Tim was nice enough to take the time to speak with me about my vehicle to ask questions and get advice even though they were busy with multiple projects. Arnolds auto provide good service and have excellent customer service.

Took my car in for an oil change and inspection, let them know that one of my tires was low on air but I couldn’t find anything. Turns out there was a very small nail that they removed and got the tire patched. Car was ready when I requested it to be and cost much less than I expected, will definitely bring my vehicle back for future repairs.

Took my car in for an oil change and mentioned that there was a horrible smell in the trunk and had no clue where it was coming from. I had cleaned everything out, washed it down, aired it out and I could not find the source. The mechanic made it his personal mission to find that smell and make it disappear...and he delivered! No more smell and I can enjoy driving my car again and I was charged a VERY reasonable price for how much time they spent on it. Would highly recommend the team at 1st Integrity/Arnolds.

These guys are great. They gave me frequent updates. They even did extra research to find out if the thermostat I requested would work (it wouldnt). Alot of shops would just do it because I asked for it. They really saved me some future headaches. A generous warranty was given, with roadside assistance to boot.You can trust this shop and their crew.

Mr. Arnold is always friendly, helpful, and a consummate professional. His diagnostics are specific and fairly priced, and he never pulls a bait and switch. He has worked on all our cars as well as my parents’ - and for them he did five minutes of work for free. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has definitely earned our business in the future.

The owner is a very nice guy, and they do really good work at a fair price. I had an electrical problem which caused my truck to completely die at a red light. Had to get it towed. They diagnosed, got the parts and repaired in 24 hours. Truck voltage better than before the problem occurred. I would highly recommend

I have been using Arnold Automotive Center for several years. I have found that the service has been as quick as can be expected and reasonable in cost. Any time there was added cost over the estimated cost, I was called and given the option to continue with the repairs. On the occasion when I did not have the repairs done, I dont remember the cost being more than reasonable.

As requested, they replaced both front control arms. No tricks, no sorry but we need to replace $2000 of other parts like at the chain stores. Labor rates were reasonable, they had the job done within a few hours as expected. They called me before starting the job, and again when it was done. Yall have earned a customer!

I needed to have a Wheel Bearing and Hub pressed into a Steering Knuckle. Eric made sure that he pressed in the Bearing from the outer ring and that it went in straight. He also made sure to press in the wheel hub from the inner ring of the bearing when installing it. He did it very quick and I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend to anyone around the area.

He fixed my car....but shouldve told me about my exhaust pipe. I took it in because it was hesitating alot,when I got it back,it sounded like a big truck!.....literally. I was upset with him because he shouldve told me about it b4 letting me come and get it. I had to take it down the street to replace the muffler. So make sure, as with all repair shops, (I worked as an tech for awhile...dealerships and small business) that they did what u wanted and that they explain everything.

This shop clearly reset my codes electronically without fixing the issue when I asked him to look into my check engine light. His own inspection report showed the not ready after he said he repaired my problem. My check engine light came back on within 48 hours and when I brought it back he came up with another issue. He had already charged me 1000$ for the original repair. Then said I needed a fuel pressure regulator for over 500$. Wouldnt acknowledge he missed the problem or misdiagnosed it. It was clear the problem was missed and evidenced in the data on the code reader when he had it. All he would say is it is what it is.
