenance Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I recommend living here with the highest confidence.
Convenient & safe location, practical floor plans, well maintained, quiet neighborhood, and friendly office staff. All the positive attributes apply to this complex.
VERY HORRIBLE, I really didnt want to give them any stars to start with, they do not deserve any. one star was only to make the post, post. I do not suggest this apartment to anyone in the future i wish i was told and could leave. Ive been living there for about 5 months and have seen so many roaches all around the building a couple days after moving in. As we complained not much was done. now we have roaches in our apartment and we have complained multiple times, and pest control came and they did such a half job. We have found a lot more in our refrigerator, cabinets, walls, crawling on floors and also in the pool / jacuzzi. The office and staffing are very rude they do not seem to care about the bugs or give you the idea of getting it corrected. They are unprofessional and uncooperative. Not at all worth the amount youll be paying to live in.
Great apartments. staff is very nice and helpful. I love the fact that we are so close to stores and the space in apartments.
I moved to Sacramento Three Years ago to Evergreen Park which back then was Tally Ho VIllage. It was the only apartment complex that had an nice apartment that was gated, had a washer and dryer and in a location that was near Sac State and the rent was at a reasonable price. I have never had any problems living here. When something needed to be fixed in our apartment they were on it right away. Since moving here ive relocated to a different apartment# but the same complex because they were renovating. AND I LOVE IT!! everyone that ever visits me always says how nice our apartment looks The staff is always friendly, know you by a first name basis. I order a lot of things online and they hold it at the front office for me and you need to sign off for them to release it to you. Overall i highly recommend this apartment. The only CON I have about living here is the traffic in the morning because we are near the free way. But the pro i have, is also living near the freeway
Ive live here for a little over a year now and I must say, the apartments are really nice. Each staff member will go up and over to make sure they fixed and informed you of everything thats been taken care of.Ifs very quiet and I havent had any bad experiences since living here. I would most definitely refer someone to live in these apartments.**the onsite gym is also a plus** :)
Great first month so far. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Grounds are upkept as well inside the units. Units are updated.
Weve been here just under a year now and its wonderful. The best example I have is that our freezer broke. I sent an email in at about 9am, by 11am I had a voicemail that they had replaced the fridge and moved all the food over. All of our neighbors are either friendly or just straight keep to themselves, either way is good with me. The area seems a little sketchy but seriously when you enter through the gates its like youre somewhere else entirely. The only irritations weve had were right after Christmas, by about January 7th, we got a notice on our door that we had to take down our Christmas lights. That in and of itself isnt the worse thing, you sign something that you agree to things like that. What has made it really irking is that we have several neighbors who still have lights up. In May. And they seem to be only 2nd story apartments. But, that is seriously the only complaint Ive had, and its a minor one. Good place to live!
Let me first say, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! And I would have remained here much longer if I could have. I moved into Evergreen Park apartments a year ago.The mature landscaping give the place a peaceful feel. The closed gate policy can be a hassle when you have visitors, but it makes the place much safer than any other in the area. I felt very safe on the grounds, even at night. The best part about this place is that most of its tenants are people friendly, so they take care of how it looks and even thought it is close to stores, restaurants and main street (Kiefer Blvd) it is not at all noisy. It is also pet friendly, and there is potty bag stations to keep the property clean when walking our doggie. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath setup was wonderful, especially in the winter. There is also great closet space!!! We had heating and cooling throughout the apartment. We had very little need to call maintenance. The office staff: Tammy,Eileen and Tabby... are extremely great. It would have been nice to have had 2 parking spots, but there was so much extra paking that it was never a problem.Best of all, when i move i will miss the fact that i had an elementary, middle and high school so near.
Once you walk in there is some one to great you. the women in the office are so helpful and friendly. whatever you need to know theyll provide it to you. the apartments are to die for, newly remodled and very spacious. I would recommend them to anyone
Stayed here for a year. The kitchen was great and updated. Washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus. Gated and also across the street from save mart and a bunch of resturaunts. Highly recomended.
I lived here for about two years and even if it is sketchy outside the gates, inside is really nice. Most of the neighbors are nice. I got my car broken into twice and torn up even if I didnt have anything in the car. They do only have one available parking per apartment so if you have two people like most people do, youre pretty much out of luck. Now for the fun part if you are a little loud, youll get a notice, if you leave some stuff in the balcony, youll get a complaint. There was no point in having a balcony because we could not put anything on there. The rent was also disappointing because it keeps increasing every year if you want to stay there but I guess thats hot they price their tenants out just in case the rent goes higher so they can make more money. The office is okay, sometimes theyll be out one, two or three hours depending on what they feel like. I felt with loyalty for staying there is not really rewarded or appreciated. Oh yeah the water charge is freaking ridiculous! $100 just for water?!?!! Really? We went on vacation and checked to see if it would be lowered.....nope! Still $100! Complete rip off!And this is the best part of all! When i was moving the inspection came and said we would get some of our deposit back! out of $1000, at least we would be seeing something back. The initial guarantee was we would be getting $800 back. And since the carpet was at least two or three years old, we only had to pay for maybe one or two years of the carpet price.Guess what? they called us back and decided to tell us that WE owed them $700!!!! They stole $1700 away from us and unfortunately we could not do anything about it. So even though this place seems amazing on paper, DO NOT DO IT unless you like giving your money away for free.
This apartment so horrible. And the service so bad. We have balance discussion, so they did not sign the renewer agreement, but when we move out they still not tell us any true. Still charge us, they said we broken lease. And we paid all the fees whenever they want. And the office agent I forgot her name . When I bring the paper to ask her about the balance the details. She said pain we need to paid. Cleaning we need to paid .then I ask her to show the receive. But she said she will request.i told her everything we find out ok. I gonna paid. If not I will not paid. Cause I still have 1590$extra paid we still have to discuss . And she said ok. Will call manager call me to solve problem. But she call me one time I was busy .But I call back she is not office. And someone answer the phone said will call me back on Monday but she still not call me back . So I call back still not body response . And this time they send me the collection . Yes the lady she told me if not paid will send collection . I said you have to return me the broken lease fee. Because I did not sign the renewer agreement how you charge the fees. And I told her of not fair I will hire a lawyer help me she said she has lawer.l it look like everything they said yes.or no. We cant said anything just paid whenever they charge. So please help me find which department they can help us. If we not do anything they will do the same thing with other custormer. Please. I have all the information can provider to you if you want. I wrote everything what I said .And just worry will forgot.
Stay away from this place and the office staff. Sweet the first day, huge AHs once you are in.. And if you leave you will owe them money even if you Dont...
So far after a week of living here I think everything is going better than I expected. Drive through the area at different times of the day before you decide to rent here and see if its for you.Read the entire lease and agree to what you signed for and there shouldnt be a problem.(cons)Bedroom window is a little thin and noise comes through the thin window easily, but that is an easy DIY fix (without violating the lease rules). Found a few staples sticking out my carpet (by stepping on them) smashed em down, so that problem is gone too. There are a lot of homeless people around the area, but they mind their business and dont come inside the complex. (Ive heard the water/sewer/trash is expensive, ill find out soon). I have had a few little dogs run at me because they werent on a leash, but animals dont scare me, however some people may not like that.(pros)Water pressure is good and hot water is not an issue. Power outlets everywhere (awesome). Neighbors all seem to be cool and pretty quiet. Appliances are pretty nice. The night staff is AWESOME and im glad they have someone here until 2 am to fix things like parking issues. There is food right outside the apartment and having all those stores across the street is really handy. There is some guest parking inside, and plenty of spots outside after-hours. The apartment itself is kept in very good shape and its clean. I am in a building that allows smoking, but i havent smelled anyones smoke and keep my windows open while im home (2nd floor).
Just don’t rent there. Worst management company ever dealt with.
I enjoy living here. All of the staff is polite and professtional. The maintenence is always prompt to repair issues. If you are ok with a small kitchen and not a lot of storage space, these apartments are great.I love having my in-unit washer and dryer and there were new appliances and carpets when we moved in.I would recommend this apartment complex.
Ive lived here since August 2014, and my experience here has been okay.Pros:- Extremely friendly and helpful staff.- Gated community- The grounds are kept clean (aside from bad pet owners who dont pick up after their pets)- Rent is reasonable 2bed/2bath for 1k- New appliances (includes a washer/dryer!)- Close to storesCons:- Noise - not from the apartment community itself, but from the surrounding area (random people yelling at each other on the streets at random times, the other night there were people screaming at the top of their lungs at 2AM in the morning). This is dependent on what apartment you have, as there are many that does not face the streets.- The water/sewage bill is ridiculous. Last month it cost my roommate and I 84 dollars and we were gone on vacation for about 3 weeks!!! I cant believe that they force us to split the bills with people in the same complex when our neighbor has 5 or 6 people living in it.- Small and outdated gym- Small kitchen areaDespite the few cons, I would consider living here again, depending on the price of the next contract.
Definitely the best apartments in this area. Close to everything and most importantly close to work so less commute.
After living here for 6 months overall I had great experience!Pros:-The staff members are very friendly.-They have maintenance available around the clock.-If you work late hours and expecting a package you can pick it up the same day! You have until 2:30AM to pick it up.-Landscape seems to be key around here. They are always doing things to keep things more modernly beautiful.-It is always clean outside. I often see a maintenance guy picking up trash with a picker upper and a bucket. Shout out to that one guy! :]-The apartment comes with modern gas stove, microwave with a hood, garnet tops, dishwasher, and stacked washer and drier.-Their carpets are kept to their standards. If it doesnt meet their standards then they replace them.-If you take a look at their model apartment it looks exactly the same minus the furnishing.-The concrete floored patio consists of a pretty good amount of space.-You are allowed to have gas grills.-It is a gated community.-It is in the same area as Round Tables, Teriyaki Chicken, Del Taco, a doughnut shop, 711, Shell gas station, and many other stores.-Across the street: Save Mart (Bank of America ATM inside), Rite Aid, Wells Fargo, Chase, and many other stores so it is very convenient.-There are garages available for an extra fee.-You are also allowed to have pets for a monthly fee. There are doggy bags around the area so people have no excuse to pick up their pets waste.-There are picnic tables with shade and BBQ grills outside.-They have a pools and jacuzzis.-Theres a gym. There are 2 treadmills, weight machines, elliptical machine, bike machine, and a stair master machine.Cons:-You are only allowed to have max 2 cars which means 2 parking spaces (1 covered which is designated just for you and 1 uncovered area). Past 10PM it is difficult to find an uncovered area because they are almost all taken. After midnight you wont find any open spots. You will have to park your car in an area outside the gate.-There is a utility bill (Water, Sewage, Trash, Trash admin fee, Water flat charge, and a service fee) which is not included on to your rent. For 2 people so far it ranged from $60-80.-Kitchen space is kind of small if you have a lot of things like a blender, rice cooker, protein bottles, electric water boiler that sit on the counter. Cabinet space is okay. We have a set of pots and pans and it fills the cabinets. It might not be small for you. Look up photos.-The gym is small. No free weights. It needs an update on a couple machines.-For single bedroom apartments there is no window to ventilate the steam in the bathroom. Even though there is a fan it isnt enough to let all the moisture out. Also, i can hear the water running when my upstairs neighbor is showering or flushing their toilet. Conclusion: Despite the few cons I would love to keep living here depending on how much of an increase there is for the next contract. The cons I listed obviously depends on your living style. What I said might not even be a problem for you! Overall I do recommend living here at Evergreen Park apartments!
My fience and I just moved in a few weeks ago and this is one of the best apartments I have seen and lived in. We love it here and are happy to call it home. Its gated so outside people cant come in and there are a lot of open parking for two car families. The pool and gym area are great and the staff are friendly and always helpfull. Definately recomend taking a look at this place!
Nice safe place to live the apartments are nice
The apartments are wonderful no complaints.
Roaches everywhere and even if you request pest control for your apartment it doesn’t help because the place is infested with them.
Very expensive $120 water and trashAlmost $1500 . I’m moving soon
So far So good
