This apartment complex is pretty much out of date. Stuck in time. It’s okay for temporary housing IF your not a too sensitive type. Sensitive to spirits! There’s a good chance there will be ghosts/entities/spirits/energies ( whatever you want to call them) coming in and out of your home. Which can effect the health of your pets and yourself. Even your plants from what I e come to understand.I just thought it is fair to be informed about such things. As this Was the place where the infamous “Vampire Killer” lived. Who killed several people; including a 2 year old, and dismembered the bodies and drank their blood.Pretty sure that’s not something the leasing agents will disclose to you before renting to you!!!

I have lived at the country club coming up on three years and have never had any problems. Anything that was broken got fixed fast and they have really good caretakers that keep the place clean/free of garbage. It also has a couple of MAJOR bus routes that stop just outside the front gate, and its super close to a really nice super market. Despite being right on Watt Ave. it gets quiet around 10pm. Best Apts In SAC!

Nice place to live and to build up to a bigger place. The manager is nice and reasonable. The manager love dogs.

Not taken care of, the owner could make it look nicer. The people that live there could have better chances if they had a better environment to live in. The environment does change behavior in people.

Trash man comes everyday at 4am and intentionally makes as much noise as possible

THE WAY I SEE IT IS THESE APTS ARE ONLY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING IF THE PERSON IS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING AND THE WAY THE APTS HAVE BEEN LEFT BY EX TENANTS LETS JUST SAY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING IS A UNDERSTATEMENT.... I LIVE HERE AND MY APT IS CLEAN NOT TO MENTION ALL THE TURN AROUND TERRI AND KEVIN AND SEGRARIO HAVE DONE GETTING RID OF DRUGS AND THE PEOPLE THAT DEAL. AND NO MAINTENANCE WORKS LATE NIGHTS MAKING NOISE AND BEING LOUD UNLESS THERES A EMERGENCY.....

Its a wonderfull honest place to live terry is allsome i love that woman, it is who you are too keep it real

Creaky walkways on second floor announced your presence to everyone in the vicinity. New camaras were long overdue.
