I discovered this place 2 years ago and I wont go anywhere else. Lori and her team are amazing. Its one of the only places that I truly feel like family.

EASY BREEZY. I was in and out really fast, and she did a great job. If I didnt have to wear a mask, it would have been a zero stress experience. Very low price too; I think it was just $20 for a basic cut.

First time visiting Downtown Gentlemens Salon yesterday with my youngest. As I was in desperate need of a cut.The ladies on staff were super friendly and nice enough to squeeze me in before their next appointment. My boyfriend and I just went here for our first time and could not be happier with the experience we had. Finding a salon that we can both go to that also has convenient hours on our days off was just unheard of... until now! We both got amazing haircuts that we were extremely happy with, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the hair products to buy are top of the line and to top it all off they have a speakeasy with AMAZING authentic Mexican food and an impressive beer and liquor selection right on sight. So if getting the best haircut of your life in a really cool industrial down to earth setting and then enjoying a fine whiskey with some tacos and empanadas sounds good to you then do yourself a favor and check it out! Did I mention that you can also grab a few great cigars from there humidor on your way out? This place has it all. Say goodbye to your old barber and hair salon because this is where you need to be.

The price for a haircut and beard trim were very reasonable! The owner cut my hair today and I was extremely pleased with how it came out and her level of professionalism was what i was hoping it would be, excellent! I will continue to go there and Ill bring my son with me from now on as well. I cant wait to see the new shop when they move next month.

Great place for a beard trim or haircut

My husband and I brought our 4 1/2 and 3 year old sons for haircuts. Our oldest has had tantrums and to stop haircuts early in the past. The staff were phenomenal and both of my boys sat through full haircuts with no tears or struggle. We will ALWAYS come back. One of the stylists even gave my sons each a quarter for the gumball machine.

The feel at downtown gentleman’s salon is like no other barber shop in the area. Lori has been cutting my hair since I enlisted into the army. She has been fantastic then and remains so now. The fact that she has her own shop with a gentleman that can utilize a straight razor is unmatched! Great haircuts and amazing shaves!!!

Very skilled and polite! Always has time for me or the clients I bring in and is always Super helpful when it comes to ideas and such. Prices are very good as well. Will def. Be returning. This is the only place to go in town In my opinion!!

Best place for men to get there haircut in Rutland! Beautiful Decor and great atmosphere and a great haircut. So much cleaners and more updated than the last two barbershops I have been in in downtown Rutland. Also easy to park and always a smile. I will be making this my only choice.
