Ive used this shop 3 times so far this year. Each time Ive had a different stylist. My first visit was also my 4 year old daughters first time getting a hair cut and our stylist was wonderful.My second visit I had a guy that had just moved to Vermont this year, we ended up talking about classic cars the whole time and my hair came out great.Our most recent visit wasnt good however. My daughters hair came out very uneven and my hair was nothing at all how I wanted it to come out.I cant give a 5 star but overall my experience has overall been very pleasant. Ill continue using Supercuts in the future.

Always remember to take each review with a grain of salt, you never know the circumstances of a bad review. I was there today and received excellent customer service and they were taking covid precautions. I was taken care of by the manager Hannah and she was extremely pleasant and listened to exactly what I wanted. I had an extremely bad experience with a hair dresser 15 years ago and she restored my faith. I never write reviews but they have earned itI highly recommend you give them a chance. Besides, you cant get that new look of you dont take that chance, right? Treat yourself!

I had my eyebrows waxed here. She took her time and did a fantastic job. Very pleased.

Do good with hair

The stylist was attentive and personable, and had no problems making the adjustments I wanted throughout the appointment. I would love to go back when the time comes!

Hardly talked to me, ignored my questions, got annoyed when I asked for a wash, and burnt my head with the hair dryer. Came home and the cut wasn’t even on both sides.

My 86 yr old mother needed a haircut and shampoo badly.... we were walk-ins, and only 2 stylists working. They were both busy when we walked in so we sat down and waited until one was finished. Hannah helped us and was very pleasant and gentle with my mother. She cut her hair exactly as asked. I would bring my mother back to have Hannah cut her hair again.

They are always usually accommodating and my son loves to go here....he always gets a great cut regardless of the stylist but she really did a great job!

I walked in and they took me right in I didn’t even have to wait . The girl that did my hair did a awesome job . I been going to other places to get it done and know one could get it the way I wanted it or get it right . But this girl at Supercuts did it right on !👍👍💕 when I go again to have it done it will be her again if she still there I hope 💕

All the staff that I have worked with have been young and very pleasant. They really seem to like what they do. The shop is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Will never come back she completely botched my hair. I asked for should lenght and she gave a pixe/bob that was horrible done. It will have to be fix but I wont let them fix it.

Went in this past Saturday. Stood there for 5 minutes. No one looked up to even say, Well be right with you, sir. Finally, disgusted, I left. I mentioned it on their Facebook and now the manager or whoever continues to make excuses and argue with me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this place. They need lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give them -5 if I could.

Brought my daughter here a couple of times and they are incredibly nice and so sweet to her. They also did a great job on her hair!

Ladies that work here are great! They ask questions and offer suggestions. Very polite and professional.

Inexpensive and satisfied with cut

You get a pretty decent haircut for the price. But if you want your hair washed it is an extra charge. Their is also an extra charge to have your hair dried.

Miranda cut my Greatgrandaughter hair who is 7yrs old. Her hair was very long & Miranda cut it to the top of her shoulders it was a beautiful cut. My Grandaughter was so happy & proud of her new hair cut. She will be going back to Miranda. The girls were all busy doing great work.Thumbs up to Super Cuts.

I wanted my hair down past my neck and layered . I had the picture of what I wanted and the length in detail. I kept the pic up so she could see. I bent my head down for her to do the back, I looked back up and it all chopped off . Hair doesnt even touch my neck . Ive never had my hair so short in my life, I walked out to my car and cried . I was so angry . This was hair cut was for my class reunion . Never again

You can do better yourself at home with a pair of Clippers and a bowl. Go to Pips and get a real haircut.

They always screw up hair cuts

I used to get my hair cut at Avantis, but the girl who cut my hair no longer works there. After trying (unsuccessfully) to get a hold of her and after a lot of debating and putting it off, I decided to go to Supercuts. I was skeptical at first (yes, mostly because it is a chain business), but I figured its just hair and will grow back if I dont like it. I made a same-day appointment and Miranda cut my hair. I came in with shoulder length hair and left with an amazing pixie cut that gives me tons of versatility as far as different ways to style it. She definitely knows her stuff and even took the cut as an opportunity to educate a coworker who is going through the process of becoming a hairdresser (Im sure theres a more technical term you guys prefer...sorry!). She didnt rush through it and took her time to make sure it was what I wanted and that she was satisfied with her work. The shop was very clean and everyone else was friendly. 10/10. I will be back again to see her!

Put my name down and was told 30mins because there are only two employees working right now... 1hr later, they skipped me for someone else. Don’t go here, go to an actual barbershop for cheaper and better service. This is terrible.
