I take all of of my cars here more times than I should 😂. I used to run stretched tires but one of the managers let me know really how dangerous it is so I stopped. Good people here down to earth humans. They also helped me get my car out of the driveway when it was stuck because its to low. Professional people. Caleb for the win!

Great overall service. Great friendly and checked out for free. Once the cause of my low tire pressure was found I was shown that. Was in the side wall, so unable to be patched. With full inspection and replacement was in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend them

Ordered four tires online, such an easy process. They called when tires were in, went up and they fitted tires in 45 minutes. Great service, fast installation, cant recommend them enough.

I love that they still offer to air up tires free on cold mornings even if not purchased there. I did not really like the last set of tires I bought somewhere else so this time I paid just a tiny bit more for some best tires at Discount tire. The tires seem a lot better and the guys were courteous, fast and they had a better waiting area than the other place. Also I drove off then came back and asked them to check my spare bc a road trip was coming soon. They were glad to do it right away. Good service.

Fixing a flat and rotate balance. Fast and courteous. Placed my spare back perfectly.

I got a road hazard for all of 4 tires. First, I went to a different Discount Tire store for repairing the flat tire. They ignored the fact that my tires have the road hazard protection, forcing me to buy a brand new tire which is completely wrong against their own company policy. I decided to visit other store to find out there is any other honest Discount Tire store. Yes, I found the right and honest store. As soon as they saw the unrepairable tire, they applied the road hazard protection which means the entire tire installation covered free. I am really impressed for their honest business. This store is TXD 68 and locates at 5440 S HWY 78 Sachse.

The staff is very friendly and the service is quick and efficient, they take care of your car and all the services that you need!!

My wheels took over twice as long to come in as they told me they would. They tried to blame FedEx and said theyve been having problems since covid but they failed to mention this before they took my deposit. Then they put a new tire on a cracked rim for some reason and I had to make an extra trip to bring it back in. They gave me less than 10% off for all the hassle and had bad attitudes the whole time. They didnt seem to care at all and gave me the vibe that I was being a pain. Ill never do business there again.

I’ve been working with Discount Tires since 1996 (literally since I was 16) and I’ve always been treated good...that’s why I keep going back. However, I must say that the Discount Tire in Sachse is hands down the best one I’ve been to. Sal and his crew were great!

11/8/2017:I came to have a spare mounted on a new wheel I bought elsewhere and they were busy and short handed. I knew I was not a revenue customer this day but they still served me as if I was bringing in $800 that day. They continue to have me as a customer. And I love the in-house educational posters.Always good service. Quick and no hassle. I use Discount Tires because they are a nationwide brand so I can stop in any of their stores across the US. Also, theyre so good that even my wife can go there and they dont try to pull a quick one over her--this has happened in the past in other mechanic or auto shops when my wife goes in. They also dont pressure her into getting more tires if we only need to get two. And the restroom in this location is clean. The location is great, just off the NB lanes of Hwy 78 in Sachse.

I came in to have a new tire replaced at Discount Tire today. A salesperson named Troy offered to walk me through the process. We went outside to have a look at the car, came back in and started the check out process and I was shown with a screen with terms and conditions. At this moment, I intended to ask a few more questions before pressing the agree button which CLEARLY was meant to be pressed by the CUSTOMER. However, without my consent, Troy reached out and pressed the agree option, with his own finger, on his own accord.I would like to formally lodge an official complaint against such disrespectful and unethical conduct, and the lack of professionalism in your staff.

Poor customer service! Trying to sell me two tires even though all I need is just one also it should be still under warranty! Zero start service! Oh, beside I tried to speak the manager and he was worse than the regular employee which he wasnt professional at all! Because after the employee went to the office talking to him for a while he went back and told me that he was listening our conversation which wasnt a professional management! I dont why lately most discount tire stores are getting worse than ever been!!!! They sell you the warranty but they will try to do whatever it takes for not honer You!!!

I purchased a tire and wheel package online on a Friday night, they did not have the tires or wheels in stock and had to order them. Online said it could take up to 10 days to get them installed.I called Saturday, just to make sure everything was ordered and to try to set up an installation time, they told me the tires and 3 of the wheels had already arrived. Alex said he would call me when everything had been received.I got the call Tuesday morning, set up an appointment for 1 and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The service was great, fast and they even checked the pressure in my spare tire.The wheels and tires look better on my car than they did online. My car drives quieter and handles better than with the stock wheels and tires.

Only place I go. No nonsense. Straight forward.

Went to our normal car place a day before setting up an appt for discount. My normal guy let me leave off the parking lot with tires that weren’t even up to standard on inspection in the state of Texas. Easily could have had a blow out but I trusted them. They told me I need to take my car to get the tires balanced so after leaving there I made an appt for the next day at this location. Within minutes of dropping my car off (I forgot the gentleman’s name) called and let me know my tires were not safe. I went back up to take pictures and send it to my normal guy. They estimated less than 45 minutes for just the rotation and balance.. after quoting tire pricing that added on to time. We got back to the house and within 10 minutes they called to let me know the car was done. I got in, paid and got out in a timely manner as well. This discount tire has my business for sure! Thank you for the honesty!!!

I have a tire that keeps loosing air, I told the young man who checked the pressure that I really needed the tire to be checked and all the tires to be rotated.He told me the next time I was around and had time,stop on by.I should have said, I have time now but didnt really think and respond quick enough.Now my tire is low again and its causing more wear on it.I normally have better service.

I am an unapologetic fanboy of Discount Tire. I am writing this review of this Discount Tire, but it applies to all Discount Tire shops I have visited. They obviously train for a consistent corporate culture and experience which is hard work. I have never, ever, had a bad experience at Discount Tire. Never up-selling our gouging like NTW, Goodyear or Firestone. They are always pleasant, courteous, informative and provide great services at a fair price. If you want to look at a business model for success, look at theirs. They are likely top two places that I am a consistent net promoter for, providing unsolicited recommendations to never get your tires fixed anywhere else. Id pay more to get them done here, but I dont have to. I went there last week for my tire, and this week for my wifes tire.

Ive been buying my tires from Discount Tire since 1986. The tires and service have always been excellent, until recently. I brought my van in to have the two front tires Re-balanced. The two front tire were purchased by my spouse at a different tire store while I was out of town. Long story short, they wouldnt balance the tires. Good bye discount tire! I wont be back....ever

I’ve been a customer of discount tire for years, and unfortunately the two times I’ve visited this location they have placed the incorrect tire size on my vehicle. The mistake was caught only because of my attention to detail and obsessive need to double check everything. Today, I purchased three new tires, my tires are staggered (larger in the back) as normal before I pull out, I check the size and the front driver is the same size as the two back tires (the guy told me they didn’t even have this tire in stock which is why I ordered them yesterday and prepaid for the service). When they corrected the error, I asked to speak with a manager. The guy told me the managers name was “the big guy name Tim” when I went inside and asked for Tim, he answered with a jacket on that said his name was “Kevin” this guy Tim, or Kevin was there the entire time when I noticed the tire size and didn’t offer an apology until I approached him & he mentioned some 4 year old inventory system that he also stated was “new” if you do decide to visit this location, check your tire size! A lot of kids working here who are not paying attention and a lack of quality checks to ensure these mistakes do not happen.

All of the staff were very professional, courteous and on point. When I was having my tires mounted the place was running like a well-oiled machine. This store will be my go-to store for all my tire needs.

Purchased a set of General Gmax RS from Tim for my 240sx which were installed on 4/29/20. Brandon met me when I came and was out of there in just 45min. Great and friendly service. I really like the tires so far. Later, after I got home I realized I hadnt mentioned the previous tires should have had a prorated credit for they were below their tread life warranty. Called back and Tim helped take care of it. Tim was professional and polite through the whole process. I highly recommend this store! This is forth set of tires I have bought from Discount Tire in the last 15yrs.

Had a nail in my tire. My wife and I dropped off the car, drove our other one to the gym, had a great workout. I received an email stating the car was ready and after our sweatfest we picked up the car.I had purchased the tire protection when we bought the tires and am so glad I did. This is the second time I have used them for repairs on this round of tires. I strongly suggest you do as well.

The guys at the Sachse, Tx location really helped me out. I made the mistake and purchased a tire that was a little to big for my truck. Luckily I hadnt driven more than a few miles on the new tires. The guys at the store didnt hesitate to get me the right size tire I should have bought the first time, and they even credited me for the tires I couldnt use. I have always been a Discount Tire customer and this is a great example of why.

Stopped by for a free tire check. Was told to no ones surprise that my tires were severely worn and wouldnt pass an inspection. This was fine and expected, what wasnt fine was that they found a screw in one of em. So I had to replace the tires a little earlier than I expected. Jacob took good care of me and gave me a much better deal than Id expected. Thanks Jacob and Caleb for making what could have been a stressful experience so much better. Hopefully these tires will last so long youll both be in better places by the time I need them replaced again, but if not, I look forward to seeing you again.

One of my trucks tires had a blowout the evening before and I didnt have much fun switching it out with the spare in the cold, dark, and wind. Fortunately, that was the worst part, because once I got to Discount Tire, I had a great tire replacement experience.Rene greeted me when I entered, and helped look up my vehicles tire information. I showed him the flat / blown out tire and then he and the service technician helped take care of the rest. The certificate for repair, refund or replacement that I purchased for the tires when I originally bought them worked like a charm - no muss, no fuss, no hassle. The only cost to me was a new certificate for repair, refund or replacement, for the new tire, everything else was covered. The service technician installed the new tire, disposed of the bad tire, and put back the spare tire, underneath my truck. With the appointment I scheduled through their website, I was in and out of their store in less than an hour.I highly recommend Discount Tire and their employees, who take care of their customers and provide excellent service.

Super fast service! 15 minutes from start to finish for 4 new tires. Someone came out to meet me as I pulled up and immediately took my car into the bay. They were super helpful in explaining the different quality tires and were not pushy at all. Once I made a choice of tires they started working before I finished paying. The wait was really comfortable with a coffee bar and self service water in the fridge. Plus they had Christian worship music playing.

They didnt have what I was looking for but they offered a different brand, were a little higher but they knocked the price down so I could make the purchase and still be under my budget. Sweet man aired my tires and helped me to know what to expect

Extremely Unhelpful and disrespectful. First of all the Manager of the store was extremely rude and short with me. Seemed to be almost slightly annoyed when i asked him questions regarding the tires i was needing to purchase. Second, when i called to discuss information regarding my replaced tire, and informed them of what i was needing from them, they were once again, unwilling to help. Started an argument with me over the phone when all i asked was for them to conduct an inspection on the tire so that i can file a manufactures claim with Michelin. So i am having to go out of my way to return to this unpleasant location, speak with these rude people, to pick up a tire that i already paid for them to discard, and take it to a Michelin store to have this inspection done.I have never had an issue with any other discount tire location before. I will not return to this location. I rather drive out of my way than to deal with this location/and these associates anymore.And if Discount Tire has a problem with this review, feel free to call me. My information is in your system.

Always dependable service. Almost always have the tires I need in stock. My last visit I got a flat tire repaired and was back on the road in 30 minutes. I just wish their prices were really discounted. I was happy with some wheels I got last year.

I ordered my tires online from their website, they were shipped as promised the next day, BTW, no shipping charges. And I was in and out of the place in record time. This is what I need as Im a busy person and cant find the time during the day to do all I need to do. And buying tires is ALWAYS a painful slow process, but not here. Ill be using them again for what they do and doing it, which is work with my schedule so that my business time wouldnt be compromised.

This company and this Sachse store are just amazing! I love the customer service, the helpfulness, and the genuine kindness and care they gave me and to the other customers I saw in the store. I was just amazed and in awe. I had a flat tire that couldnt be fixed and they were concerned with my safety of riding back home with the spare I been using, and so they helped me affording a new tire. I wish more businesses were ran this way. They have so much integrity. I can tell the employees are happy and are treated well, and that in turn makes the employees give their best in what they do. I usually go to D.T. but grateful I found a helpful location close to home.Also, the $18 Certificate for Replacement is totally worth it, walked out without having to pay anything extra today.
